Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Persero East Bekasi Branch Office. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this research was 50 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using SPSS Versi 25. The results of this research show that (1) There is no correlation between Work Discipline and Employee Performance; (2) There is a correlation between work motivation and employee performance; (3) There is a correlation between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of online customer reviews and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions of Somethinc products. This study is a quantitative research using a non-probability sampling method with an accidental sampling/incidental sampling technique. In this study, primary data in the form of questionnaires through Google Forms was used. The number of samples used in this study was 96 respondents who were people domiciled in Bekasi City. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software. Based on the results of the data processing carried out, the results of this study showed that the Online Customer Review variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The Online Customer Review and Brand Image variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the Purchasing Decision variable.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Communication have an effect on employee performance. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees at PT. Alpha Technology Indonesia. The sample used in this research used a saturated sample using the Slovin formula calculation to obtain 133 respondents. Data analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, R-Square test, F-Square test and hypothesis test. The research results show that work discipline has no effect on employee performance with a t-statistic of 0.790 < 1.96, then the research results also show that work communication has no effect on employee performance, this is shown by a t-statistic value of 0.910 < 1.96 However, there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 6.635 > 1.96. This shows that the greater the employee's motivation, the better the employee's performance will be

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving employees of PT Sepulsa Technology Indonesia. At this start, 60 respondents were taken as samples. The study uses SmartPLS 4.0 statistics to test the hypothesis. The results of the analysis showed that the workload variable has a negative and non-significant influence on the turnover intention, the work stress has a positive and significant influence upon the turnover intentions, the working environment has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, the load of work, work stres, and the work environment have a significant simultaneous influence over the turnover intention. This research has the accuracy of research objects that are carried out only by employees of PT. Sepulsa Technology Indonesia. The innovation in this research combines variables of workload, work stress, and work environment against the turnover intention of employees of PT. Sepulsa Technology Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Citra Merek Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Produk Kerupuk Ikan CV Laksana Jaya di Kebalen Kabupaten Bekasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen produk kerupuk ikan CV Laksana Jaya di Kebalen Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angket) kepada 110 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Citra Merek berpengaruh secara parsial, dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (3.855 > 1,659), variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial, dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (4,999 > 1,659). Berdasarkan hasil Uji F simultan telah diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 72,394 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. nilai f-hitung >f-tabel sebesar 3,080 dan nilai sig lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dari itu Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa secara simultan Pengaruh Citra Merek Dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembeliafn Pada Produk Kerupuk Ikan CV Laksana Jaya di Kebalen Kabupaten Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of school service quality on guardian student loyalty, to analyze the effect of school image on student guardian loyalty and to analyze the effect of guardian student loyalty on parents' decision to choose. The data analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Guidelines in PLS-Parth. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between service quality and student guardian loyalty. There is a positive relationship between school image and student guardian loyalty. There is a positive relationship between service quality and parents' decision to choose. There is a positive relationship between school image and parents' decision to choose. There is a positive relationship between student guardian loyalty and parents' decision to choose.

Abstract

This research tries to analyze the influence of the work environment and compensation on performance mediated by motivation in online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City. This research was conducted using a quantitative design with 100 respondents from online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City. The accidental sampling technique with a minimum number of samples using the Lemeshow (1997) approach is an important part of this research. Statistical tools used to test data and draw conclusions from hypotheses using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study found that the work environment and compensation had no effect on performance. However, motivation has a direct influence on the performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers. Other findings found that the mediating role of motivation on the influence of the work environment and compensation proved to be influential and strengthened previous findings. This research also focuses on online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City as a buffer city and a metropolitan city. The theoretical framework and thinking as well as the research instruments in this research are improvements from previous research so that they have their own novelty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui metode studi literatur. Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja, retensi, dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap organisasi. Komunikasi organisasi, baik internal maupun eksternal, berperan sebagai sarana utama dalam menyampaikan informasi, membangun pemahaman bersama, serta menciptakan hubungan kerja yang harmonis. Studi literatur ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan, menyeleksi, dan menganalisis penelitian-penelitian terkini yang relevan, khususnya penelitian yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2025, yang membahas hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Komunikasi yang efektif, terbuka, dan dua arah mampu meningkatkan rasa dihargai, kejelasan peran, serta keterikatan emosional karyawan terhadap organisasi. Selain itu, komunikasi organisasi juga memperkuat pengaruh variabel lain, seperti work-life balance dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dalam membentuk kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa komunikasi organisasi merupakan determinan utama kepuasan kerja yang berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dengan mensintesis temuan penelitian terdahulu dan mengidentifikasi celah penelitian yang dapat dijadikan dasar pengembangan kajian empiris selanjutnya. Hasil studi literatur ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi manajemen organisasi dalam merancang strategi komunikasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.
