Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) to test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant effect on performance; 2) to test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant effect on the work discipline of the Sampang Police Resort (Polres); 3) to test and analyze whether emotional intelligence has a significant effect on personnel work discipline; 4) To test and analyze whether emotional intelligence has a significant effect on personnel performance; 5) to test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on personnel work discipline; 6) to test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant effect on personnel performance mediated by personnel work discipline; 7) to test and analyze whether emotional intelligence has a significant effect on personnel performance mediated by work discipline. The results showed that: 1) Leadership style had a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.351 and the p-values of 0.000; 2) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.491 and the p-values of 0.000; 3) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.256 and p-values of 0.000; 4) Emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.148 and the p-values of 0.000; 5) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.345 and p-values of 0.004; 6) leadership style has no significant positive effect on performance mediated by work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.169 and the p-values of 0.000; 7) emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on personnel performance mediated by work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.088 and the p-values of 0.000.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research uses a quantitative approach, the research sample is 45 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To determine the description of work experience, motivation and performance of employees in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; 2) To find out and analyze whether work experience has an influence on employee performance in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; 3). To find out and analyze whether work experience has an influence on motivation in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; 4). To find out and analyze whether motivation has an influence on employee performance in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; 7). To find out and analyze whether work experience has an indirect influence on performance which is mediated by employee motivation in Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency; The results showed that: 1) Work experience has a direct significant positive effect on employee performance with an Original Sample value of 0.381; 2). Work experience has a direct and significant positive effect on motivation with an Original Sample value of 0.317; 3). Motivation has a significant positive direct effect on employee performance with an Original Sample value of 0.384; 4). Work experience has a significant positive effect indirectly on employee performance which is mediated by motivation with an Original Sample value of 0.122.

Mufarrohah, 2023. The Role of Job Characteristics on Work Performance Mediated by Motivation (Study of Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service Employees). Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 34 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To describe the job characteristics, motivation and work performance of employees at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 2) To test and analyze the direct influence of job characteristics on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 3) To test and analyze the direct influence of work ability on employee motivation at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 4) To test and analyze the direct influence of motivation on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 5) To test and analyze the significant indirect influence of job characteristics on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service which is mediated by motivation. The research results show that: 1) Job characteristics have an insignificant effect on work performance with a p value of 0.100. 2) Job characteristics have a significant effect on motivation with a p value of 0.000. 3) Motivation has a significant effect on work performance with a p value of 0.000. 4) Job characteristics have a significant effect on work performance which is mediated by motivation with a p value of 0.007.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, and data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 60 employees. The objectives of this study are 1). Analyze and describe HR placement, work ability and employee performance of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 2). Test and analyze whether the placement of human resources, work ability, simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 3). Test and analyze the placement of human resources has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 4). Test and analyze work ability has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously the placement of human resources, work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, it is evidenced by the results of the calculated F value of 2,740 with a known significance level of a value of 0.003 (less than 0.05). 2). partially the placement of human resources, work ability has a positive and significant influence on the employee performance of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep.

Abstract

The respondents of this study were all 76 community health center staff (as a population) and 76 people were taken as the study sample; the sampling method uses Total Sampling. This type of research is explanatory research, using quantitative approaches, data analysis tools using SPSS. The research objectives are: 1) To find out the simultaneous influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of staff at the Giligenting Health Center in Sumenep Regency. 2) To partially determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of staff at the Giligenting Health Center in Sumenep Regency. The results showed that: 1) Simultaneously, organizational culture and work motivation had a positive and significant influence on performance of staff at the Giligenting Health Center in Sumenep Regency, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 3.408 with a significant level of 0.02 ( smaller than 0.05). 2) Partially, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance of employees at Giligenting Health Center, Sumenep Regency, as evidenced by the t value of each independent variable, namely: organizational culture has a t value of 2,049 with a level of significance of 0.01 (less than 0.05) and work motivation has a calculated t value of 1.520 with a significance level of 0.02 (less than 0.05). Organizational culture has a dominant effect on performance of staff at the Giligenting Health Center in Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Santu Paulus Ruteng Catholic University of Indonesia with a sample size. The research sample was 40 employees. The objectives of this study are 1) To describe the certification of lecturers, human resource competencies, work culture and employee performance at the Catholic University of Indonesia, Santu Paul Ruteng. 2) To test and analyze whether lecturer certification, HR competence and work culture have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Catholic University of Indonesia, Santu Paul Ruteng. 3) To test and analyze whether lecturer certification, human resource competence and work culture have a partial and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Catholic University of Indonesia Santu Paul Ruteng. 4.) To test and analyze which variables between lecturer certification, human resource competence and work culture have a dominant and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Catholic University of Indonesia Santu Paul Ruteng. Data analysis using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously, certification, HR competence and work culture were responded very well by respondents so that it had a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Catholic University of Indonesia, Santu Paul Ruteng, proved to be true and the hypothesis was accepted. 2). Partially, Certification, HR competence and Work Culture are responded to very meaningfully / very well by employees so that it has a significant influence on the performance of lecturers at the Catholic University of Indonesia santu paulus ruteng, proven its truth and accepted hypothesis. 3). t test can be seen that the t value on the independent variable the influence of Work Culture is 0.246 with a significant level of 0.03 or less than 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the Work Culture variable, has a positive and significant effect on the lecturer performance variable, at the University. Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research. The approach used is an explanatory approach. The sample used was 45 Financial Reports of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia registered with the OJK in 2019-2023. The analysis tool uses SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The purpose of this study, 1) to test and prove the direct influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on the profitability of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks. 2)To test and prove the direct influence of Non Performing Finance (NPF) on the Financing of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant positive effect on Profitability in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2019-2023 period. 2) Non Performing Finance (NPF) has a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel, with work productivity functioning as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between these variables. Using a quantitative approach and involving 88 respondents, the analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The findings of the study indicate that although leadership style has an insignificant negative effect on personnel performance, work discipline directly and significantly affects performance. Furthermore, work productivity plays a strategic role as a link that optimizes the influence of leadership style and work discipline on overall performance. Leadership style and work discipline also have a significant effect on work productivity, which in turn improves personnel performance. With a very high average for each variable: leadership style (4.15), work discipline (4.23), work productivity (4.25), and personnel performance (4.19) this study provides a clear picture of the importance of managing leadership style and improving work discipline in increasing productivity. These results offer strategic insights for Pamekasan Police to maximize personnel performance through effective leadership management and improving work discipline.

Abstract

Generation Z is the most diverse generation and is distinctly different from previous generations. Generation Z prioritizes personal growth and development. However, this generation also has weaknesses, such as being indecisive due to a preference for speed or instant gratification, getting bored easily, and often acting impulsively without considering the surrounding situation or conditions.This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of Generation Z employees. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling, with a population of 92 individuals, consisting of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) in the Sumenep region. The results of the study show that organizational culture does not have a significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees. However, the work environment significantly influences the performance of Generation Z employees.

Abstract

Rico Budi Pratama, 2025. The Effect of Work Discipline on the Performance of Pamekasan Police Personnel Mediated by Position Promotion, Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory (Explanatory Research) research that analyzes the relationships between one variable and another or how a variable affects another variable through hypothesis submission, using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 88 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the direct effect of work discipline on the performance of Polres personnel. 2) To determine and analyze the direct effect of work discipline on job promotion 3) To determine and analyze the direct effect of job promotion on personnel performance. 4) To determine and analyze the indirect effect of work discipline on personnel performance mediated by job promotion. The results showed that: 1) Work discipline has a direct and significant effect on personnel performance. 2) Work discipline has a direct and significant effect on job promotion. 3) Job promotion has a direct and significant effect on personnel performance. 4) Work discipline has an indirect and significant effect on personnel performance mediated by job promotion.
