Abstract

Implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) kini diwajibkan bagi semua fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 24 Tahun 2022, yang bertujuan untuk menstandarisasi pengelolaan rekam medis dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan berbagai tantangan dalam penerapan RME, namun hambatan spesifik di bawah regulasi baru, terutama di rumah sakit daerah, belum banyak diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan spesifik yang dihadapi Rumah Sakit Umum Dharma Yadnya Kota Denpasar dalam mengimplementasikan RME sesuai dengan regulasi baru tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan lima tenaga kesehatan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Fokus utama adalah mengidentifikasi tantangan yang berkaitan dengan kesiapan staf, kepatuhan hukum, manajemen rumah sakit, dan infrastruktur teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hambatan signifikan seperti pelatihan internal yang terbatas untuk staf, pemahaman yang kurang terhadap regulasi RME, dan gangguan teknis yang sering mengganggu pelayanan pasien. Temuan juga mengidentifikasi kesenjangan dalam kesiapan staf dan dukungan teknologi yang tidak memadai sebagai hambatan utama dalam implementasi RME yang efektif. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan di beberapa area kritis, termasuk memperbaiki program pelatihan staf, meningkatkan kesadaran hukum, memperkuat praktik manajemen rumah sakit, dan memperbarui infrastruktur teknologi untuk mendukung implementasi RME. Peningkatan ini sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan layanan pasien dan mencapai manfaat yang diinginkan dari adopsi RME.

Abstract

SatuSehat is a national integrated health data exchange platform, currently Satu Sehat will be developed to play an active role in the digitalization of health data, the health service process will be carried out through the Satu Sehat platform, the codification classification is very useful for health workers because it is the main benchmark in health financing. Health services are inseparable from health financing, especially in the implementation of JKN, so health workers are required to maximize services, especially to avoid errors in the claim process, socialization regarding the classification of disease codification based on ICD 10 is very necessary in order to provide an overview of the claim process in the health service provider environment, the target of this socialization is SMK Kesehatan students. The method used is to socialize the introduction of disease codification classification for 45 minutes and examples of its implementation, the results of this community service found that students had never received basic knowledge about the Classification and codification of diseases, students were enthusiastic and followed all the presentations given, there was a significant increase in student knowledge about the claim process.

Abstract

Community service is the implementation of the practice of science, technology and arts and culture directly in the community. Health recording in schools must be carried out early in order to support healthy adolescents. The method used is to socialize the Readiness of UKS in developing an integrated health system for identifying drug abuse for 45 minutes each, followed by a demonstration of drug checking analysis with urine samples. The results of the socialization carried out, there was an increase in knowledge regarding medical recording in one healthy where there was a medical resume, students also knew the dangers of drugs that are currently vulnerable to school adolescents, the increase in knowledge was seen from the results of the pretest and posttest that had been carried out on 29 students with an age range of 15-18 years, the average pretest result was 6 and the posttest result was 10

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan pelaksanaan pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni budaya langsung pada masyarakat. Pencatatan kesehatan di sekolah wajib dilaksanakan sejak dini demi menunjang remaja sehat. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan sosialisasi Kesiapan UKS dalam pengembangan sistem kesehatan terintegrasi identidfikasi penyalhgunaan napza masing-masing selama 45 menit, dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi analisis pengecekan Napza dengan sampel urine. Hasil sosialisasi yang dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai pencatatan medis di satu sehat dimana di dalamnya terdapat resume medis, siswa juga mengetahui bahaya napza yang saat ini rentan terjadi pada remaja sekolah, peningkatan pengetahuan tersebut dilihat dari hasil pretest dan posttest yang telah dilakukan kepada 29 siswa dengan rantang usia 15-18 tahun, rata-rata hasil pretest 6 dan hasil posttest 10

Abstract

Evaluasi merupakan suatu upaya untuk menilai kondisi penyelenggaraan sistem informasi kesehatan di rumah sakit sehingga target capaian dapat diketahui dan langkah perbaikan dapat direncanakan. Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) menjadi salah satu bentuk transformasi digital, namun penerapannya di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan. Berdasarkan data Persatuan Rumah Sakit Seluruh Indonesia (PERSI), dari sekitar 3.000 rumah sakit hanya 50% yang telah menggunakan RME, dan hanya 16% yang berfungsi optimal. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan RME masih jauh dari harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan RME pada unit Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) di Rumah Sakit Umum Dharma Yadnya dengan meninjau tiga aspek (HOT-Fit), yaitu sumber daya manusia, organisasi, dan teknologi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada Januari-Maret 2024. Subjek penelitian adalah enam orang petugas yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi terhadap SOP serta sarana dan prasarana, serta studi dokumentasi berupa bukti data ceklis RME. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan RME di Rumah Sakit Umum Dharma Yadnya telah memperoleh dukungan dari sisi organisasi, namun masih terdapat hambatan pada aspek SDM dan teknologi. Dengan demikian, dari pihak manajemen harus memberikan dukungan terkait jalannya penerapan rekam medis elektonik serta mempersiapkan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang lebih menunjang jalannya RME agar dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja petugas dan mempermudah jalannya penerapan RME.

Abstract

General consent is a general agreement given by a patient or their family to receive health services, which plays an important role in ensuring the validity of informed consent and legal protection for the hospital. Completeness of this form is crucial so that the information can be clearly understood by the patient and their family, and supports the accountability of health services. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population used is the general consent documents of outpatients at the Oncology Surgery Clinic of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital in October - December 2024, totaling 251 documents. The results showed that in the identification aspect, 245 documents (97.6%) were completely filled out. In the authentication aspect, 240 documents (95.6%) were completely filled out, but many still did not include the name of the registration officer. In the recording aspect, only 181 documents (72.1%) were completely filled out, especially the relationship variable with the patient which was often not filled out. Meanwhile, the reporting aspect showed 147 documents (68.6%) were complete, but the recording of the date variable was incomplete. The completeness of the general consent form for outpatients at the Surgical Oncology Clinic of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital varies. The identification and authentication aspects have been completed well, but recording and reporting aspects require more attention to improve documentation quality and legal protection for the hospital.

Abstract

The accuracy of disease diagnosis coding is an important indicator in the management of medical records and health service claims. This study aims to determine the percentage of accuracy in coding pneumonia diagnoses based on ICD-10 according to the 2023 National Medical Practice Guidelines (PNPK) at Udayana Hospital II in Denpasar. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with a total sampling approach of 72 medical records of pneumonia patients during the period from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The research instrument was a checklist for assessing the accuracy of diagnosis codes based on the provisions of ICD-10 and PNPK Pneumonia 2023. The results showed that 51 files (70.8%) were coded accurately, while 21 files (29.2%) were coded inaccurately. The inaccuracy in coding was due to a lack of supporting tests, such as microbiological tests, as well as the excessive workload of the coders. These findings indicate the need for an analysis of coders' workload to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of their tasks, time management, and priorities. This study is expected to serve as evaluation material to improve the quality of service and efficiency of hospital administration.

Abstract

Background: Cervical cancer is the fourth common cancer worldwide and the second most common cancer cases in women. Cervical cancer screening allows detection of abnormal cervical cells. Having knowledge about cervical cancer and its screening can increase the absorption of services for cervical cancer screening. This study was aimed to determine the comparison of participation in cervical cancer screening in adult women with high education with adult women with low education. Subjects and Method: This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis with the following PICO, population: adult women. Intervention: high knowledge. Comparison: low knowledge. Results: cervical cancer screening. The articles used in this study were obtained from two databases, namely Google Scholar and Pubmed. Keywords to search for "Knowledge," "screening" "cervical cancer" "adult women". The articles included are full-text articles with a cross-sectional study design from 2016 to 2022 and report multivariate analysis with Adjusted Odds Ratio (aOR). Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application. Results: Systematic study and meta-analysis of this study A total of 16 articles from 2 African continents (Ethiopia, Nigeria, Southern Ethiopia, South west Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Northwest Ethiopia, Cameroon, eastern Ethiopia, Ghana), and Asia (Thailand and Malaysia). Showed that women with high knowledge had an attitude to cervical cancer screening 3.63 times compared to women with low knowledge and the results were statistically significant (aOR = 3.63; 95% CI = 2.11 to 6.24; p<0.001). Conclusion: A high level of knowledge increases attitudes to cervical cancer screening in adult women. Keywords: screening, cervical cancer, knowledge. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan pelaksanaan pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni budaya langsung pada masyarakat. SatuSehat adalah platform pertukaran data kesehatan terintegrasi nasional, saat ini satu sehat akan dikembangkan berperan aktif dalam digitalisasi data kesehatan, proses pelayanan kesehatan akan dilaksakan melalui platform satu sehat, Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan sosialisasi pemaparan satu sehat dan kadar timbal masing-masing selama 45 menit, dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi penggunaan satu sehat dan analisis pengecekan kadar timbal dengan sampel urine. Hasil sosialisasi yang dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai pencatatan medis di satu sehat dimana di dalamnya terdapat resume medis, siswa juga mengetahui bahaya kandungan timbal yang saat ini rentan terjadi pada remaja sekolah, peningkatan pengetahuan tersebut dilihat dari hasil pretest dan posttest yang telah dilakukan kepada 25 siswa dengan rata-rata usia 17 tahun, rata-rata hasil pretest 6.87 dan hasil posttest 10 Kunci: Satu sehat, Resume Medis, Pencatatan medis, kadar timbal, paparan timbal
