Abstract

Entrepreneurship education in vocational high schools plays a crucial role in shaping students to become independent and innovative individuals capable of creating their own businesses. However, many students still show a low level of interest in entrepreneurship, which calls for an investigation into the influencing factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of achievement motivation and the use of information technology on students’ entrepreneurial interest, either directly or indirectly through entrepreneurial learning outcomes. The research was conducted using a quantitative correlational method involving 125 students from SMKN 2 Merangin during the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires measuring achievement motivation, technology use, and entrepreneurial interest. Students' learning outcomes were obtained from their average scores in the subject "Productive Creative Entrepreneurship." Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, regression analysis, and path analysis with the help of RStudio. The results showed that both achievement motivation and information technology use had a significant positive effect on students’ entrepreneurial learning outcomes and their interest in entrepreneurship. Specifically, learning outcomes acted as a mediating variable, enhancing the influence of both independent variables on entrepreneurial interest. The path analysis indicated that the total effects of achievement motivation and technology use on entrepreneurial interest were 0.31 and 0.29, respectively, with a direct contribution from learning outcomes of 0.32. In conclusion, achievement motivation and the use of information technology significantly influence students’ entrepreneurial interest, with entrepreneurial learning outcomes serving as an important mediating factor. These findings suggest that strengthening motivation and integrating digital literacy into the curriculum can enhance students' readiness and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship

Abstract

Pengembangan aplikasi UNP Student Marketplace ini bertujuan memudahkan mahasiswa-mahasiswa UNP yang berwirausaha baik yang sudah memiliki usaha tetap sebelumnya maupun yang mengambil matakuliah kewirausahaan dan melakukan praktik wirausaha agar produk yang mereka wirausaha kan itu lebih mudah untuk dipasarkan dan dipromosikan tanpa mengeluarkan modal awal yang terlalu banyak. Maka oleh karena itu dikembangkanlah sebuah sistem marketplace dimana nantinya mahasiswa yang berwirausaha maupun mahasiswa yang sedang memerlukan produk yang sesuai dengan produk yang di wirausahakan oleh mahasiswa-mahasiswa lain tersebut untuk dapat saling bertransaksi melalui suatu wadah tetap yaitu UNP Student Marketplace ini. Arsitektur marketplace ini dibuat berbasis model-view-controller dan menggunakan framework codigniter dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk aplikasi web nya, dan bahasa pemrograman flutter serta IDE Android Studio untuk aplikasi berbasis mobile,dimana pada aplikasi ini nantinya akan bisa terjadi pemasaran produk,pemesanan produk serta transaksi antar mahasiswa penjual dan mahasiswa pembeli melalui aplikasi UNP Student Marketplace ini nantinya.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Padang Panjang adalah sekolah kejuruan yang mewajibkan siswanya untuk melakukan kegiatan prakerin sebagai penambah wawasan di dunia usaha / industri dan sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran yang dilakoni. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mempermudah pengelolaan praktek kerja industri yang merancang untuk membangun aplikasi berbasis web, yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang diberikan yaitu Perancangan Sistem Informasi Praktek kerja industri berbasis Web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP serta Framework Laravel yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan proses pengelolaan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Industri. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada perancangan ini adalah Metode Waterfall, maka aplikasi ini layak dan dapat digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan nilai siswa yang terkomputerisasi sehingga proses pembuatanya menjadi lebih efesien.

Abstract

In the era of rapid technological advancement and dynamic labor market demands, equipping vocational students with the right competencies for employability is more crucial than ever. This study explores how academic achievement, information technology proficiency, and organizational experience shape the work readiness of students in vocational education settings. Using a robust Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach via SmartPLS, data were collected from students at SMK Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. The results show that all three variables significantly and positively affect students' readiness for the workforce. More notably, organizational experience emerges as a key mediating factor, amplifying the influence of both academic performance and IT proficiency. This finding highlights a critical yet often overlooked aspect of employability preparation in vocational education. By integrating academic rigor, digital literacy, and active organizational participation, schools can foster a more holistic readiness among students for real-world challenges. This study contributes a fresh empirical model and offers strategic insights for policymakers and educators to design future-ready vocational curricula.

Abstract

This study investigates user satisfaction with the digital Scientific Work Catalog Information System at Padang State University Library through the application of the LibQUAL+® methodology. The assessment focuses on three core service quality dimensions: Affect of Service, Information Control, and Library as Place. Service quality in academic libraries is a critical determinant of user satisfaction, and understanding its components is essential for guiding future service improvement and innovation. A quantitative approach was employed involving 100 library users, with data collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that all three dimensions significantly and positively influence user satisfaction, both individually and collectively. Among them, Library as Place demonstrated the strongest effect, emphasizing the continued relevance of physical infrastructure even within digital service environments. These results highlight the strategic need for academic libraries to adopt integrated management approaches that combine technological development, infrastructure enhancement, and staff capacity building. The study contributes to the limited body of research on digital service quality in Indonesian academic libraries and offers a robust empirical model for evaluating user-centered service design. Future research is recommended to explore additional factors such as system usability, cross-institutional validation, and correlations with academic performance using learning analytics.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into education has become increasingly relevant in the era of Industry 4.0 and the transition toward Society 5.0. This study aims to provide a bibliometric analysis of research trends, thematic clusters, and emerging keywords related to AI in education between 2018 and 2025. Using the Publish or Perish software and data from Google Scholar, 200 articles were selected based on relevance and citation metrics. Keyword co-occurrence analysis and visual mapping were conducted using VOSviewer to identify dominant research themes. The results reveal a growing body of literature focused on AI applications in education, with key topics including adaptive learning, machine learning, digital transformation, and human-centered innovation. However, critical gaps remain, particularly in research addressing cultural context, teacher readiness, digital equity, and the long-term impact of AI-driven tools. This study highlights the need for inclusive, ethical, and context-aware approaches to AI in education, offering insights and recommendations for future research aligned with the human-centric values of Society 5.0

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah membuka peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Namun, keterbatasan waktu, tenaga konselor, serta kurangnya aksesibilitas terhadap layanan konseling menjadi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh siswa SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi e-counseling berbasis Flutter di SMK Negeri 5 Padang sebagai solusi digital yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan konseling. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur e-counseling interaktif, tes RIASEC untuk membantu pemilihan karir, serta informasi lowongan pekerjaan dan beasiswa guna menunjang perencanaan masa depan siswa. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing untuk memastikan setiap fitur berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan akses siswa terhadap layanan konseling, membantu mereka dalam memahami potensi diri, serta memberikan informasi yang relevan terkait karir dan pendidikan lanjutan

Abstract

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI), terutama dengan hadirnya ChatGPT dan pesaing barunya DeepSeek, menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Studi ini menganalisis sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi DeepSeek menggunakan metode klasifikasi Support Vector Machine (SVM). Sebanyak 31.377 ulasan dikumpulkan dari Google Play Store melalui praproses teks, pelabelan data,pemberian bobot menggunakan TF-IDF, dan klasifikasi dengan rasio data latih-uji 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, dan 60:40. Penerapan pembobotan TF-IDF dan klasifikasi SVM menghasilkan sentimen positif sebesar 79,7% dan sentimen negatif sebesar 20,3%, dengan akurasi pengujian tertinggi mencapai 95,07%, dengan presisi dan recall yang seimbang menunjukkan stabilitas dan robustness model yang baik. Visualisasi memberikan wawasan tentang preferensi dan ketidakpuasan pengguna menggunakan kata-kata umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DeepSeek mendapat tanggapan positif mengenai kualitas peforma DeepSeek yang kompeten dan sebanding dengan ChatGPT, perbaikan pada stabilitas server diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between Productive Creative Entrepreneurship learning outcomes, emotional intelligence, and the implementation of the Teaching Factory on students’ entrepreneurial interest. The background of this research is based on the need to strengthen entrepreneurial spirit among vocational students to prepare them as job creators in an increasingly competitive labor market. Entrepreneurial interest is seen as a critical factor that determines students’ motivation and readiness to start a business after graduation. This research used a quantitative correlational approach involving 105 students of class twelve at SMKN 2 Gunung Talang. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified total sampling 75 Students. The results showed a significant positive relationship between learning outcomes in Productive Creative Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial interest (t = 2.418, p < 0.05), emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial interest (t = 6.309, p < 0.05), and Teaching Factory implementation and entrepreneurial interest (t = 4.420, p < 0.05). Furthermore, the joint analysis revealed that all three variables simultaneously had a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest (F = 21.897, p < 0.05). In conclusion, the study indicates that improving learning outcomes, emotional intelligence, and practical experience through Teaching Factory are crucial factors in fostering students’ interest in entrepreneurship. These findings suggest that a comprehensive educational approach integrating cognitive, emotional, and practical aspects is essential to prepare students to become successful young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective video-based learning media to support students with intellectual disabilities in learning independently. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Four-D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The product was tested with 8 students at SLB Mutiara Budi Lubuk Alung with intellectual disabilities. Data were collected through validity, practicality, and effectiveness evaluations using expert validation sheets, student questionnaires, and performance tests. The data were analyzed quantitatively using percentage scores and categorized based on predetermined criteria. The results showed that the media achieved high validity scores from both media (95%) and content experts (91%), indicating very good validity. The practicality score from student responses was 86%, indicating practicality. Moreover, the effectiveness score based on learning outcomes was 87%, indicating effectiveness. These findings suggest that the developed video-based instructional media is feasible for use and has potential to enhance inclusive science learning by providing accessible, engaging, and self-paced learning experiences.
