Abstract

The development of information technology has an impact on the number of information systems in various fields as a form of implementing technological needs in the digital era. Gold shop is one type of business that requires an information system because there are still many transaction processes that are processed manually so that errors occur in the reports. Adil Gold Store is one of the largest gold shops in Banyumas Regency, which has 6 main branches, namely Wangon, Ajibarang, Cilongok, Pemalang, Jatilawang and Cilacap. Adil Gold Store requires an information system with centralized data, meaning that both buying and selling of gold can be monitored in one application by the owner. Management of product stock and inventory is also still manual which is ineffective. The additional innovation needed is the need for a mobile application for members. Based on these needs, an information system was created using the prototype method. This is because the gold shop is a very complex system and requires more in-depth analysis. The result of developing this system is a gold shop website equipped with a mobile application for members. The results of system testing show that performance is considered quite good because the testing accuracy of each role is above 90%, but some system errors still need to be fixed so that they can actually run properly

Abstract

A brain tumor is a type of disease that is quite dangerous in the world. This disease is one of the main causes of human death and has a high risk of recurrence. There are several types of brain tumor locations such as edema, necrosis to elevation. Segmenting the location of this disease is important to do to support faster recovery efforts. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm, which is part of the deep learning method, can be an alternative to this segmentation effort. The U-Net architecture is part of the CNN algorithm which specifically works on medical image segmentation. This study experimented to build a special U-Net architecture for medical image segmentation that had been optimized with SGD. The data used is BraTS2020O which contains a collection of MRI data. This optimization aims to improve the performance of the U-net architecture for segmenting brain tumor images. The results of the study show that the SGD optimization carried out has succeeded in providing better performance than previous studies. This can be seen from the performance value obtained at 0.9879. This accuracy value indicates an increase in accuracy from previous studies. High accuracy indicates that the SGD-optimized model has good segmentation prediction performance.

Abstract

The development of information technology continues to increase lately. Indonesia is one of the countries that is also affected by the development of this information technology. The younger generation is the most important part of a nation that needs to be directed and educated so they can have a better future. The younger generation can take advantage of the potential of technological developments. Emerging various types of new professions in the field of IT makes a promising opportunity. Community service activities carried out by Harapan Bangsa University lecturers and students are a manifestation of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) of tertiary institutions, namely students who have experience outside the campus and lecturers who are active outside the campus. The activities carried out were socialization related to career prospects in the field of information technology at SMK N 1 Purwokerto which was carried out on February 8 2023. The activities that had been carried out went well and smoothly. This activity has succeeded in opening new insights for students of SMK N 1 Purwokerto about the many career opportunities in the field of information technology. Students can also consider the right major when pursuing higher education if they want a career in information technology

Abstract

Teknologi terus berkembang pesat dan memberikan manfaat besar bagi berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Namun, masih ada beberapa aspek yang saat ini masih mengandalkan metode manual, salah satunya adalah sistem presensi. Pada bulan januari, Puskesmas Cikeusal Kidul menggunakan tanda tangan, yang rentan terhadap manipulasi. Namun, pada bulan Februari, Puskesmas Cikeusal Kidul beralih ke teknologi sidik jari. Meskipun ada beberapa masalah, seperti keterlambatan dan aksesibilitas, presensi RFID dikembangkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dalam waktu presensi sebelum dan setelah penggunaan RFID, menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi yang besar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan sepatu pintar berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk pemantauan tekanan dan suhu pada pasien diabetes. Sepatu pintar ini dilengkapi dengan sensor Force Sensing Resistor (FSR) dan thermistor yang terhubung ke modul mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32. Data dari sensor-sensor ini dikirim ke sebuah database melalui koneksi WiFi, memungkinkan pasien untuk memantau tekanan dan suhu kaki mereka secara realtime. Penelitian ini menggabungkan teknologi IoT dengan perawatan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pemantauan dan perawatan pasien diabetes.

Abstract

The development of information technology continues to increase and has reached all levels of society, including the younger generation. This generation is present as a cohort with superior personalities and the ability to comprehend knowledge and technology, enabling them to compete locally and globally. Technological advancements also catalyze innovations, fostering creativity in the economic and business fields. SMA PGRI Gumelar is a private school in Gumelar District, Banyumas Regency, which offers various life skill activities such as graphic design, foreign languages, photography, videography, and more. However, the existing activities have not yet yielded works that can be marketed internationally. This service aims to optimize graphic design life skills training for students so that they can produce work that is marketable on overseas platforms, namely Envato. This marketplace has specific standards for works that will be sold; therefore, education and assistance are provided to enhance motivation for digital media-based entrepreneurship in the international market. This beginner community service activity will be conducted from July to October 2023 at SMA PGRI Gumelar. The outcome of this activity will be graphic design work ready to be uploaded to the Envato marketplace. Based on the results of the questionnaire distributed to participants, there was an increase in motivation as a designpreneur, increasing by 35%, Figma skills increasing by 45% and Photoshop skills increasing by 35%. Another output of this project is a graphic design tutorial book with an ISBN number

Abstract

PCOS or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a hormonal imbalance affecting egg cells' growth, making them remain small and not develop into large and mature egg cells to be fertilized by sperm cells. It is an endocrinopathy disease occurred in 10-15% of productive-aged women worldwide. The study aims to find the most suitable algorithm to be used in the optimization of PCOS detection. Thus, a performance comparison between random forest and logistic regression algorithms needs to be conducted in order to find the best performance in terms of accuracy. The research used a dataset containing 40 features. According to comparison results, the random forest algorithm was superior to logistic regression, with an accuracy of 91 %.

Abstract

Diabetes is a widespread medical condition affecting a substantial portion of the global population. It is a metabolic disorder known as diabetes mellitus, characterized by severe fluctuations in blood glucose levels due to inadequate insulin production in the human body. The effective monitoring of diabetes is of paramount importance to researchers as it holds the potential to enhance the quality of healthcare services. Among the challenges faced by individuals with diabetes, one prevalent issue is the development of ulcers, which can be challenging to detect promptly. Technological advancements offer a promising avenue for cost-effective and continuous monitoring of chronic diseases like diabetes. This study centers on the development of IoT-based intelligent diabetic footwear that incorporates pressure sensors and temperature monitoring for individuals with diabetic feet. In the evaluation of SX1278 (Ra-02) Lora Module communication, deployed at eight different locations, it was observed that two of these points achieved a flawless transmission success rate of 100%. Conversely, the communication failed at points 6 and 7, with a success rate falling below 50%. Some of these failures can be attributed to signal obstructions, including natural elements such as trees and terrain, as well as man-made structures like buildings and machinery workshops, which hinder the efficient transmission of signals from the end node to the gateway. The results of this research provide positive implications in the form of developing IoT-based diabetes shoes that can be applied with alternative Lora communication connections in areas with poor internet signal.

Abstract

Blockchain is a technology that is quite popular and has been adopted in various fields in recent years. This technology has caught the attention of researchers in the health sector because of its innovation which is considered capable of providing the necessary guarantees for the safe processing, sharing, and management of sensitive patient data. There are many problems with falsifying reports and withholding important information from patients, which is considered medical fraud. Hyperledger, a type of private Blockchain, is very suitable for healthcare applications. A private blockchain is a restricted type of blockchain network created by an entity. This type of network is limited to those with access permissions. In addition, private blockchains usually use a centralized verification system and are controlled by the network's creators. Hyperledger Fabric is one example of a permissioned blockchain that can play a role in implementing patient-centric, interoperable healthcare systems

Abstract

The role of Internet of Things (IoT) technology continues to increase in various fields, especially health. IoT can connect doctors with their patients via the Internet. Portable IoT-based health monitoring devices can significantly reduce the distance between patients and doctors. The important influence of IoT technology in the health sector can be seen from its efficiency and important role in developing and improving the quality of health services. IoT is the last Internet revolution that allows integrity between machines and objects. Developers and users still have to pay attention to data security, considering that medical history is a matter of privacy for some people. Blockchain technology has been predicted by the industry and research community as a secure, fast, reliable and transparent solution for IoT-based systems. Most blockchain technology is used for data management operations in the IoT-based health sector, which improves data security, including data integrity, access control, and maintenance of privacy.
