Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how the use of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model can increase the learning motivation of class IX students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at Tri Bhakti Assalam Integrated Islamic Middle School. The learning motivation of class IX students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at Tri Bhakti Assalam Integrated Islamic Middle School is still low due to the lack of encouragement to study. 'This condition encourages PAI teachers to implement cooperative learning models, especially the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type, in order to increase student learning motivation. Through the STAD cooperative learning model, teachers hope to change the class dynamics to be more active and collaborative, so that student learning motivation increases. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach which focuses on analyzing the use of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model in increasing students' learning motivation in holistic Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. Data collection was carried out through three main techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The process of testing the validity of the data carried out by the author in this research went through stages, namely: Source Triangulation and data triangulation. The research results show that the use of the STAD model significantly increases students' learning motivation in PAI subjects. The motivation that grows from relevant learning methods provides positive encouragement for students to continue to be actively involved in learning. By combining individual-based learning motivation and collective support through the STAD model, the learning process can take place more effectively, creating students who excel academically and have strong character in accordance with religious teachings.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini membahas permasalahan pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja yang menjadi fenomena sosial signifikan di Indonesia, terutama di lingkungan sekolah. Pergaulan bebas, yang sering berkaitan dengan seks bebas dan penyalahgunaan narkotika, dipicu oleh berbagai faktor, baik internal (seperti kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua) maupun eksternal (seperti pengaruh pertemanan yang negatif dan media sosial). Pengabdian bertujuan memberikan edukasi melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dampak pergaulan bebas dan penyalahgunaan narkotika bagi aktifis OSIS dan ROHIS di SMAN 12 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan pembagian kuisioner untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman siswa sebelum dan setelah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran siswa tentang dampak negatif pergaulan bebas serta pentingnya nilai-nilai agama dan moral dalam membentuk perilaku positif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pendekatan komprehensif untuk menangani masalah pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja, dengan strategi pencegahan yang adaptif terhadap konteks budaya lokal.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama merupakan program utama Kementerian Agama yang diinisiasi oleh mantan Menteri Agama, Lukman Hakim Syaifuddin. Program ini telah dikampanyekan secara masif kepada masyarakat sejak tahun 2019. Kampanye ini juga menyasar institusi pendidikan, mulai dari pendidikan dasar, menengah, sampai pendidikan tinggi. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui corak pemahaman siswa sekolah menengah berbasis Islam yang menjadi anggota kegiatan rohani Islam (rohis). Informan diambil dari delapan siswa rohis dari beberapa sekolah berbasis Islam di Bandar Lampung dan Lampung Tengah. Melalui teknik wawancara mendalam (indepth inerview) yang ditunjang dengan observasi mendapai temuan berikut: pertama, corak pemahaman nilai-nilai moderasi beragama siswa sekolah Islam yang menjadi anggota rohis ini dapat dilihat dari pemahaman mereka terhadap pendidikan agama, cara pandang mereka dalam memahami perbedaan antaragama, serta negosiasi mereka terhadap perbedaan dalam inraagama. Kedua, corak pemahaman nilai-nilai moderasi beragama siswa rohis tergolong moderat, namun pada titik-titik tertentu tergolong semi-moderat. Hal ini tampak dari sebagian narasumber yang mengaku menghindari bergaul dengan temannya yang tidak seagama. Pada akhirnya penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada institusi sekolah untuk memasukan muatan-muatan materi yang mengandung nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam kegiatan pembelajaran secara lebih masif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study in general was to analyze the contribution of interpersonal communication, pedagogical competence and organizational climate to the performance of science subject teachers Specifically, the objectives of this study are as follows: (1) To analyze the contribution of interpersonal communication, pedagogical competence and organizational climate simultaneously to the performance of science subject teachers; (2) To analyze the contribution of interpersonal communication to the performance of science subject teachers; (3) To analyze the contribution of pedagogic competence to the performance of science subject teachers; and (4) To analyze the contribution of organizational climate to the performance of science subject teachers.The approach of this research was quantitative. The independent variables in this study were intepersonal communication, pedagogic competence, and organizational climate, while the dependent variable was teacher performance. This study was conducted on science teachers at MTs in Purworejo District. The population of this study were all science subject teachers in public and private MTs in Purworejo District, which numbered 38 people. The sample in this study were all science teachers in MTs in Purworejo District, which totaled 38 people. Thus, this study uses saturated samples. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) Interpersonal communication, pedagogical competence and organizational climate contribute positively to the performance of science subject teachers. (2) Interpersonal communication demonstrated a statistically significant positive contribution to the performance of science subject teachers. (2) Pedagogical competencies contribute positively to the performance of science subject teachers. (3) The organizational climate demonstrated a statistically significant positive contribution to the performance of science subject teachers.

Abstract

Analysis of Qur'an Tahfidz House (RTQ) Management at Rumah Tahfidz Center Lampung. Qur'an Tahfidz House (RTQ) is one of the non-formal Islamic educational institutions that continues to maintain its existence amidst the hegemony of formal educational institutions. In its development, RTQ can be an alternative non-formal education that students can pursue to support their formal education. Using qualitative research methods, data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews; this research aims to discover management strategies at RTQ Al-Qur'any and RTQ Nurul Jannah. The research results found that: (1) curriculum management was carried out through planning, implementation, and evaluation by RTQ administrators and caregivers; (2) student management is carried out by mapping student needs, recruiting all registrants, grouping them into three levels, as well as student evaluations conducted by halaqah administrators; (3) Management of educators and educational personnel is carried out by analyzing needs, recruitment, cadre formation, as well as the development of the Asatidz council and administrative staff.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di berbagai tingkatan sekolah. Salah satu aplikasi yang menarik perhatian dalam konteks ini adalah Kinemaster, sebuah aplikasi penyunting video yang memiliki beragam fitur untuk pembuatan konten multimedia. Media pembelajaran digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian pesan pembelajaran, namun seringkali penggunaannya masih terbatas dan kurang bervariasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi kinemaster pada mata pelajaran PAI dikelas VII dengan materi hidup tenang dengan kejujuran, amanah, dan istiqomah, dan juga untuk mengetahui kelayakan media video pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Kinemaster pada mata pelajaran PAI dikelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Bekri. Metode penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yang terdiri dari tahap define (Pendefinisian), design (Perancangan), development (Pengembangan), dan disseminate (Penyebarluasan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan sangat layak digunakan, dengan hasil validasi ahli materi mencapai 95% dalam kriteria sangat layak, serta validasi ahli media mencapai 95% dalam kriteria sangat layak.  Kemudian mendapatkan hasil respon positif dari guru dan siswa yaitu 90% dan 92,72%. Dengan demikian, media video pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Kinemaster pada mata pelajaran PAI dikelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Bekri dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan.Kata kunci:     media pembelajaran, video kinemaster, PAI, Research and Development
