Abstract

The core of the problem in this research is that the organizational culture at Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Sumedang has not been optimal in terms of self- awareness, aggressiveness, personality, performance and team orientation. This study aims to determine the implementation of organizational culture and efforts to improve organizational culture at Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Sumedang. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques, namely observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, research informants as many as 8 people. The analysis technique is data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions drawing/ verification. The results of the study explain that the analysis of organizational culture at Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Sumedang is 1) self- awareness, employees feel satisfied with working and can meet the targets of a company. 2) aggressiveness, employees and members of the organization are always full of initiative. 3) personality, employees really appreciate, respect and serve customers because they work in the service sector and are oriented towards customer satisfaction as a profit center. 4) performance, employees always prioritize quality in completing their work in order to achieve the targets of a company. 5) team orientation, employees in every task and work team problem are always resolved properly and always consult their superiors. for Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Sumedang in order to implement the values that guide human resources in carrying out their obligations and behavior within the organization

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Cash Management and Credit Policy on the Liquidity and Profitability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandung City. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 210 MSMEs through structured questionnaires employing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that both Cash Management and Credit Policy have significant positive effects on the Liquidity and Profitability of MSMEs. Specifically, effective Cash Management enhances a firm’s ability to meet short-term obligations, thereby improving Liquidity, while robust Credit Policy practices directly contribute to both Liquidity and Profitability by ensuring timely collections and minimizing the risk of bad debts. These findings underscore the critical role of strategic financial management in sustaining the financial health and growth of MSMEs in Bandung City.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of independence, accountability, and due professional care on the performance of auditors within the Sumedang Regency Regional Government Inspectorate. This study utilizes a quantitative approach through the implementation of a survey method. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to auditors at the Sumedang Regency Inspectorate and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results demonstrate that, both individually and collectively, the three independent variables have a positive and significant impact on auditor performance. The findings highlight the importance of cultivating an independent mindset, improving accountability, and implementing a suitable care approach to attain exceptional audit performance.

Abstract

The focus of this research is work communication at the Food Division of PT. Vadco Prosper Mega especially the production department, this study aims to find out how the work communication process and how to solve work communication problems between the production department team leader and employees in the Food Division of PT. Vadco Prosper Mega. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method that is natural. The data collection technique is purposive sampling technique, namely taking samples with certain considerations with the number of informants as many as 7 people. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the work communication process at the Food Division of PT. Vadco Prosper Mega especially the production department has been running well, especially in terms of fun, influence on attitude, and good relations between superiors and employees and employees with other employees. In terms of understanding and action, this is not fully optimal because there are still some employees who do not understand their work duties and responsibilities and there are still some employees who do not carry out their work duties and responsibilities properly, thus hindering other work.

Abstract

Employee management is very important for the sustainability of the company because employees are the tip of the iceberg of the company's strategy achievement. One of the company's strategies in managing employees by providing compensation is given. Compensation makes employees highly motivated to produce good performance. PT Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit 3 Sumedang once provided salaries below the minimum wage of Sumedang Regency and there was a decrease in incentives from 2023 to 2024, the method used was quantitative, by disseminating data to 32 employees. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the overall score of the compensation statement is 2,056 and the overall score of the employee performance statement is 2,300 in the good category. The results of the simple linear regression analysis test obtained a linear regression equation model Y = 33.922 + 0.591X and a significance value of 0.012 is less than 0.05, and based on the results of the t-test, the calculated t-value of 2.666 is greater than the t-table of 2.042, so that the H0 hypothesis is rejected meaning that compensation has an effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at Warkop Simple in Sumedang. The study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents, with samples collected using accidental sampling techniques. The independent variables in this study are product quality and price, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The results of multiple linear analysis show that both product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 76.4% indicates that the variables of quality and price explain most of the variation in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 23.6% is influenced by other factors not covered in this study. The study concludes that product quality and price are important factors in increasing customer satisfaction at Warkop Simple. The recommendations provided include maintaining consistent product quality, enhancing menu innovation, and developing competitive pricing strategies to sustain competitiveness in the local.
