Abstract

The web-based e-Attendance system with QR Code at SMK Negeri 2 Cimahi enhances student attendance monitoring digitally. By integrating QR Code technology, students easily record their attendance by scanning a QR Code on the attendance page. The system’s key advantage is automatic attendance recording, providing real-time access for teachers and administrative staff. The user-friendly interface ensures accurate monitoring and efficient data management, minimizing errors and offering a precise understanding of student attendance. The implementation of QR Code technology has improved administrative efficiency and reduced errors, leading to better insights into student attendance. Data analysis enables teachers to take appropriate actions to enhance student engagement, fostering a more responsive learning environment. Overall, the e-Attendance system significantly optimizes student attendance management in the digital era.

Abstract

Pentingnya literasi digital di sekolah dasar terletak pada pemberian pengetahuan dasar mengenai penggunaan teknologi secara bertanggung jawab dan aman. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru di SD Negeri 1 Embacang dalam memanfaatkan teknologi secara produktif, misalnya, peningkatan kualitas dapat dilakukan melalui penyusunan bahan ajar yang lebih inovatif serta pengintegrasian perangkat digital ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, pelatihan juga mengenalkan penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran digital serta menekankan pentingnya literasi digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan meningkatnya literasi digital, diharapkan guru dan siswa mampu menggunakan sumber daya digital secara lebih efektif, mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam kurikulum, serta mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan guna menunjang proses pembelajaran agar lebih optimal.

Abstract

This article is the result of implementing community service assistance in managing the Berkah Berseri waste bank in Larangan village, Candi sub-district, Sidoarjo district. The main focus of the community service program carried out by the STIA Panglima Sudirman service team is on assisting Waste Bank activities using a triple helix model approach. The purpose of this activity is to encourage the realization of public awareness in waste management. the action research method used in the implementation of this community service program. The strategy used is to build a triple helix network model, which involves universities, industry, and the government. The result of this service program is the establishment of consolidation between communal waste banks in each RT/RW with the main waste bank at the village level. Cooperation with third parties, universities, industry and the government can be well established.

Abstract

Cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) is a crucial enzyme in the human body, primarily responsible for endobiotic and xenobiotic metabolism, including many commonly prescribed medications. It plays a pivotal role in the biotransformation of more than 50% of drugs. But the high frequency of genetic polymorphisms in the CYP3A4 gene contributes to significant interindividual variability in enzyme activity. These genetic variations can affect drug metabolism rates, leading to altered pharmacokinetics and necessitating dose adjustments for certain medications, particularly in populations with different allele frequencies. The impact of these genetic variants can vary significantly across different ethnicities, highlighting the importance of pharmacogenetic testing in personalized medicine. However, there is currently a lack of a comprehensive study examining this variability across different ethnicities. This review will help understand these genetic differences across population and ethnicity to allow healthcare providers to tailor drug therapies to individual genetic profiles, enhancing treatment efficacy and safety.
