Abstract

In Indonesia, students who work and study at the same time is not a new thing. In fact, the goal of students should be to carry out all processes in higher education, namely to complete lectures on time, get a good achievement index and achieve learning goals in developing their mindset. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of time management, student motivation on student academic achievement in studying while working. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted at SMPS Plus Latansa (Boarding School) Demak, which is a place for face-to-face tutorials for UT Pokjar Demak students. The source of data for this research comes from primary data from the results of questionnaires and interviews. Secondary data from literature studies, the internet and the results of previous research. The sample of this research is 34 management students of UT Pokjar Demak Management Study Program Semester 8. The results of this study show that the students of the UT Pokjar Demak management study program in semester 8 are quite good, namely students can manage their time and determine their priorities. Meanwhile, student motivation in learning is quite good in terms of having the desire to learn and having ideals and hopes so that the average academic achievement of students is also quite good, which is between 2.75-3.50.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system audit on the performance of Inpatient Installation services at Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. This study is a quantitative research, the number of the research population is employees at the inpatient installation of Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. The research sample used a non-probability sampling technique where the entire population became a research sample totaling 29 people. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire that is distributed to a predetermined sample. This study produced the conclusion that the significance value of the T test was 0.000 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis was accepted and the regression coefficient value was obtained with a positive value. So that the audit of the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on service performance. The R Square value is 0.544 which means that the internal control system audit has an effect of 54.4% on service performance, the remaining 45.6% is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

In a competitive business environment, increasing sales volume is one of the main goals for the company, including the Rena Factory Outlet in Tuban Regency. This research focuses on the implementation of a marketing mix strategy that includes products, prices, distribution, and promotions as an effective way to achieve increased sales. This study aims to investigate how the implementation of a marketing mix strategy can increase the sales volume of Rena Factory Outlet by analyzing factors that affect consumer preferences and purchasing patterns in the local market. A qualitative descriptive approach is used to explore the meaning of social issues related to the marketing mix strategy at Rena Factory Outlet. The data was collected through observations and interviews with employees and consumers, and was supported by secondary data from various documents and references. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions to simplify information into a more managed form. The results of the study show that the implementation of a marketing mix strategy that includes high-quality products, competitive prices, efficient distribution, and effective promotion has succeeded in increasing sales volume at Rena Factory Outlet. Products that match market needs, attractive prices, strategic locations, and creative promotions have increased brand awareness and consumer buying interest. This research provides valuable insights for Rena Factory Outlet management in designing and implementing more effective marketing strategies. In addition, this research can be used as a reference for marketing practitioners and academics in understanding the dynamics of retail marketing at the local level, emphasizing the importance of an integrated approach and focusing on customer needs to achieve success in a competitive market.

Abstract

Information is something very important in life, various sources of information can be easily obtained today. The main issue in this study is the varying quality of writing among journalists and online media reporters, which results in the need for multi-level editing before the news is aired. In addition, the selection of news headlines that have not been properly controlled can also reduce the quality of journalistic products. The purpose of this study is to analyze editorial management in improving the quality of journalistic products at the Riau Islands Daily media office. Locus This research was carried out in the editorial environment of HarianKepri.com media, with the aim of producing good journalistic products, starting from data collection, news/issues, journalist interview techniques with sources. News writing and presentation techniques. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Four research informants represent the editor-in-chief, editors, and journalists who are responsible for the Hariankei media as well as the company's leaders who are responsible for the company's human resources. The results of the research are the formation of an ecosystem, work patterns, standard operating procedures (SOP) to produce good journalistic/news results, accurate and reliable news.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the right strategies to build emotional relationships with customers. Therefore, we need a strategy to maintain customer loyalty . The purpose of this study is to build an emotional connection strategy at Counter Siti Cell in Tangerang, in order to increase loyalty satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty. This research uses a literature study approach that collects and analyzes information from various academic journals and books relevant to the topic of emotional marketing. This research method was chosen because it can provide a deep understanding of the approach strategy carried out by this credit counter and its impact on increasing sales. The results of the study show that: building a customer emotional relationship connection strategy at Counter Siti Cell in Tangerang is by implementing a product warranty policy, appreciating and accepting criticism and suggestions from customers, honestly explaining the personality of the product with details of its advantages and disadvantages, paying attention to stakeholders and having good conversations, so as to create customer satisfaction with their trust in the company.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of openness to experience, social support, and job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as to analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between openness to experience and social support on employee performance in the West Sulawesi Regional Police. This study used a quantitative method, with sampling using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 99 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire, using a Likert scale of 1–5, limited interviews to validate contextual information, and document analysis to support descriptive data. Testing the quality of the research instrument used a validity test and a reliability test. The analytical tools used were classical assumption test analysis consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test; multiple linear regression analysis; path analysis; Sobel test analysis; then hypothesis testing used a partial test (t-statistic test), simultaneous test (F-statistic test), and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study indicate that: (1) openness to experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) social support does not have a significant effect on employee performance; (3) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between openness to experience and employee performance; (4) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between social support and employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Police; (5) job satisfaction has an influence and is not significant on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Police

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the transformation of the tourism sector can play a key role in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) in Majene Regency. The urgency of this research lies in the need to strengthen the role of tourism as a primary source of PAD amidst increasingly fierce competition among regional and national tourist destinations. Majene Regency has rich natural, cultural, and maritime tourism potential, but it has not been managed optimally and sustainably. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and policy document reviews. Data analysis is conducted thematically to identify patterns, relationships, and key themes related to the potential, obstacles, and strategies for regional tourism development. The results show that tourism transformation in Majene requires synergy between the local government, business actors, and the community in managing local potential in a sustainable, innovative, and inclusive manner. The resulting recommendations emphasize the importance of tourism governance reform, improving supporting infrastructure, and implementing policies based on community participation. Thus, tourism transformation is expected to be a catalyst for increasing PAD while strengthening the regional economic foundation towards competitive and sustainable development.

Abstract

Muara Teweh is a location that has the potential for businesses to establish and develop their businesses. The extent of land and also its competitors which are still very minimal can be an opportunity for business actors. This opportunity is utilized as a location for cultivation such as rhizome plants as well as a source of raw materials. If managed properly, the results of the cultivation of these rhizome plants can become raw materials for the supply chain. This study aims to determine and analyze the supply chain of rhizome plants to the amount of herbal product production in Muara Teweh. The research method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the efforts and effectiveness in the supply chain are not optimal and affect the production target is not achieved.

Abstract

The influence of technology and quality management information systems at PT.Selalu Cinta Indonesia is the purpose of this study. Technology and management information systems are programs that aim to improve the quality of the company. To meet the general information needs of all parties, the management information system provides information for all company employees in the form of periodic reports, special reports for information system purposes. The technique for the data collection process was carried out by giving a questionnaire with a sample size of 30 people. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a survey approach. The results of the study show that technology and systems have an effect on the quality of PT. Always Cinta Indonesia. With the research results 86.2% stated that the systems and technology owned by PT. SCI greatly influenced the quality of the company

Abstract

The change in the new way of working in all sectors of work, becomes a very crucial thing. The government sector was not spared from the flow of increasingly modern and rapid changes. This change certainly has a significant impact, not only for business processes, but also the adaptation of human resources in dealing with it. The flexibility of working space implemented by the Ministry of Finance is one of the answers in facing the challenges of new ways of working. Do not stop at the flexibility of the working space alone, now the Ministry of Finance increases the ease of working anywhere through collaboration tools: Office 365. KPKNL Jember as one of the vertical units of the Ministry of Finance participated in the use of this collaboration tool. The purpose of using this tool is to increase work productivity for employees to work flexibly in terms of location and time and not make dependence on the presence of documents or physical storage media. The research method used using qualitative research methods through interviews, observations and documentation the results showed that there is a significant influence in the application of collaboration tools: Office 365 on employee productivity KPKNL Jember, especially for employees who move to official Affairs, these tools make it easy to do hybrid work that is not fixated on face-to-face work relationships and support the balance of employee roles in work and personal life.
