Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh metode latihan yang terlalu monoton diberikan oleh pelatih kepada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler tenis meja di MI Fisabilil Mutaqien Tempurejo. Sehingga keterampilan pukulan drive forehand dan backhand sulit untuk berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mulltiball terhadap keterampilan pukulan drive forehand dan backhand pada ekstrakurikuler tenis meja di MI Fisabilil Mutaqien Tempurejo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dari penelitian adalah 13 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler tenis meja. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen kemampuan ketepatan pukulan forehand drive dan backhand drive. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas (shapiro-wilk), uji beda sampel berpasangan (pretest-posttest) dan uji hipotesis (t-test sampel sejenis). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji tes paired sample t-test. Nilai rata-rata saat pretest forehand sebesar 63,62, nilai posttest sebesar 102,85 dengan nilai beda sebesar 39,23. Peningkatan yang di hasilkan sebesar 62% . Nilai signifikan yang di hasilkan adalah 0,007. Kemudian nilai rata-rata saat pretest backhand sebesar 68,38, nilai posttes sebesar 90,31 dengan nilai beda sebesar 21,93. Peningkatan yang dihasilkan sebesar 32%. Nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan adalah 0,009. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari metode latihan menggunakan mulltiball terhadap keterampilan pukulan drive forehand dan backhand pada ekstrakurikuler tenis meja di MI Fisabilil Mutaqien Tempurejo. Kata kunci: mulltiball, pukulan forehand, pukulan backhand, tenis meja Abstract This research background is a monotonous exercise which was given by table tennis coach in table tennis extracurricular at Fisabilil Mutaqien Islamic Elementary School Tempurejo. As a result, students? forehand and backhand skills are not developed well. This research aims to find out influence mulltiball training methods towards forehand and backhand skill on in table tennis extracurricular at Fisabilil Mutaqien Islamic Elementary School Tempurejo. This is an experiment research. The population of the study are 13 students who join extracurricular table tennis. The data was collected by an instrument which measures ability and accuracy of a forehand and backhand drive. Data was analyzed by using test normality (shapiro-wilk), t-test different sample pairs (the pretest-posttest) and the hypothesis (t-test sample a kind of). The average forehand score at pretest is 63,62 and posttest is 102,85. It increases 62 % (39,23) with the significant values is 0,007. Then, the average backhand score at pretest is 68,38 and posttest is 90,31. The increasement of backhand score is 21,93 or 32 % with the significant value is 0,009. It can be concluded that there are significant influence of mulltiball training methods towards forehand and backhand skill in table tennis extracurricular at Fisabilil Mutaqien Islamic Elementary School Tempurejo. Abstract

This study proves that the play approach is effective in increasing students' learning motivation in the subjects of Physical Education, Sports, and Health. The results of the study show that through play activities, students are more motivated to actively move and maintain body health. Through classroom action research conducted in two cycles, it was found that the play approach can be an effective solution to increase students' active participation in Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning. Data obtained from observation, documentation, and questionnaires showed a significant increase in learning motivation after the implementation of this approach. The results of this study conclude that the play approach has great potential to increase the interest and motivation of students in grade VI of Airlangga 1 State Elementary School Surabaya in the subjects of Physical Education, Sports, and Health. Therefore, this approach in learning activities is to create a fun and effective learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how to plan the learning process, the performance of teachers in its implementation, the improvement of students' basic passing skills in soccer, and student activity through the jigsaw technique. The research was conducted with fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Airlangga Surabaya. This is a classroom action research. Research instruments included observation sheets for lesson planning, teacher performance, student activity, learning outcome tests, field notes, and student interviews. The planning of learning showed improvement, with initial data at 52%, cycle I at 63%, cycle II at 78%, and cycle III at 100%, categorized as good. Teacher performance improved from an initial 47.22% to 69.58% in cycle I, 87.9% in cycle II, and 97.23% in cycle III, categorized as good. Student activity increased from an initial 12.8% (5 students) to 41% (16 students) in cycle I, 74.4% (29 students) in cycle II, and 97.4% (38 students) in cycle III, categorized as good. In learning outcomes, the initial data showed 17.9% (7 students), cycle I had 38.5% (15 students), cycle II increased to 76.9% (30 students), and cycle III reached nearly all students at 94.9% (37 students) achieving the passing standard. Thus, the jigsaw technique can enhance soccer passing learning for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan permainan kecil terhadap partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu(Quasi Eksperimen). Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu one group Pre-test- post-test. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-9 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengisian angket. Data diperoleh dengan cara mengisi angket partisipasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji T, dan uji peningkatan (persentase). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan partisipasi gerak aktif siswaBerdasarkan analisis data melalui paired sample T-test yang dilihat melalui nilai T hitung dengan t-tabel sebesar 9,178 > 1,697 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga terdapat perbedaan partisipasi gerak aktif siswa Persentase kenaikan partisipasi gerak aktif siswa menggunakan metode permainan kecil yaitu 27,97%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding of basic movement patterns by utilizing the N-Locomotive Circuit learning media. The study was conducted at SDN Airlangga I, Surabaya City, involving 29 students as samples. Basic movement patterns are the basis of movement that is the foundation for more complex movement agility. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with data collection through interviews, observations, and tests. The results of the study showed that the average understanding of students in the pre-action was 66.82%. In cycle I, the average increased to 68.34%, and in cycle II it reached 80.24%. This increase exceeded the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 70, indicating that the N-Locomotive Circuit learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes and encouraging better cooperation in class

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort that aims to develop students' potential to achieve a better life. In the context of physical education, quality learning plays an important role in increasing students' interest and creativity. Physical activity, as taught in PJOK subjects, is very important for the physical-motor development of students, especially in elementary school children. However, observations show that the gross motor development of grade 2 students is not optimal and teachers lack innovation in the use of media and games. Traditional games, such as black and green, can be a solution to improve students' gross motor skills while creating a fun learning atmosphere. This study aims to explore the application of black and green games in improving the gross motor skills of 8-year-old students, with the hope of making a positive contribution to PJOK learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media audio visual terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada olahraga tenis meja. Dengan metode eksperimen kuantitatif dan desain Randomized control group Pretest-Posttest, penelitian ini melibatkan 110 siswa kelas VII di MTS Sunan Giri Mulung Gresik. Kelompok eksperimen (VII A) diberikan pembelajaran berbasis vidio, sementara kelompok kontrol (VII B) tidak mendapatkan perlakuan serupa. Hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS 26 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam motivasi belajar antara pretest dan posttest pada kedua kelompok, tetapi peningkatan lebih tinggi pada kelompok eksperimen. Uji independen Sample T-test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol setelah perlakuan nilai signifikan (0,000 < 0,05). Analisis N-Gain Score menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar sebesar 68,1% pada kelompok eksperimen masuk pada kategori sedang, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya meningkat 1,4% masuk pada kategori rendah.Kesimpulanya bahwa penggunaan media audio visual memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa mencapai 68,01% dengan kategori sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bawa media audio visual dapat menjadi metode pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada olahraga tenis meja.

Abstract

Penelitian yang akan dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam melakukan chest pass pada permainan bola basket melalui modifikasi aktivitas pembelajaran dengan menggunakan permainan kecil yang disebut "square passing". Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus melibatkan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A di SMPN 26 Surabaya yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil pada siklus I menunjukkan bahwa 8 siswa berhasil mencapai kategori baik, 11 siswa mencapai kategori cukup, sehingga total siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 19 orang, sementara 11 siswa lainnya belum tuntas dan masuk dalam kategori kurang. Pada siklus II, 2 siswa mencapai kategori sangat baik, 7 siswa berada di kategori baik, dan 14 siswa mencapai kategori cukup, sehingga total 23 siswa dinyatakan tuntas, sedangkan 7 siswa masih belum tuntas dengan kategori kurang. Nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I adalah 73%, dan meningkat menjadi 77% pada siklus II, menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 4%. Tingkat ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I mencapai 63%, sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 77%, dengan peningkatan sebesar 14%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa modifikasi aktivitas pembelajaran melalui permainan kecil "square passing" efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar chest pass dalam permainan bola basket, membuat proses pembelajaran lebih menarik dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This community service is carried out in Lamongan Regency with the aim that the incidence of Covid-19 at the beginning of the pandemic is quite high, and in 2022 it has succeeded in being at PPKM level1, so it needs the support of all community residents including school residents to continue to increase understanding and awareness of the need for healthy living by implementing PHBS. Based on this situation, the community service program with PJOK teacher partners in Lamongan Regency through socialization and training activities is related to the implementation of a clean lifestyle. PJOK teachers are given knowledge about clean and healthy lifestyles and their application in daily life in socialization activities. And trained to make hand sanitizers with materials that are easy to get and low cost in training activities, so that they can be applied in schools.

Abstract

Study Purpose. The success of the learning process depends on the educator, where an educator plays an important role in the learning process. This study aimed to determine the effect of learning media on the learning achievement of forehand strokes in table tennis games. Materials and Methods. The method used in this research was a quasi-experimental research with one group pre-test post-test design. The population used in this study were students in MTS Sunan Giri class VIII the sample used was 36 students. The research was conducted 4 times. The data collection technique used was a table tennis forehand test. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, normality test, and hypothesis testing. Results. There was an effect of learning media on the learning achievement of forehand shots in table tennis games. this is evidenced by the t-test results obtained of 0.00 which means a significant value <0.05. Conclussion.Through these results, it can be concluded that there was a significant influence of learning media on the learning achievements of forehand strokes in table tennis games.
