Abstract

Fenomena cyberbullying terhadap pemimpin di Indonesia, sering terjadi dalam bentuk penyebaran meme, penggunaan diksi kasar, hingga serangan terhadap data pribadi oleh netizen. Dalam konteks Nahdlatul Ulama, kritik para ulama terhadap pemimpin disampaikan melalui komunikasi vertikal yang elegan melalui syair. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kritik K.H. Afifudin Muhajir dan K.H. Zulfa Mustofa terhadap para pemimpin Nahdlatul Ulama melalui syair yang digubah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pandangan dunia transformative dengan metode kualitatif. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah naratif-pustaka. Penjaringan data dilakukan dengan teknik simak catat. Adapun analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan deksriptif-interpretatif dengan teori Ilmu Arudh, Semiotika Roland Barthes, dan Etika Kritik dalam Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa syair KH. Afifudin Muhajir menggunakan Baḥr Kāmil. Pada aspek arūd, terdapat wazan sahih pada lima bait dan zihāf izmār pada lima bait.  Pada aspek darab, terdapat wazan sahih pada satu bait, zihāf izmār pada delapan bait, dan al-waqas pada satu bait. Adapun pada aspek hasywun, terdapat wazan sahih pada sembilan bait, zihaf mufrad izmar pada 10 bait dan waqas satu bait, serta zihaf murakkab berupa khazal pada dua bait. Adapun syair KH. Zulfa Mustofa menggunakan Baḥr Basīṭ. Pada aspek arud, terdapat wazan khabn/makhbun di seluruh bait. Pada aspek darab terdapat wazan sahih pada satu bait dan makhbun pada tiga bait. Adapun pada aspek hasywun, terdapat wazan tay dan tazyil masing-masing terdapat pada satu bait yang tidak lazim. Dalam dua syair yang digubah oleh dua tokoh tersebut, kritik untuk pemimpin disampaikan melalui doa yang estetis. Kedua syair merefleksikan peran Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) sebagai penjaga nilai moral bangsa dengan pendekatan harmonis antara agama dan negara, sekaligus memberikan teladan pendidikan etika Islami melalui perpaduan nilai nasiha dan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. Ulama melalui syair ini menegaskan perannya sebagai penjaga tradisi Islam yang relevan dan adaptif, menginspirasi pemimpin untuk berintegritas, amanah, dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Penggunaan rekam medis elektronik (RME) memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, implementasi RME di puskesmas menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan rekam medis elektronik di puskemas Tempunak Kabupaten Sintang Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 59 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil terdapat hubungan sumber daya manusia dengan kesiapan rekam medis elektronik di Puskesmas Tempunak Kabupaten Sintang dengan Pvalue 0,048 nilai OR 4,0.NTerdapat hubungan budaya kerja dengan kesiapan rekam medis elektronik di Puskesmas Tempunak Kabupaten Sintang dengan Pvalue 0,039 nilai OR 3,7. Terdapat hubungan teknologi informasi dengan kesiapan rekam medis elektronik di Puskesmas Tempunak KabupatenSintang dengan Pvalue 0,016 nilai OR 4,5. Kata kunci: Analisis, Puskesmas, Rekam Medis Elektronik

Abstract

False information given by one of the police members based on the consideration of the judge based on the case study of the verdict of the case on behalf of the defendant Tamba Tua Sagala No. 32/Pid.B/2012/PN. bk. Bangko District Court, it becomes interesting to be studied analytically on the legal considerations given by judges to members of the judiciary who have committed violations of the law, because as it is known the police is one of the most important components in the criminal justice system against law enforcement. This research is a normative juridical law research. The technique used in this study is by inventorying primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials, and this type of research uses a statute approach with data analysis methods using qualitative approaches.

Abstract

The new Landsat generation, Landsat-8, is equipped with two bands of thermal infrared sensors (TIRS). The presence of two bands provides for improved determination of sea surface temperature (SST) compared to existing products. Due to its high spatial resolution, it is suitable for coastal zone monitoring. However, there are still significant challenges in converting radiance measurements to SST, resulting from the limitations of in-situ measurements. Several studies into developing SST algorithms in Indonesia waters have provided good performance. Unfortunately, however, they have used a single-band windows approach, and a split-windows approach has yet to be reported. In this study, we investigate both single-band and split-window algorithms for retrieving SST maps in the coastal zone of Wangi-Wangi Island, Wakatobi, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Landsat-8 imagery was acquired on February 26, 2016 (01: 51: 44.14UTC) at position path 111 and and row 64. On the same day, in-situ SST was measured by using Portable Multiparameter Water Quality Checker – 24. We used the coefficient of correlation (r) and root mean square error (RMSE) to determine the best algorithm performance by incorporating in-situ data and the estimated SST map. The results showed that there were differences in brightness temperature retrieved from TIRS band10 and band 11. The single-band algorithm based on band 10 for Poteran Island clearly showed superior performance (r = 69.28% and RMSE = 0.7690°C). This study shows that the split-window algorithm has not yet produced a accurate result for the study area.

Abstract

The performance of the government is the understanding of the regions in finding and managing regional finances that are useful for the needs and support of the continuation of the government system. Financial performance continues to increase can provide good to the welfare of the community, the more resources that can be used in maximizing services to the community and can also finance regional development and government implementation, the more independent a region is in creating its regional potential. The problem of financial performance in general, the performance of the independence of the Regency/City Government in Lampung is still relatively low. One of the problems with the financial performance of the Lampung Provincial government in 2023 is related to cash management. The purpose of this research is to provide a more in-depth knowledge literacy about what factors have an impact on the financial performance of local governments, as well as provide appropriate recommendations to a local government to improve the financial performance of its government in the future. This study involved 14 district governments and 2 cities in Lampung Province as a sample determined based on purposive sampling with the criteria of the regency/city government that has data on the financial independence ratio that is categorized as lacking. The analysis used was in the form of multiple linear regression and hypothesis test (t-test).
