HIV/AIDS causes health problems in the world, resulting in death. HIV/AIDS sufferers require long-term treatment from health services. Nursing students are part of health services. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample was determined using a total sampling technique and obtained 230 respondents. Data collection used the HIV Knowledge Questionnaire 45 (HIV-KQ-45). Data were analyzed univariately to see the frequency distribution of the research variables. The data was analyzed univariately to observe the frequency distribution of the research variables. The research results showed that most nursing students' knowledge about HIV/AIDS was in the sufficient category (66.5%) and the least in the good category (14.8%). From the results obtained, it was concluded that the majority of nursing students' knowledge about HIV/AIDS was in the sufficient category and the minority was in the good category. This shows that students' knowledge about HIV/AIDS is still inadequate. It is necessary to prepare prospective nurses starting during education to avoid a lack of knowledge in the hope of improving services to HIV/AIDS sufferers as much as possible in the future.

Background: Hypertension is a condition or situation where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above the normal limit, namely more than 140/90 mmHg. Blood pressure can be interpreted as the force exerted by blood circulation on the walls of the body’s arteries, namely the main blood vessels in the body. The amount of this pressure depends on the resistance of the blood vessels and how hard the heart works. The more blood the heart pumps and the narrower the arteries, the higher the blood pressure. Methods: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation, nursing evaluation and follow-up. Determining the subjects in this study used the numerical rating scale method, namely four elderly people who experienced hypertension with pain problems at the Harapan Kita Social Home in Palembang. Pain assessment uses the numerical rating scale method, namely classifying pain into mild (1-3), moderate (4-6) and severe (7-10). Results: The results showed a decrease in pain levels among patients, from moderate pain to mild pain. Conclusion: Therefore, the application of progressive muscle relaxation nursing techniques in elderly patients with hypertension can reduce their pain levels.

Hemodialysis is a therapy given to replace kidney function. This therapy has various physical and psychological impacts on the sufferers. This study aims to analyze stress conditions with fatigue in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Analytic observation research design with a cross-sectional approach. Population of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. The sample was 54 patients, with a non-random sampling technique, with inclusion criteria, namely routine hemodialysis 2 times/week, full consciousness, communication well, and not experiencing complications during dialysis. Analysis using the Independent T-test and Pearson Correlation Test. The instruments used were the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale questionnaire and the fatigue questionnaire. The analysis results obtained the youngest age (17 people), more women than men, most of them have higher education and most of them undergo hemodialysis for more than 11 months. The average patient undergoing hemodialysis experienced mild stress and was in a state of severe fatigue. There was a significant relationship between stress and fatigue (p-value 0.048), with a prediction model that increasing one stress score will increase the fatigue score by 0.237. Therefore, psychological aspects must be an important concern in providing nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis in the hemodialysis unit.
