Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are facing huge challenges in adapting and surviving after the Covid-19 pandemic. The role of government is key in providing support and appropriate policies to help MSMEs. This study examines the role of the Yogyakarta government in facilitating the post-pandemic adjustment of MSMEs and analyzes various factors that affect MSME survival. These factors include the decline in MSME income and how the government's role can help increase it, limited resources and access to financing, innovation in business, and community and government support. Through literature studies and interviews with MSME actors, this research concludes that with the right support, MSMEs can overcome post-pandemic challenges and grow sustainably.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi memunculkan masalah yang sangat mempengaruhi dunia pendidikan, salah satu yang paling disorot ialah merosotnya karakter generasi muda. Namun seharusnya peran pertumbuhan media sosial juga dapat memberikan dampak positif pada dunia pendidikan. Media sosial harus dimanfaatkan sebagai penyokong dalam penanaman nilai-nilai karakter. Penanaman nilai-nilai karakter melalui media film akan memberikan alternatif yang lebih mudah karena sajian alur cerita yang dapat menarik perhatian peserta didik. Salah satu karya anak bangsa yang menyajikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam ceritanya yaitu film animasi Nussa yang diproduksi oleh studi The Little Giantz. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah pada dokumen untuk memperoleh sumber yang selaras. Ditemukan terdapat 12 nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat pada film animasi Nussa. Kedua belas nilai tersebut diantaranya, nilai religius, nilai jujur, nilai disiplin, nilai kerja keras, nilai kreatif, nilai mandiri, nilai rasa ingin tahu, nilai bersahabat/komunikatif, nilai cinta damai, nilai peduli lingkungan, nilai peduli sosial, nilai tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan media digital yang pesat telah mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam pembentukan identitas sosial remaja. Remaja, sebagai kelompok yang paling aktif mengakses media, seringkali terpapar berbagai konten yang mempengaruhi nilai-nilai, sikap, dan perilaku mereka. Dakwah melalui media digital, seperti media sosial, video streaming, dan podcast, memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan panduan moral dan agama bagi remaja di era modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dakwah pada media dalam membentuk identitas sosial remaja, dengan fokus pada bagaimana konten dakwah dapat membantu remaja memahami dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan observasi terhadap konten dakwah di berbagai platform media digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah yang disampaikan melalui media mampu menjangkau remaja secara efektif, terutama ketika pesan-pesan disampaikan dengan gaya yang kreatif, relevan, dan interaktif. Selain itu, media dakwah berkontribusi dalam membentuk identitas sosial remaja yang lebih positif, dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai Islami seperti toleransi, tanggung jawab sosial, dan akhlak yang baik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan, bahwa dakwah pada media memiliki potensi besar dalam membentuk identitas sosial remaja, terutama di tengah tantangan arus modernitas dan globalisasi. Dengan strategi penyampaian yang tepat, dakwah dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mendampingi remaja dalam membangun jati diri yang kuat dan berkarakter sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Abstract The rapid development of technology and digital media has influenced various aspects of life, including the formation of adolescents' social identity. Adolescents, as the group most actively accessing media, are often exposed to various content that influences their values, attitudes, and behavior. Da'wah through digital media, such as social media, video streaming, and podcasts, plays an important role in providing moral and religious guidance for adolescents in the modern era. This study aims to analyze the role of da'wah on the media in shaping adolescents' social identity, with a focus on how da'wah content can help adolescents understand and internalize Islamic values ​​in their daily lives. The research methods used are literature studies and observations of da'wah content on various digital media platforms. The results of the study show that da'wah delivered through the media is able to reach adolescents effectively, especially when the messages are delivered in a creative, relevant, and interactive style. In addition, da'wah media contributes to shaping a more positive adolescent social identity, by instilling Islamic values ​​such as tolerance, social responsibility, and good morals. The results of this study show that da'wah in the media has great potential in shaping the social identity of adolescents, especially amidst the challenges of modernity and globalization. With the right delivery strategy, da'wah can be an effective tool to accompany adolescents in building a strong identity and character in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students who are not disciplined, so they need to get used to a disciplined attitude, with the aim of forming students' character. The aim of this research is to describe efforts to accustom students to be disciplined in their daily activities at the Annur Islamic boarding school. This research uses a qualitative approach and the technique used is a case study. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and relevant documentation. The technique for soliciting informants is the purposive sampling. Next, data analysis was carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The data validity technique is triangulation. The results of the research show that the importance of habituating students' disciplined attitudes is so that students are comfortable in conducting their activities and are accustomed to and equipped with after graduating the boarding school. The habit of discipline is realized by having a regular schedule of activities every day. Daily activities include congregational prayers, dhikr after prayer, recitation, schools including Senior High School and Madrasah Diniyyah, daily complex pickets, dziba'an every Friday night, and mutual cooperation every Friday. The activity schedule is closely related to applicable regulations, where there is a management structure that monitors students in their daily activities so that those who violate them will receive sanctions.

Abstract

Purpose – The study was conducted to comprehend the way Graduate School students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Indonesia, define tolerance, and view its significance and evidence-based practices that benefit the community and society. The comprehension could be used to mitigate conflicts and tensions which in turn positively affect societal living conditions. All of these aim to eradicate intolerance toward minority groups and ultimately strengthen the national harmony. Methods – The qualitative study was run through interview with the students. Additionally, a literature review was also implemented to enrich primary data. Twelve students of School of Graduate Studies of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta were solicited through a convenience sampling, in which invitation letters were sent to them together with the informed consent. Those who responded to the letters were recruited to be participants. Data was gathered through individual interviews, and a focus group discussion was conducted at the end to consolidate overall data. We analyzed the data through intensive reading of verbatim transcripts prior to categorization establishment. Then, clusters were created for establishing themes. Findings – Understandings of religious tolerance can be explored in some critical issues such as freedom to religion in light of human rights and limitation, concepts of tolerance, significance of religious tolerance, evidence-based practice of such tolerance, and understanding benefits for societal harmony. Research implications/limitations – The twelve participants involving in the study imply significant impacts to Indonesian society as the Indonesian government is intensively maintaining tolerance and harmony for the nation unity despite the different background society’s existence. The small number of the participants cannot lessen the research validity because the study does not seek generalizability but understands the knowledge and experience of the participants. Originality/value – The research contributes to boost both individual and society for promoting religious tolerance values.

Abstract

Early childhood education (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, hereafter PAUD) institutions play a vital role in shaping children's character, including fostering inclusive and tolerant attitudes toward diversity. As religious moderation gains prominence as a national policy agenda, it becomes essential to understand how such values are internalized and practiced within early learning environments. This study investigates how religious moderation is understood and implemented by educators, and how teaching strategies and parental involvement contribute to its cultivation in children’s lives. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were gathered through observations, document analysis, and in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, parents, and educational staff from four early childhood education institutions in Pekalongan City. Thematic analysis, guided by Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory, was conducted using an inductive approach to interpret participants’ social and pedagogical experiences. The findings reveal that religious moderation education promotes inclusive, empathetic, and tolerant behaviors among young children. These values are fostered through role-play, storytelling, collaborative activities, and teacher-modeled interactions. Instructional methods are contextualized using national narratives, local Islamic traditions, and daily character-building practices. Teachers observed that children became more open in interacting with peers from diverse backgrounds. Parental involvement reinforces these values at home through open dialogue and responsiveness to children’s curiosity about differences. The synergy between school-based learning and family support forms a solid foundation for the development of moderate religious attitudes and respect for diversity from an early age.

Abstract

Kondisi perekonomian dalam suatu keluarga menjadi suatu hal penting untuk keberlangsungan hidupnya. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa keadaan ekonomi yang dirasa kurang mencukupi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari menyebabkan terjadinya perantauan di beberapa keluarga. Sehingga sebagian orang tua dari mereka meninggalkan anak-anaknya. Hal ini menyebabkan anak yang ditinggal merantau orang tuanya mengalami kekurangan perhatian dan kasih sayang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang membuat orang di Desa Aeng Panas merantau dan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk problem psikososial pada remaja yang ditinggal orangtuanya merantau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode psikososial Erik Erikson. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama perantauan adalah kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan, motivasi dari masyarakat yang telah merantau, dan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan. Sementara itu, problem psikososial pada remaja yang ditinggal merantau termasuk perilaku boros, pendiam dalam keluarga, kurang disiplin di sekolah, serta penurunan prestasi akademis. Di masyarakat, mereka lebih tertarik bersosialisasi dengan dunia luar dibandingkan lingkungan sekitar, yang menyebabkan perilaku mereka sering dianggap bertentangan dengan norma-norma setempat.

Abstract

Salah satu probelmatika kehidupan umat Islam pada saat ini adalah krisis moral. Dalam tafsir tafsir terdahulu dituliskan bahwa umat Islam merupakan umat terbaik karena umat Islam beriman kepada Allah, beramar ma’ruf nahi mungkar. Hamka sebagai mufassir memberikan wajah penafsiran baru bahwasannya Umat Islam bisa tidak lagi menjadi khoiro ummah. Hal ini membuat peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji penafsiran Hamka dengan tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui bagaimana konsep khoiro ummah dalam tafsir Al-Azhar dan relevansinya dengan konteks zaman sekarang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu khoiro ummah merupakan hasil usaha konkret dari suatu ummat berupa amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar, dan beriman kepada Allah. Menurut Hamka umat Islam dapat terus mempertahankan gelarnya sebagai khoiro ummah jika umat Islam memenuhi indikator sebagai khoiro ummah. Sebaliknya, jika umat Islam tidak berproses memenuhi kriteria khoiro ummah lagi maka hilang bagi umat Islam khoiro ummah tersebut. Hamka juga menyatakan ahl-kitab dapat menjadi khoiro ummah jika mereka memenuhi dan konsisten menjalankan kriteria tersebut.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the dramaturgy of students who become musyrif/musyrifah in student dormitories to be able to carry out their obligations professionally. This research is a qualitative research using the dramaturgical approach of Erving Goffman. This research is located in the University Residence student dormitory at the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. The research subjects were four students who were supervisors in the musyrif and musyrifah structures in the student dormitory who are currently still students. The data collection was done by interview and observation techniques. The results of the interviews and observations were then analyzed using Erving Goffman's theory of dramaturgy. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the dramaturgical practice of students who became musyrif/musyrifah in the student dormitory at the University Residence Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta through mastery of drama on the front stage was shown in the selection of characters as professional musyrif/musyrifah supervisors, through their respective leadership styles and also the way appearance. Meanwhile, perfection on the back stage is shown by hiding a number of things about the actions he chooses to cover up the fatigue that is being felt and covering mistakes that are not intentionally made.

Abstract

The discourse regarding economic equality in the development of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN), focuses on key aspects such as infrastructure, environmental sustainability, economic regulations, and empowerment of local communities. Through discourse analysis methods, this research explores the narratives and language used by stakeholders regarding IKN projects in the context of infrastructure, environmental sustainability aspects, economic regulations. empowering local communities By analyzing discourse related to the IKN project, this research seeks to provide in-depth insight into how economic equality is integrated into IKN development. The implications of these findings can be used as a guide for planning and implementing similar projects in the future.
