Abstract

Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan berbicara peserta didik, dimana peserta didik belum mampu menguasai struktur kalimat, kosakata, kelancaran, dan peserta didik yang masi terpengaruh dengan lingkungan sekitar dimana peserta didik masi menggunakan bahasa daerahnya dan kurang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan bener serta pendidik yang masih menggunakan model pembelajaran lama. Solusi dari permaslahan diatas adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap keterampilan berbicara peserta didik kelas V Gugus II Brang Rea tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriftif, desainnya menggunakan quasi eksperimen desain, teknik pengambilan sampel data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (sampel bertujuan untuk mengambil beberapa sampel dari beberapa populasi). Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan teslisan dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh hasil Sig. 0,002 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, yang berarti 0,002 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Adapun H1 dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat Pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap keterampilan berbicara peserta didik Gugus II Brang Rea tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi rendahnya perkembangan sosial emosional anak-anak, yang ditandai dengan kurangnya kemampuan mereka untuk beradaptasi, berbagi, dan menunjukkan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial emosional anak dengan menggunakan kelompok B di TKN Pembina Cakranegara pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024 sebagai sampel melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran boneka kulit jagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan boneka kulit jagung efektif dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial emosional anak yang ditunjjukan dengan nilai rata-rata posttest meningkat signifikan dibandingkan pretest, dimana awalnya nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 36.93 dan meningkat menjadi 85.07 saat posttest. Dan seluruh anak mencapai kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) setelah diberikan perlakuan. Dengan kata lain, boneka kulit jagung terbukti sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif, yang dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan anak-anak dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The leadership model implemented by the school principal is at odds with the teacher's wishes, causing teacher performance to be unproductive, thus having an impact on the quality of educational institutions. The aim of the research is to analyze the most appropriate form of leadership and influence on organizational commitment and work productivity. This type of research is quantitative, applying survey methods using questionnaires. The research subjects were 721 kindergarten teachers. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula to obtain 236 teachers. Inferential analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Squares techniques. The research results are; Participative leadership has a very good direct influence on organizational commitment. The research results prove that participative leadership, commitment has an influence on work productivity, and organizational commitment is a variable that is able to mediate participative leadership on work productivity. The participative leadership model needs to be implemented in Early Childhood Education Institutions to increase organizational commitment and its influence on work productivity. The implications of this research are can help stakeholders, such as school principals, PAUD institution managers, and policy makers, in selecting and implementing the most effective leadership model according to the institution's needs.

Abstract

This review article provides a comprehensive examination of rural financial management in Indonesia, focusing on the structure and mechanisms of Village Budget (APBDes), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and the role and development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The objective of this article is to identify challenges, opportunities, and best practices in village financial management and to offer recommendations based on previous research findings to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management in villages. Additionally, the article explores how BUMDes contribute to village development and community welfare. The review synthesizes existing literature and case studies to provide actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners working in rural development.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar sangatlah diperlukan dalam proses pembelajaran ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa berkurang seperti, penggunaaan media serta dan strategi belajar yang kurang beragam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian untuk menindak lanjuti pembelajaran di kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di SDN 39 Mataram memalui implementasi media pembelajaran berupa Mistery Of Puzzle. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner motivasi, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran meningkat dari 60% pada siklus 1 menjadi 85% pada siklus 2. Motivasi belajar siswa juga meningkat dari 73% (kategori rendah) menjadi 84% (kategori tinggi), yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa merasa lebih antusias dan termotivasi ketika menggunakan media ini. Selain itu, Hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan perbaikan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman materi. Pada siklus 1 presentase yang di peroleh berjumlah  27% rendah dan siklus 2 diperoleh  peresentase yaitu 73% dengan kategori tinggi. Sehingga pada penetia ini dapat dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the competencies of prospective early childhood teachers in integrating Technological Knowledge (TK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Content Knowledge (CK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This study uses a descriptive method and data is collected through a structured questionnaire. The sample consisted of 20 students from the Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Program, class of 2021. The results of the study show that high performance in TPACK with the "Very Good" category connects strong mastery of Technological Knowledge (TK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), and Content Knowledge (CK) which means that the student is not only proficient in using technology but also in teaching and understanding content very effectively. The "Good" category often shows increased pedagogical and content knowledge and the ability to apply technology better. Meanwhile, students with "Average" performance generally have a basic understanding of all components but still have difficulty integrating them effectively. The “Medium” category appears in the components of Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Content Knowledge (CK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). In this case, additional support is needed to improve the skills of prospective teacher students in combining technology, pedagogy, and content.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of manual ticketing policy implementation by Bandung Metropolitan Police as a form of public service in traffic management. Manual ticketing represents a public policy instrument used to enforce traffic order through administrative approaches. This research is significant given the limited empirical studies on manual ticketing policy effectiveness from a public administration perspective in Indonesia.The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving 12 key informants consisting of 6 Traffic Unit personnel from Bandung Metropolitan Police and 6 road users. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, structured observations, and document analysis. The analysis utilizes five policy effectiveness indicators by William N. Dunn: efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. Findings indicate that the effectiveness of manual ticketing policy implementation remains suboptimal with an effectiveness score of 58% from the ideal standard. The efficiency indicator achieved 45% due to human resource limitations, responsiveness 52% due to mixed community responses, and appropriateness 61% due to implementation inconsistencies. Conversely, adequacy (72%) and equity (68%) indicators showed better performance. The primary determinant factor is human resource limitations with a non-ideal ratio of personnel to coverage area. The research contribution lies in developing an evaluation framework for manual ticketing policies using Dunn's indicators, which have not been widely applied in Indonesian public administration contexts, as well as identifying effectiveness gaps between policy implementation and public service needs. Practical implications point toward the need for resource allocation restructuring and development of more responsive service systems. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education in early childhood at Ash-Shibgoh Islamic Kindergarten, Kalijaga Village. Character education has an important role in shaping children's personalities, especially at the age of 0-6 years which is known as the "golden age" phase. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the subjects and objects of research are the principal and teachers while the object of research is the process of practicing character education in children. Data collection techniques used in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study identifies the implementation of character education, supporting factors, and obstacles faced in its implementation. The results showed that the implementation of character education in Ash-Shibgoh Kindergarten was carried out through various strategies including habituation, role modeling, learning, and cooperation with parents. However, there are several challenges such as the lack of parental understanding of character education and limited resources. It can be concluded that character education can be carried out through three strategies, namely habituation, role modeling and learning and cooperation between parents and teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the speaking skills of group A children in Kindergarten Negeri 2 Poto Tano through the use of Jamal Laeli's animated film media. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). The data collection method is observation and documentation with qualitative descriptive data analysis by looking at the learning process and learning outcomes of children's speaking skills. The subjects in this study are group A children at Kindergarten Negeri 2 Poto Tano which totals 16 children. The results of the research on the use of animation film media "Jamal Laeli" in the first cycle were carried out well with a percentage of 62.49% and the results of the use of animation film media "Jamal Laeli" in the second cycle increased to 92% were carried out very well. Then speaking skills in cycle I, the percentage value obtained in the first meeting was 58,9% and in the second meeting was 64.6% with an average percentage value of 61.7%. In the first cycle, there were 11 children in the category of developing according to expectations (BSH) with a percentage value of 69% and 5 children in the category of starting to develop (MB) with a final percentage of 31%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the percentage value obtained at the first meeting was 79% which then increased at the second meeting by 93.7% with an average percentage value of 86.3%. And in the second cycle, all students were categorized as very well developed (BSB) with a percentage value of 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the animation film media "Jamal Laeli" can improve the speaking skills of group A children at Kindergarten Negeri 2 Poto Tano.
