Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the instilling of inter-religious tolerance values in students at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah. The formulation of the problem in this research is the Instillation of Religious Tolerance Values at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah, the obstacles faced in instilling the values of religious tolerance at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah. The subjects in this research were PAI teachers at SMPN 1 Kapuas, while the objects in this research were the form of instilling the values of inter-religious tolerance in students at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah and the factors that supported or hindered them. In extracting data, researchers used interview, observation and documentation methods. Data processing is carried out using editing techniques, data classification and data interpretation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis by describing each data obtained and to obtain conclusions the researcher uses an inductive method regarding instilling tolerance values at the research location.Based on the research results, it is known that the form of instilling the values of tolerance between religious communities at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah: cultivating an attitude of mutual respect, cultivating an attitude of mutual respect and in the form of adjusting existing problems. The supporting factors are the condition of students who are accustomed to inter-religious tolerance. Because basically the teaching of tolerance is always taught to students when they are in their respective home environments, while the inhibiting factors based on an interview with one of the teachers stated that there were no significant obstacles. Keywords: Cultivation, Religious Community, Tolerance Values. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Toleransi Antar Umat Beragama Pada Siswa SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Toleransi Beragama di SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah, hambatan yang dihadapi dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi beragama di SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PAI yang ada di SMPN 1 Kapuas, sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Bentuk penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi antar umat beragama pada siswa di SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat. Dalam penggalian data peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik editing, klasifikasi data dan interpretasi data. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriftif kualitatif dengan cara menggambarkan setiap data yang diperoleh dan untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan peneliti menggunakan metode induktif tentang penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi dilokasi penelitian.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diketahui bahwa bentuk penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi antar umat beragama di SMPN 1 Kapuas tengah: penanaman sikap saling menghormati, penanaman sikap saling menghargai dan berupa penyesuaian masalah yang ada. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mendukung adalah keadaan siswa yang sudah terbiasa dengan bertoleransi antar umat beragama. Karena pada dasarnya pengajaran toleransi ini selalu diajarkan kepada para siswa ketika berada dilingkungan rumahnya masing-masing, sedangkan faktor yang menghambat berdasarkan wawancara dengan salah satu guru beliau menyatakan tidak ada yang menjadi hambatan berarti. Kata Kunci: Nilai-Nilai Toleransi, Penanaman, Umat Beragama.

Abstract

The occurrence of diglossia is seen in several contexts and settings, including both official and informal domains. This study's primary objective is to investigate students' language preferences, motivations, and language attitudes. Data were collected from undergraduate English students at the Muhammadiyah University of Banjarmasin via questionnaire in Google Form. The study used a descriptive quantitative methodology. The present research used a descriptive test analysis approach using the SPSS version 25 software for Windows. According to the results on language selection, the association between high variation (H) and low variation (L) may be diglossic. Regarding linguistic attitudes, most respondents exhibit a favourable disposition towards a wide variety instead of low variation across all dimensions. This inclination may be attributed to their academic specialisation. Nevertheless, a significant proportion of participants believed that the Low variation had supplanted the High variety as the predominant linguistic form used by the Indonesian population. Therefore, the diglossic link between the High and Low types will persist in Indonesia. The study results provide insights into the diglossic condition of diglossia in a multilingual society and provide a reflection of the perspectives held by young people in Indonesia about the two distinct kinds present within their communities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the application of gamification in human resource management (HR) can increase employee motivation and competence through an interactive approach. Gamification is the application of game elements in a non-game context, such as point systems, badges, leaderboards, and challenges, to make HR tasks more interesting and challenging. In this study, various case studies from companies that have successfully implemented gamification in their HR processes were analyzed to identify the benefits, challenges, and impact on employees. The results showed that gamification can significantly increase employee motivation by rewarding certain achievements and through healthy competition that promotes skill improvement. In addition, interactive approaches in gamification, such as team challenges and collaborative tasks, are able to increase employee engagement and active participation. Technology plays an important role in supporting the implementation of gamification, allowing these programs to be easily accessed and effectively evaluated. Evaluations and assessments show that a well-designed gamification program can create a dynamic and enjoyable work environment, which in turn increases productivity and job satisfaction. The study concludes that gamification is an effective tool to increase employee motivation and competence in HR management and has great potential to develop in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya program Kampus Mengajar adalah untuk membangun kolaborasi antara siswa dan guru setempat untuk mendukung proses pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Fokus penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui program kampus mengajar angkatan 6. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan lokasi di SD Negeri 028 Balikpapan Tengah. Populasi penelitian meliputi siswa dan guru, dengan pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan triangulasi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dan komprehensif mengenai dampak program terhadap mutu pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar angkatan 6 melalui kegiatan kolaborasi program penerapan literasi numerasi yang dilakukan, antara lain: integrasi literasi, numerasi dan adaptasi teknologi (SI 3), kelas literat dan numerat, assesmen kognitif dan non-kognitif, adaptasi teknologi dengan tema “membuka pintu dunia digital”, program perpustakaan dengan tema "gerbang petualangan ilmu”, pembelajaran luar kelas dan mading dapat meningkatkan nilai Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) siswa. Adapun peningkatan sebesar 8% terjadi pada literasi, dan 14% pada numerasi, yang menunjukkan bahwa program ini efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri 028 Balikpapan Tengah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi program literasi numerasi melalui program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 6 dapat meningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada seluruh bidang, di antaranya bidang kesehatan, bidang ekonomi, bidang kesehatan, bidang sosial, dan bidang pendidikan. Bidang pendidikan menjadi salah satu bidang yang mengalami dampak paling besar setelah masuknya pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis evaluasi pembelajaran jarak jauh di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrai Tabalong melalui Peraturan Bupati Nomor 18 Tahun 2021 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Peningkatan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 dalam Tatanan Masyarakat yang Produktif dan Aman di Kabupaten Tabalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dokomentasi, dengan informan berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, analisis konten atau isi, analisis wawancara, analisis naratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CIPP (context, input, process, product). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas tampilan dan kesesuaian program pembelajaran jarak jauh yang ada di STIA Tabalong sudah cukup sesuai meskipun penentuan sumber dana, strategi dan alternatif untuk mencapai tujuan program masih kurang baik. Beberapa aspek lain seperti pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh, ketepatan dan kedisiplinan dosen dan mahasiswa/I, serta sikap, kepatuhan dan keterampilan mahasiswa di STIA Tabalong juga secara keseluruhan cukup baik dan sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 18 Tahun 2021 atas perubahan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 26 Tahun 2020 tentang Peningkatan Pelaksanaan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 dalam Tatanan Masyarakat yang Produktif dan Aman di Kabupaten Tabalong. Abstract

Early childhood education requires differentiated learning approaches to address diverse student needs, yet kindergarten teachers often lack adequate support for implementing such practices. Clinical supervision offers a collaborative framework for professional development, but limited research examines its effectiveness in enhancing differentiated instruction implementation. This qualitative case study investigated clinical supervision implementation at TK Negeri Pembina Sangatta, East Kalimantan, Indonesia, from January to March 2025. Six participants including five classroom teachers and one principal-supervisor were involved through census sampling. Data collection employed in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis following the Miles and Huberman framework was conducted to identify patterns and themes related to clinical supervision processes and differentiated learning implementation. Clinical supervision followed a structured three-stage process comprising pre-conference, observation, and post-conference phases that created supportive professional development environments. Teachers developed enhanced competencies in designing tiered activities and adapting instruction across content, process, product, and learning environment dimensions. Key challenges included time constraints, resource limitations, and initial conceptual understanding gaps. Teachers demonstrated fundamental shifts in educational equity perspectives, moving from uniform to responsive teaching approaches. Effective supervisory strategies included reflective dialogue, evidence-based feedback, and ongoing coaching support. Findings align with clinical supervision theoretical frameworks emphasizing collaborative inquiry over evaluative assessment. The study addresses research gaps by demonstrating clinical supervision effectiveness in early childhood contexts and its role in facilitating complex pedagogical innovations. Results support professional development models emphasizing reflective practice and experiential learning while highlighting the importance of addressing systemic barriers for successful differentiated instruction implementation.

Abstract

The Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) has become one of the national mainstay programs (Government and Local Government) to increase rural population access to proper drinking water and sanitation facilities using a community-based approach. This research is based on the background that in the Effectiveness of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) in South Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (Case Study of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village) there are problems, namely, in Simpang Empat Village, lack of responsibility from PAMSIMAS Program managers, lack of supervision in managing facilities and infrastructure, while in Rukam Hilir Village, lack of responsibility from PAMSIMAS Program managers, lack of supervision in managing facilities and infrastructure, and lack of management (MSDM). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the PAMSIMAS Program and those that influence the Effectiveness of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) in Amuntai Selatan District, Hulu Sungai Utara District (Case Study of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village). This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-qualitative research type. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation with 14 data sources. Data were analyzed using data collection techniques, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the credibility of the data, namely extending observations, increasing persistence, trigulation, analyzing negative cases, using reference materials, holding member checks. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) in South Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara District (Case Study of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village) has not been effective, this can be seen from the indicators: First, the work program has been going well. Second, the objective of the water supply program is good. Third, the evaluation of the program in Simpang Empat Village was quite good and in Rukam Hilir Village it was not so good. Fourth, target accuracy has been successful. Fifth, the output/result has not been effective. Sixth, community satisfaction with services has not been effective. Seventh, community satisfaction with program benefits in Simpang Empat Village has been effective and Rukam Hilir Village has not been effective. Eighth, it has not been effective in Simpang Empat and Rukam Hilir Villages. Ninth, the program's efficiency has been effective. Tenth, achievement of Downstream objectives has not been effective. Eleventh, Improving public health has been successful. In order to increase effectiveness it is suggested to: Heads of Simpang Empat and Rukam Hilir Villages to provide supervision and direction, to Managers to improve their capabilities and integrity, to the people of Simpang Empat Village and Rukam Hilir Village to always increase their participation in technical supervision, provide reports quickly when problems occur and provide criticism and suggestions
