Abstract

The leaching of gold from amalgamated tailings using the wet chlorination method has been successfully carried out. In this study, the gold leaching process was undertaken with percent solids varying at 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% by using 30% H2O2 as an oxidizer. Subsequent leaching with 25% of solids without using 30% H2O2 oxidizer. For other operating conditions, it was kept constant with an operating temperature of 60°C, sample weight of 100 grams, and particle size of 200 mesh. The results showed that the highest gold recovery was 58.68% at 25% of solid. Meanwhile, the lowest gold recovery was 10.94% at 10% of solid. The use of H2O2 has a significant effect on the value of gold recovery, i.e using H2O2 the gold recovery is 58.68% compared to without using H2O2 of 1.15%.

Abstract

Penelitian terkini menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi pakan dengan nanopartikel dapat memberikan efek positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan kesehatan ternak. Salah satu nanopartikel yang memiliki potensi besar adalah Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles (ZnONPs). ZnONPs dikenal memiliki sifat antimikroba, antioksidan, dan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan penyerapan nutrisi. Selain itu, metabolit yang dihasilkan oleh mikroorganisme, seperti Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (BAL) yang ditemukan dalam madu lebah Apis cerana, juga memiliki sifat yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan ternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pakan synergi nanopartikel seng oksida (ZnONPs) berbasis metabolit dari bakteri asam laktat (BAL) Apis cerana pada pertubuhan ayam Bangkok (Gallus gallus domesticus). Metodologi penelitian meliputi isolasi bakteri asam laktat (BAL) dari lebah Apis cerana, ekstraksi metabolit BAL, Capping nanopartikel ZnO, dan formulasi pakan nanopartikel berbasis metabolit dan pengukuran morfometrik. Isolat bakteri BAL dari lebah Apis cerana berhasil disilasi dalam media MRSA dengan karakter cembung dan berwarna krem. Pengukuran morfometrik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pakan dengan ZnONPs tidak berpengaruh terhadap pada ukuran sayap, ekor dan lingkar kaki, sedangkan pada ukuran punggung, leher dan kaki terlihat ada perbedaan yang nyata, di mana ayam yang diberi pakan dengan penambahan CZnO 160 mg/kg menunjukkan nilai morfometrik tertinggi pada ukuran punggung (19,50 gr) dan leher (10,25 gr), sedangkan ukuran kaki tertinggi pada pakan CZnO 160 mg/kg yaitu 33,25 gr. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman  peternak dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi ayam Bangkok.   Kata kunci: ZnO Nanopartikel, Metabolit, Bakteri asam laktat (BAL), Apis cerana, Gallus gallus domesticus

Abstract

Sisal Plant Production Process (Agave sisalana) produces waste of around 95%, which is wasted and can be an environmental problem because it is not processed properly. Sisal decortication waste contains active biochemical compounds, one of which is cellulose, which has the potential to be used in various fields. Cellulose is one of the most widely distributed and abundant biopolymers on Earth, as the main source of renewable materials obtained from plant fibers. Initial Treatment of Fiber Alkalization using 5% NaOH solution (1:20) for 2 hours at a temperature of 80 °C at a speed of 200 rpm. Then the bleaching process(bleaching). Samples of the results of alkalization treatment using hydrogen peroxide solution (H2THE23%) at a temperature of 80 °C for 3 hours, repeated once. In the Acid Hydrolysis process, the resulting sample is bleached with acid using sulfuric acid (H2SO465%) at a temperature of 80 °C for 1 hour (1:20). Sample Characterization Fiber characterization using the NDF test to determine cellulose content. The results of the cellulose content test in sisal fiber decortication waste were 1.545 mg/L Based on the results of the study, nanocellulose with a high % crystallinity was successfully extracted from sisal fiber decortication waste using a chemical treatment method. The FTIR spectrum shows a broad band at 3358-3410 cm-1which is the vibration of the OH group of cellulose. The removal of lignin levels was successfully carried out, showing that the peak of the spectrum band produced was only 1279.26 cm-1. The average size of nanocellulose particles is around 10-30 nm and consists of 30-100 cellulose molecules.

Abstract

Pelindian emas dengan menggunakan reagen Natrium tiosulfat telah berhasil dilakukan. Biji emas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah bijih emas dari wilayah Pakirum, Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Pelnggunaan relageln tilolsulfat pada prolsels pelmilsahan elmas ini karena tilngkat tolksisitas yang sangat relndah, dapat melngekstrak biljilh delngan belrbagail tilpel, dan melmbelrilkan tilngkat relcolvelry yang tilnggil selrta kilneltilka yang sangat celpat dilbandilngkan silanilda. Pada penelitian ini, proses pelindian dilakukan dengan menggunakan rasio padat-cair 1 : 20 pada suhu 90? dengan ukuran partikel 200 mesh, menggunakan reagen tiosulfat konsentrasi 0.6M, dengan bantuan oksidator H?O? 30%. Pengujian kandungan kadar emas pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian AAS (Atomic Absobtion Spektrophotometer), karena AAS memiliki tingkat keakuratan dan presisi yang cukup baik. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perolehan emas tertinggi yaitu sebesar 98.27% dalam waktu pelindian selama 6 jam. Sedangkan hasil perolehan emas terendah yaitu sebesar 65.51% pada waktupelindian ke 2 jam.

Abstract

Computer network is one means of supporting the activities of a government or private agency. SMAN 3 Praya Central Lombok is a public senior high school located in the Praya district. Community Service Activities (PkM) are one of the tri dharma activities of higher education with the aim of implementing lecturer knowledge and providing students with learning experiences and collaborating in community development activities as a means of implementing and developing science and technology in communities outside the campus. In the PkM which is carried out with the development of a microtic-based Local Area Network (LAN) computer network. Network installation by installing at several predetermined points, namely the Principal's Room, Teacher's Room, Administration Room, Library Room and Computer Laboratory. In a proxy-based computer network used as bandwidth sharing or bandwidth management using a proxy router on each host/user is an important part to do for internet service providers. Bandwidth is the most important part of a network, therefore the amount of bandwidth or bandwidth management is taken into account in order to create fast and flexible access so as to maximize internet connections according to the needs in each section. There is a need for bandwidth management to divide the amount of bandwidth needed.
