Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing interest in shopping on e-commerce with various paymnent options such as paylater, maing many people curious, including students majoring. However, on the other hand, this encourages students majoring to behave cosumtive. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the influencve of financial literacy, bandwagon effect, hedonistic lifestyle on the consumtive behavior of Siliwangi University Economics Cluster students majoring, either simultaneously pr partially. This research uses a quantitative survey type research method with a design, namely an explanatory survey. The population in this study were students majoring from the Siliwangi University Economics Cluster. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, totaling 152 students majoring. The data collection technique uses a questionare and the data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 26 program. The research results show that: 1) there is a significant of financial literacy on consumer behavior with a calculated t value > t table (20,391 > 1,6892). 2) there is a significant influence of the bandwagon effect on consumer behavior with a calculated t value > t table (3,045 > 1,6892). 3) there is a significant influence of the hedonistic lifstyle on consumer behavior with a calculated t value > t table (3,293 > 1,6892). The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant influence between financial literacy, the bandwagon effect and a hedonistic lifestyle on the consumtive behavior of Siliwangi University Economics Cluster students majoring.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems that occurred among students of the 2020 Economic Education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Siliwangi Tasikmalaya University, namely regarding consumer behavior. The aim of carrying out this research is to determine the extent of the influence of lifestyle, peers and financial literacy on consumer behavior in economics education students class of 2020, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses a quantitative survey type research method with a design, namely an explanatory survey. The population in this study were all students from the Department of Economic Education, Siliwangi University Class of 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling, totaling 115 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with multiple linear data regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 16.0 for Windows program. The research results show that: 1) There is a significant influence of lifestyle on consumer behavior with a value of tcount > ttable (6.787 > 1.981). 2) There is a significant influence from peers on consumer behavior with a value of tcount > ttable (7.380 > 1.981). 3) There is a significant influence of financial literacy on consumer behavior with a value of tcount > ttable (4.062 > 1.981).

Abstract

This article presents the results of a community service program conducted at SMP PGRI 363 PondokPetir, focusing on equipping students with basic website creation skills using Visual Studio Code (VSC) and HTML. The workshop aimed to enhance students' technological literacy and inspire interest in pursuing advanced technological skills. The methods included direct practice and interactive discussions to ensure a comprehensive understanding. Feedback from participants indicated high satisfaction and improved competence in using VSC and HTML. The study highlights the importance of such workshops in bridging technological gaps in under-resourced schools.

Abstract

The seminar "Smart Teens in the Digital Era: The Importance of Understanding Internet Security and Privacy Protection" aims to enhance the understanding of digital security among special needs students at PKBM House of Knowledge. This seminar provides knowledge about steps to protect personal data, recognize cyber threats, and apply best practices for online privacy. Using interactive methods, the activities include material delivery sessions, discussions, quizzes, evaluations, and distribution of practical guides. Evaluation results indicate that the seminar successfully increased participants' understanding of digital security, achieving an average score of 91% on a scale of 1-5. This activity is expected to serve as a reference for similar efforts in the future to create a digitally secure and inclusive educational ecosystem.

Abstract

SMK Bintang Nusantara in Pondok Aren, South Tangerang, faces challenges in managing academic documents and fostering collaboration among students in the digital era. The main issues include a lack of understanding regarding the use of storage and collaboration technology, inadequate technological infrastructure, and low student interaction in learning activities. To enhance the digital skills of students and teachers, this community service program (PkM) is planned to take place over three months, from January to March 2025. The primary beneficiaries of this initiative are the students and teachers at SMK Bintang Nusantara. To address these challenges, this PkM proposes the implementation of OneDrive as an intelligent solution for transforming academic document storage and collaboration. The proposed solution includes several strategic steps: providing training on OneDrive usage for students and teachers to improve digital literacy, ensuring adequate technological infrastructure, integrating OneDrive into the curriculum through collaborative projects, developing accessible digital content, establishing a learning community to support collaboration, conducting regular evaluations and feedback sessions, partnering with third parties for technical support, and raising awareness of digital ethics.

Abstract

Non-linear equations are one of the fundamental problems that often arise in various scientific disciplines, such as physics, engineering, economics and computer science. Solving non-linear equations analytically is often not possible due to the complex nature of the functions involved. Therefore, numerical methods such as Newton-Raphson and Fixed Point Iteration are the main choice to approach solutions with high accuracy. This research aims to analyze the performance of the two methods in solving systems of non-linear equations. The analysis is carried out by comparing aspects of convergence speed, solution accuracy, and stability to changes in initial values ​​and the nature of the function being analyzed. The Newton-Raphson method is known for its fast quadratic convergence, but requires derivatives of functions that are not always practical to calculate. Meanwhile, the Fixed Point Iteration method is simpler in implementation, but has slower linear convergence and relies heavily on the selection of recursive functions and initial values. The research results show that the Newton-Raphson method is superior in terms of convergence speed, especially for functions with derivatives that can be calculated easily. On the other hand, Fixed Point Iteration is more flexible for use on functions without explicit derivatives, although it requires more iterations to achieve the same accuracy. This research provides guidance for practitioners in choosing the most appropriate numerical method based on the characteristics of the problems faced, so that it can be implemented optimally in various application fields.

Abstract

Adolescents often experience challenges related to reproductive health, especially regarding menstruation which occurs monthly. Menstruation is a natural phenomenon of bleeding from the uterus, indicating the maturity of the reproductive organs. Although common, a large number of young women in Indonesia face issues such as discomfort during menstruation, such as dysmenorrhea. Of course, menstrual pain can be caused by various factors, one of which is physical activity. The physical activities carried out by each young woman are of course different. This study aims to determine the relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and physical activity in adolescent girls at SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangor in the working area of Cisempur Community Health Center. This type of research uses quantitative analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample used a total sampling technique, involving 205 female students as respondents. The tools used in this research included a questionnaire with a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and a questionnaire regarding physical activity of adolescent girls with an ordinal scale, which were then analyzed using a univariate approach. Data analysis was carried out by chi-square test, the majority of respondents, namely 96 respondents (46.8%) experienced mild primary dysmenorrhea. Most respondents experienced moderate physical activity, namely 124 respondents (60.1%). Based on the bivariate test, the p value = 0.051 (p <= 0.05). This shows that H0 is accepted so that there is no relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and physical activity at SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangor in 2024. The lighter the level of primary dysmenorrhea, the lighter the physical activity faced by young women at SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangor.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the use of the Jeko Game (Economic Exploration) based on the STAD cooperative learning model in improving students' economic problem-solving abilities. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving two classes of XI at SMA Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti, and using an essay test as an instrument. Data analysis was carried out using the paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test at a significance level of 5%. The N-Gain Score in the experimental class reached 0.7147, while the control class was 0.6390, with an effect size of 0.79 which is included in the moderate category. The results showed a significant difference in increasing problem-solving abilities between the experimental and control classes, with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001. Thus, the use of the Jeko Game based on STAD is proven to be more effective than the Think-Pair-Share model in improving students' economic problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

Service users e-wallet face a number of issues, including a lack of knowledge about digital finance as well as concerns about security and trust in services e-wallet. This problem is supported by the phenomenon of many educators being trapped in loans online. The focus of this research is on the influence of digital financial literacy and security perceptions on service adoption e-wallet among students with the UTAUT approach. Quantitative research method with survey data collection using a questionnaire totaling 35 statements, consisting of 12 statements on the digital financial literacy variable, 13 statements on the security perception variable and the service adoption variable. e-wallet as many as 10 statements. The respondents for this research involved 224 students (25% men, 75% women) majoring in Economic Education, class of 2021-2024. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 application. The research results show that the variables of digital financial literacy and security perceptions have a positive and significant effect on service adoption e-wallet simultaneously and partially. It is hoped that this research can contribute useful thoughts and information and can enrich knowledge and economic development as well as become reference material for further research.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low readiness to become teachers in Economics Education students of the Class of 2021. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of FKIP EDU (Educational Exploration) experience and perception of PPG, both partially and simultaneously, on teacher readiness. This study uses a quantitative approach, a survey method, with a population of 102 Economics Education students Class of 2021. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling, while data analysis uses parametric statistics. The results of the study show that: (1) FKIP EDU (Educational Exploration) experience has a significant effect on readiness to become a teacher; (2) Perception of PPG has a significant effect on readiness to become a teacher; (3) Simultaneously, the experience of FKIP EDU (Educational Exploration) and the perception of PPG have a significant effect on the readiness to become a teacher. This is reflected in the determination coefficient value of 0.516, which indicates that the experience of FKIP EDU (Educational Exploration) and the perception of PPG had an effect of 50.6% on the readiness to become a teacher, while the remaining 49.4% was influenced by other factors outside this study.
