Abstract

Program bimbingan karier di SMA adalah program yang berguna untuk membantu siswa untuk dapat mempersiapkan karier yang tepat dan diharapkan berkembang maksimal dengan kariernya tersebut. Adaptabilitas karier  sebagai kesiapan untuk mengatasi tugas  yang terprediksi untuk mempersiapkan dan turut berperan dalam  pekerjaan,  pendidikan,  serta  mampu  mengatasi  situasi  yang  tidak  terduga  yang mungkin  muncul  sebagai  perubahan  dalam  pekerjaan,  kondisi  kerja  dan  Pendidikan. Adaptabilitas karier terdiri dari empat dimensi yaitu perhatian (concern), pengendalian (control), keingintahuan (curiousity) dan kepercayaan diri (confidence). Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan program karier untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier siswa jurusan IPA SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi. Secara khusus, tujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh data empirik sebagai berikut ini: (1) Pengembangan program bimbingan karier untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier siswa jurusan IPA SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi. (2) Kelayakan program bimbingan karier untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier siswa jurusan IPA SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Design Based Research model Amiel & Reeves.  Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas XII  IPA  SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah hasil identifikasi masalah dengan menyebarkan angket adaptabilitas karier diperoleh adaptabilitas karier siswa kelas XII Jurusan IPA dengan mean measure sebesar 2.88, skor bergerak dari kategori rendah sampai dengan kategori tinggi dengan skor minimum sebesar 1.08, skor maksimal sebesar 4.88, dan standar deviasi sebesar 1.08. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, secara umum profil adaptabilitas karier siswa berada di rata-rata. Pengembangan program bimbingan karier untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier siswa kelas XII IPA SMAN 7 Bekasi telah melalui tahap yaitu uji ahli bimbingan karier dalam menilai kelayakan program dengan nilai 73,33% artinya program bimbingan karier untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier siswa kelas XII IPA SMAN 7 Bekasi adalah layak. Selanjutnya, hasil uji kelayakan pengguna program bimbingan karier untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier siswa kelas XII IPA SMAN 7 Bekasi adalah 76,66 % artinya layak. Hasil evaluasi langkah pengembangan program bimbingan karier untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier siswa kelas XII IPA SMAN 7 Bekasi memiliki kategori baik karena memiliki nilai 77,14%.

Abstract

An education system without functioning education management or management is unlikely to be able to foster school growth. Management procedures must be implemented systematically and dynamically in the National Education System. The principal as a manager with executive and leadership functions needs to align his internal capabilities in responding to the pressing needs of his environment. Managerial is a process or framework that involves guiding or directing a group of people towards organizational goals or real purposes. For the sake of achieving a successful institution in the realm of education, of course, it is very much determined by the quality of the teacher's performance guided by the Principal. Specifically, this research is intended to explore, analyze and obtain data on planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the managerial implementation of school principals in improving the quality of teacher performance at Masagi Islamic Middle School, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject is the principal of the school. The results of the research, namely: (1) Planning has been carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, (2) Organizing is carried out in a balanced manner by prioritizing performance, competence and rank order, (3) Implementation of managerial competencies by seeking effective learning, (4) Evaluation school principals in improving teacher performance by carrying out monitoring and evaluation of each activity that has been carried out, making reports on program implementation and following up on evaluation results. The obstacles faced in efforts to improve teacher performance professionally include the problem of limited human resources in implementing teacher professional capacity building.

Abstract

Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on the philosophy of Islamic education reflect his valuable contribution in understanding the role of education in the formation and advancement of civilization. In his famous work, "Muqaddimah," Ibn Khaldun expresses a rich and relevant view of education in the Islamic context. Ibn Khaldun considers education as an important element in the formation of individual character and civilization. For him, Islamic education must include moral, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. Ibnu Khaldun argues that early education has a central role in forming the foundation of social life, and emphasizes the importance of providing good education to children from an early age. Apart from early education, Ibn Khaldun also recognized the importance of formal education in forming educated individuals. He recognized the value of knowledge and expertise in community development, and suggested that educational institutions such as madrasas and universities should provide knowledge that is scientific and skill-based. However, Ibn Khaldun also stressed the importance of experiential education in Islamic thought and understanding. He emphasizes that direct experience in social and political interactions brings a deeper understanding of the dynamics of society. According to him, this experience enables individuals to gain wisdom and contextual understanding which is crucial in understanding and applying Islamic teachings in everyday life. In his thoughts, Ibn Khaldun made education a means to achieve social justice and progress of civilization. He recognized the importance of acquiring knowledge and skills, but also emphasized the need for solid moral and spiritual education. For him, Islamic education must combine religious teachings with scientific understanding and practical experience to create individuals who are committed to the good and benefit of humanity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the techniques and efforts of school principals in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers in elementary schools. In this study using a qualitative method, namely research conducted through observation and searching for data directly at the research location. This research is located at MD AZZAINIYYAH. And the research subject or resource person for this research is the principal at MD AZZAINIYYAH. In this study, a result was obtained which stated that the principal's supervision technique was in the form of individual and group techniques. Then the efforts made are conducting training, providing guidance and direction and motivating teachers. Furthermore, after the supervision was carried out, the teacher's performance increased and had an effect on increasing the potential and student learning outcomes at MD AZZAINIYYAH.
