Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to investigate how the level of customer satisfaction at the Mida Top Demak store relates to service quality. In this analysis, a representative data collection technique involving distributing questionnaires and a sample of 32 people was used. This analysis is processed through descriptive quantification method. T test, F test and simple linear regression are needed to analyze the data. The SPSS version used for data management is 29.0. The T test proves that service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and the F test proves that customer satisfaction is positively influenced by service quality. The findings of this study prove that service quality at Toko Mida Top Demak has a very positive impact on customer pleasure/satisfaction.

Abstract

Griya Quran Darul Mahabah city of Pangkal Pinang is one of the Quranic education programs for the younger generation with the aim of providing understanding and deepening the knowledge of the Quran. Training is an activity used in institutions to acquire and increase teaching competence. The aim of the research is to find out and analyze the effect of the level of education and training of teachers on work productivity at the Griya Quran Darul Mahabah Islamic Boarding School in Pangkal Pinang City. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is obtained from the results of interviews, field notes, and documentation, by organizing data into categories, describing them into units, synthesizing, compiling into patterns choosing which ones are important and which ones will be learn, and make conclusions so that it is easily understood by oneself and others. Abstract

The culture applied at PT Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia is LAKHLAK which is the crononym c of Trustworthy, Competent, Charmonic, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative. ENDs are set as the basic values ​​that are mandatory for all BUMN holders in carrying out their daily business and activities because the government wants the process of transforming BUMN to be carried out thoroughly to every element of human resources (HR) in it. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of organizational culture on corporate performance in PT.cl Indonesia's Maritime and Logistics Education. Cinic research uses qualitative methods, then, the data set obtained during observations or interviews is selected something that is interesting, fresh, and updated. the results of the study found that there was a positive influence from organizational culture on corporate performance at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work culture of HR managers on the performance of HRD Metro Indah Mall Bandung employees. This research is a quantitative research. The data used is primary data, namely data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the research object. The population of this study consisted of all employees of Metro Indah Mall Bandung. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 35 respondents. In analyzing research data using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study indicate that (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on work culture; (2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work culture at Metro Indah Mall Bandung.

Abstract

A company needs to work hard and always innovate in products or services to survive in competition and be able to attract the attention of potential customers who will buy their products. Businesses must know what the expectations and needs of consumers are now or in the future. Compare products with each other, get information either through advertisements or recommendations from the public, and choose to buy. The process by which a buyer purchases or acquires an item is referred to as a product. The number of consumers who buy goods in this study cannot be determined. The research sample was 100 people who were surveyed or buyers who bought Nike shoes in the city of Jepara. A sampling method called purposive was used to give questionnaires to customers in Jepara who buy "NIKE" brand shoes by considering or comparing among others: consumers who buy "NIKE" brand shoes in Jepara who live in Jepara city, aged 17 years and over, and at least have bought "NIKE" brand shoes in Jepara. The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression. Studies show that brand image, promotion and price influence consumer decisions to buy "NIKE" brand footwear in Japara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing and brand perception on consumer decisions to buy le minerale beverage products in city X. This type of research is explanatory research, taking samples through nonprobability sampling technique. These data were carried out and retrieved through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers who love le mineral products. This research uses quantitative methods. With a t value of 10.077 > 1.98525 (t table) and a sig value of 0.000, the findings of this study indicate that green marketing variables influence consumer decisions to buy Le Minerale products. With a t value of 9.010 > 1.98525 (t table), the findings of the brand image variable indicate that brand image has a significant effect on consumer decisions to buy Le Minerale products. In addition, green marketing and brand perception, with a calculated f value of 70.954> 3.09 (F table), have a considerable impact on purchasing decisions. However, the green marketing variable, which is equivalent to 51.9% of the total, has a stronger influence than the brand image variable. From the data above, we can conclude that the better the green marketing, the more consumers' interest in buying will increase.

Abstract

Flexible Working Space (FWS) is a regulation of employee work patterns that maximizes information and communication technology to increase and maintain employee productivity and ensures the continuity of task implementation by providing flexibility in work locations during certain periods. The Flexible Working Space Policy (FWS) is an important breakthrough about how the new normal works after the covid-19 pandemic. This policy aims to maintain the continuity of the implementation of tasks, functions and services in realizing an adaptive, digital-based and integrity Ministry of Finance, increasing organizational productivity and performance as well as balancing employee roles between work and life (work-life-balance). The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the feasibility of the FWS policy at the Padangsidimpuan State Assets and Auction Service Office which is a vertical unit of the Directorate General of State Assets, Ministry of Finance. This study uses a descriptive research approach (survey research), namely making a description of a situation or event that merely accumulates basic data in a descriptive way. The results of this study conclude that the Flexible Working Space (FWS) policy can be implemented within the scope of the Padangsidimpuan State Property and Auction Service Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer decisions to buy houses at Developer "X" and to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies on consumer decisions to buy houses at Developer "X". The type of research used is explanatory research. the data used is data obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed by the company selling houses at Developer "X". The population of this research is all levels of Madiun society and those who are prospective customers from Developer "X" for the ongoing project "A". Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded as follows: a) There is a positive and significant influence from the marketing mix on consumer decisions to buy a house at Developer "X", b) The marketing strategy implemented by Developer "X" is considered quite effective in attracting consumer decision interest to buy a house at Developer "X".

Abstract

The development of the Corruption Free Area Integrity Zone (ZI-WBK) is a miniature implementation of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. ZI-WBK development activities are implemented in government agencies with the aim of creating a bureaucratic work culture that is anti-corruption, high-performing, and able to provide quality public services. This study aims to determine the effect of ZI-WBK implementation on service performance at the Jakarta II State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). This study used a descriptive qualitative method with interviews conducted on KPKNL Jakarta II employees, participant observation, documentation studies, and questionnaires. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence from the implementation of ZI-WBK development activities on the performance of services provided to stakeholders. Various policies and innovations implemented while participating in ZI-WBK activities were able to improve service performance so that stakeholders felt very satisfied with the services they received.

Abstract

Advances in technology encourage people to do activities quickly and practically. One important aspect of modern life is the selection of fast food or drinks. This study aims to determine the effect of purchasing decisions on the McDonald's promo menu and to identify and analyze McDonald's promotional strategies to influence prospective customers' purchases. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by observing and interviewing McDonald's leaders and employees and their customers. The results of the study show that the dominant factors that influence consumers in purchasing products at McDonald's are price and promotion factors. This is indicated by the existence of a promotional strategy carried out with a variety of attractive menus and good and fast service at McDonald's which influences consumer interest in buying McDonald's products.
