Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether safety and health and the work environment affect employee performance. Data collection procedures from this study are: Observation and Questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the Occupational Safety and Health and Work Environment variables affect employee performance at PT. Malea Energy, Tana Toraja Regency. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing (F test) show that the Occupational Safety and Health and work environment variables affect employee performance at PT. Abstract

Badan Usaha Lembang (BumLem) Tallu Lolona faces challenges in financial management that affect the sustainability of its operations, which include credit provision and rice and coffee milling services. This study aims to enhance the capacity of its administrators and managers in financial management through mentoring and training. The methods employed include classical training, practical workshops, and group discussions. The results indicate that participants successfully grasped the basic principles of financial management, improved their ability to prepare financial reports, and identified solutions to financial issues through discussions. It is expected that this initiative will create new institutions, foster positive behavioral changes, and cultivate local leadership in BumLem’s financial management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the North Toraja District Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs. This research has a quantitative design and uses a survey method to collect data. The number of samples used in this research was 32 respondents. The data collection procedures for this research are: Questionnaire. Using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. Hypothesis testing is carried out so that the significance value for the influence of received has an influence on X (Work Discipline) on Y (Employee Performance). The partial results of this research (t test) show that the significance value of work discipline (X) on employee performance is 0.039 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.160 > t table value 2.042. This means that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, indicating that the work discipline variable has an influence on employee performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs, North Toraja Regency

Abstract

The Influence of Service Quality and Product Completeness on Consumer Purchase Interest at the Pelangi Cosmetic Store. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and product completeness on consumer buying interest at Pelangi Kosmetik stores. The data collection procedures for this research are: observation, questionnaires and documentation. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 26. This research was conducted at the Pelangi cosmetics shop in Rantepao, with a sample size of 111 respondents. The technique that researchers used in sampling was accidental sampling. The results of calculations using the t test on the service quality variable t count > t table with a value of (20,020) > (2,361) and on the product completeness variable t count > t table with a value of (-10,737) < (2,361). The conclusion of this research is that service quality has a positive influence and has a significant influence on consumer buying interest. Product completeness has a negative influence and has an insignificant influence on consumer buying interest at the Pelangi cosmetics shop in Dirantepao

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing on brand awareness of Jiniso fashion products among UKI Toraja management study program students. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 43 students of the UKI Toraja management study program. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. This is proven by the results of a simple linear regression test Y= 11,687+ 0.829X with a calculated t value > t table, namely 6.126 > 2.018 and a significant value < 0.05, namely 0.000. If we look at the coefficient of determination, it shows that the R square value is 0.478 or 47.8% with the remaining 52.2% being influenced by other variables not found in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), on work productivity (Y). This research used a sampling technique using a saturated sampling method with a sample of 32 respondents. This research method uses quantitative research methods with the help of the SPSS 26.0 application as a tool for calculating the data that has been obtained. This research uses 3 variables. The independent variables are work motivation, work discipline, while the dependent variable is work productivity. The results of this research show that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a calculated F value (7.821) which is greater than F table (3.29). Partially, work motivation has no significant effect on work productivity, while work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan standar hasil kerja seorang karyawan yang telah dicapai dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap rumah sakit. Dalam mempertahankan prestasi yang ada tentunya Rumah sakit perlu mempertimbangkan dan menaruh perhatian lebih terhadap kinerja karyawan guna mempertahankan atau lebih meningkatkan lagi prestasi yang sudah ada. Pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan merupakan tujuan dalam penelitian . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan Variabel Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawaan pada rumah sakit umum daerah lakipadada tana toraja. Dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan di atas 0,05 yaitu 0,06 dan nilai uji t hitung lebih kecil dibanding dan Variabel Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada rumah sakit umu daerah lakipadada Tana toraja. Hal ini berdasarkan pada uji t sebesar 0,00 yang berarti signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi persediaan bahan pendukung Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Wainta di Toraja Utara, menentukan jumlah pemesanan ekonomis (EOQ), frekuensi pemesanan, dan biaya total persediaan yang optimal, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas metode EOQ dalam mengurangi biaya persediaan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan staf produksi, dan dokumen terkait. Informan dipilih secara purposive, dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif diterapkan untuk mendapatkan gambaran akurat tentang kondisi persediaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan persediaan bahan pendukung di CV. Vidi Jaya Pedamaran belum efisien, dengan pembelian yang melebihi kebutuhan riil dan biaya persediaan tahunan yang tinggi. Penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dengan jumlah pemesanan optimal 8.772 unit per pemesanan, pengurangan frekuensi pemesanan menjadi 24 kali per tahun, serta penurunan total biaya persediaan dari Rp 3.346.488.000 menjadi Rp 1.747.556.688. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan persediaan yang lebih terencana untuk menjaga efisiensi biaya dan kelancaran produksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemasaran Kaana Coffee di Kabupaten Toraja Utara untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan data dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran mencakup pengembangan produk dengan varian kopi khas Toraja, penyesuaian harga, lokasi strategis, dan promosi digital. Kekuatan utama Kaana Coffee adalah kualitas kopi unggul dan suasana kafe bernuansa budaya Toraja, sementara kelemahannya mencakup keterbatasan SDM dan ketergantungan pada pasokan lokal. Peluang datang dari meningkatnya wisatawan dan dukungan UMKM, sedangkan ancaman berupa persaingan ketat dan perubahan tren pasar. Rekomendasi meliputi optimalisasi pemasaran digital, peningkatan pelatihan staf, dan penguatan branding untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan bisnis.
