Abstract

False information given by one of the police members based on the consideration of the judge based on the case study of the verdict of the case on behalf of the defendant Tamba Tua Sagala No. 32/Pid.B/2012/PN. bk. Bangko District Court, it becomes interesting to be studied analytically on the legal considerations given by judges to members of the judiciary who have committed violations of the law, because as it is known the police is one of the most important components in the criminal justice system against law enforcement. This research is a normative juridical law research. The technique used in this study is by inventorying primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials, and this type of research uses a statute approach with data analysis methods using qualitative approaches.

Abstract

In fact, adolescents under 19 years of age still have to strengthen themselves in terms of education, mental-spiritual, physical endurance to the economy that will support their welfare when they enter the family level. What if the good times as a teenager were taken away because they had to get married at a young age. Underage marriages bring more harm so parents, guardians, who are getting married should stick to the Marriage Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The author uses the library research method or literature review. This library research research is to conduct research from library books, magazines, journals and articles and sources from the internet that are relevant to the issues discussed.

Abstract

This community service is motivated by the lack of skills, insight and competence of teachers in the use of technology as a learning medium. The learning activities of students only listen to explanations from the teacher and take notes on learning materials. So that learning seems less interesting, monotonous, and only teacher-cantered. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to develop Google Slide for school or madrasah teachers in Lampung Province, apply and utilize Google Slides, and seek to improve the quality of teachers in using technology as a learning media tool. This study uses the lecture method and the method of practice (drill practice) the manufacture and development of learning media based on Google Slides. The drill practice is an activity of doing the same thing, and is done repeatedly and earnestly with the aim of perfecting a skill so that it becomes permanent. The results of this community service are in the form of Google Slide that can be used as a learning media tool to convey information and learning materials are more interesting. In addition, this service activity also received a positive response, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the teachers in following through to completion so that they could develop Google Slides learning media.

Abstract

Bubur singkong merupakan salah satu pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk memaksimalkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh suatu desa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bentuk dari adanya aksi pemberdayaan masyarakat pada produksi bubur singkong. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa universitas ma’arif lampung di Kampung Rukti Basuki, Kecamatan Rumbia, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Dimana dalam kegiatan ini dilaksankan di gedung TK AL HUDA Rukti Basuki, Melalui Pengajaran kepada Masyarakat sekitar baik yang tergabung dalam kelompok PKK maupun Ibu rumah tangga tentang produksi bubur dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal yaitu singkong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan produksi bubur singkong untuk dijadikan umkm berbasis potensi lokal masyarakat. Kurangnya edukasi mengenai pengolahan singkong menjadi produk olahan menjadi masalah utama dalam pengabdian ini. Sehingga pengabdian mencoba memberikan solusi berupa diversivikasi produk singkong menjadi bubur singkong. Pengabdian ini bertujuan 1) membantu masyarakat Desa Rukti Basuki untuk memanfaatkan potensi lokal yang ada yaitu singkong. 2) Memberikan pemahaman dan skill bagi masyarakat sekitar agar dapat membuat bubur singkong;; 3) Memberikan keterampilan kepada masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan singkong yang ada disekitar kita yang mana selama ini kurang dimanfaatkan oleh para masyarakat; serta 4) Membantu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dari sektor perdagangan. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan potensi yang ada berupa singkong untuk diolah menjadi bubur singkong yaitu salah satu makanan yang lebih memiliki nilai ekonomis.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of multicultural Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Indonesia, which plays a role in overcoming social conflicts, intolerance and injustice that often arise in diverse societies. This education is in line with Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System which emphasizes the importance of religious education in shaping the character of students. Multicultural PAI teaches the values ​​of tolerance, mutual respect and social justice. This approach is relevant to Hasan Hanafi's concept of liberation theology, which emphasizes liberation from all forms of oppression and justice for all humanity, as well as equality as the main principle in coexistence. This study uses the method literature study (library research) and figures related to the relevance of multicultural Islamic religious education to liberation theology. The findings of this research show that a multicultural approach in Islamic Religious Education, which is in line with Hassan Hanafi's liberation theology, can effectively overcome social problems such as intolerance and radicalism. As a result, these findings can form a younger generation that is more adaptive, appreciates diversity, and is active in fighting for social justice, thereby contributing to the creation of a more harmonious and peaceful Indonesian society.

Abstract

Gadgets are a real form of the development of science and technology (Science and Technology) in the present and future. Of course, with the development of Science and Technology, this greatly influences human life patterns both in terms of thought patterns and behavior. Nowadays, not only adults, children can also use gadgets in everyday life and also enjoy using them, but this can lead to gadget addiction, mental, emotional and negative behavioral disorders. Research objective: to determine the relationship between the role of parents, use of gadgets, growth and development with the social behavior of children aged 6-12 years in Pabuaran Village rt05/rw13 Cibinong, Bogor, 2023. Method: The type of research used in this research is quantitative research , namely with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 80 respondents aged 6-12 years at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in the form of a frequency distribution and used the Chi Square test. Research results: There is a relationship between the role of parents and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.005 with an OR value of 0.231. There is a relationship between gadget use and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.006 with an OR value of 5.000. There is a relationship between growth and development and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.003 with an OR value of 0.184. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the role of parents, use of gadgets, growth and development and the social behavior of children aged 6-12 years in Rt05/Rw13 pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023.

Abstract

A thesis is an important element in the higher education process, which is also proof of a student's integrity in applying the knowledge gained during their studies. However, the process of preparing a thesis is often faced with various problems, especially by final year students who experience high levels of anxiety. Independence is an attitude of being able to stand alone without depending on the people around him, especially parents, being able to choose and determine his own choices according to what he wants.The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between parenting styles, environment and education on children's independence at SDN Lanbau 01. The research method used by researchers is a correlational analytical research method with a cross sectional design. The data collection method involves using the Vineland Social Maturity Scale (VSMS) questionnaire to determine parental parenting patterns, environmental modification questionnaire, education level questionnaire, Parenting Style and Dimension Question (PSDQ). The results of this research obtained a P-value of 0.010, which means sig 0.010 0.05, so there is a correlation or relationship between parenting patterns and independence. Independence. If the P-value is 0.000, which means the sig value is 0.000 0.05, then there is a correlation or relationship between education and children's independence at SDN Lanbau 01. Based on the results of the analysis, parenting patterns, environment and education are related to children's independence at SDN Lanbau 01

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran kontekstual di SMP Darul Ma’arif Banjar Negeri dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi guru PAI dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran kontekstual di kelas VIII SMP Darul Ma’arif Banjar Negeri. Penelitian ini didasari oleh guru SMP Daarul Ma’arif Banjar Negeri Kecamatan Natar Lampung Selatan sebagian besar masih menerapkan model pembelajaran langsung berkelanjutan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Guru menjelaskan materi di depan kelas pada awal proses pembelajaran. Soal latihan dan contoh soal kemudian diberikan, dan pembelajaran diakhiri dengan pekerjaan rumah (PR). Penulis menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif. Siswa kelas VIII SMP Daarul Ma’arif Banjar Negeri Kecamatan Natar Lampung Selatan dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan strategi purposive sampling dalam hal ini. Penulis menggunakan metode berikut untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini: dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Sementara itu, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknis sebagai metode untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Dibandingkan dengan pendekatan lain, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menggunakan pembelajaran kontekstual untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar dilaksanakan melalui peningkatan signifikansi dan realisme proses pembelajaran. Untuk membantu siswa kelas VIII mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Daarul Ma'arif Banjar Negeri mengatasi tantangan belajarnya, maka guru menggunakan strategi pembelajaran sebagai berikut: Guru PAI bekerja satu lawan satu dengan siswa, memberikan pekerjaan rumah untuk membantu mereka mengingat materi, dan mengulas materi tersebut, dan menginspirasi siswa agar lebih bersemangat dalam belajar.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat dan kesibukan masyarakat yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan banyak masyarakat di era modern yang mengabaikan amalan keagamaan seperti membaca Al-Quran bahkan lupa shalat. Selain itu, anak-anak yang up to date juga terkena dampaknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan pendidikan karakter pada kelas VIII di MTs Sabiilul Muttaqien Desa Sukaraja Nuban Kec. Batanghari Nuban, melalui program pembiasaan membaca Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Melalui keikutsertaan mereka dalam membaca Al-Qur’an sebelum kegiatan belajar mengajar, seperti cara membacanya, memahami maknanya, dan mengamalkan isinya, maka luaran program dinilai positif dan ditunjukkan dengan penampilan. dari perasaan gembira dan bahagia. keberadaan sehari-hari. Melalui pelaksanaan program ini, peneliti menemukan unsur-unsur yang memotivasi dan disinsentif dalam studinya. Salah satu faktor pendukung penelitian ini adalah partisipasi langsung kepala madrasah dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an. 2) Kurang konsistennya struktur kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an yang ditugaskan oleh Madrasah. 3. Infrastruktur yang memadai. Hambatan penelitian ini kemudian terdiri dari hal-hal berikut: 1) ketidakikutsertaan instruktur dalam pelaksanaan program, yang mengakibatkan bimbingan di bawah standar untuk jumlah siswa yang cukup besar. 2) Siswa kelas VIII kurang peka terhadap keadaan sekitar ketika menyelesaikan tugas sehari-hari.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators who have the main task of educating, guiding, teaching, directing, training, assessing, and providing evaluations to students in early childhood education. Learning strategies are a series of activities in which these activities use methods and utilization of resources that have been arranged so that the planned learning objectives can be realized. This study is about the Strategy of Aqidah Akhlak Teachers in Forming the Character of Students at MTs Ma'arif 02 Kota Gajah, Central Lampung. The purpose of this study is to determine the Strategy of Aqidah Akhlak Teachers in Forming the Character of Students at MTs Ma'arif 02 Kota Gajah, Central Lampung. This study is a study that uses a descriptive approach with a type of qualitative field research. The sources of this study are aqidah akhlak teachers, principals of madrasahs, and class 8 students of MTs Ma'arif 02 Kota Gajah. The data collection methods used are interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, conducting analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the Akidah Akhlak Teacher's Strategy in Forming Student Characters included teachers forming self-awareness in students about the importance of having character, teachers getting students used to independent learning, teachers providing motivation and direction to students to compete healthily and have self-confidence, teachers providing examples and examples of these characters both in and outside the classroom. In the learning process, the Akidah Akhlak Teacher uses expository learning strategies, affective learning strategies and cooperative learning strategies. The purpose of these three strategies is for students to have good character or noble morals.
