Abstract

SMK Teknik PAL Surabaya adalah sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berada di bawah naungan Yayasan Pusdiklat PAL Indonesia, yang keberadaannya langsung terintegrasi dengan dunia industri, khususnya industri perkapalan, yaitu PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero). Sebagai upaya pelayanan pendidikan dimasa pandemi Covid-19 yang mengharuskan kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan secara daring (online) SMK Teknik PAL Surabaya membutuhkan e-learning. Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan e-learning SMK Teknik PAL Surabaya, peneliti menggunakan metode waterfall yang merupakan model pengembangan sistem informasi yang sistematik dan sekuensial. Peneliti menggunakan Codeigniter sebagai framework untuk memudahkan pengembangan e learning dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah e-learning yang mendukung proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring di SMK Teknik PAL Surabaya, sehingga guru dapat menyajikan materi pelajaran, memberikan tugas, mengevaluasi pembelajaran dengan memberikan ulangan harian, ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir semester.

Abstract

Mail server is one of the most widely used server functions in a school or other company. This is because the email function itself can reduce the cost of correspondence using paper, is faster and more efficient than manual communication and uses attachments that are useful as complements and additional documents related to the contents of the email. Mail Server implementation is done offline by installing on a server that has been prepared. There are 2 operating systems that will be used in the implementation of this mail server, namely for the server (Windows Server 2012) and for the client (Windows 10). The mail server uses Exchange Server 2010 installed on the server (Windors Server 2012). In its application using wireless router with 1 laptop will be used as a server and 2 client laptops, so that the results of the shipment that will be sent to the recipient are automatically stored on the server. While the client accesses the message reception and sends the message. Based on the tests that have been done, if you enter the appropriate username and password, you can enter mail so you can send messages or receive messages from the server to the client and the system is able to send or reply emails from one account to another.

Abstract

This study aims to build a load balance web server using the NTH load balance method, apply a balanced distribution of connection paths to the two web servers, and reduce the traffic load on the connection path and also the web server. This study uses the action research method, which uses this method to describe, interpret and explain a condition at the same time as carrying out interventions aimed at improvement or participation. The results of this study indicate that web server load balance can be carried out using the NTH method which is applied to proxy routers. The application of the NTH method can divide the connection path between the two servers in a balanced manner and can reduce the traffic load on each predetermined connection path. In addition to applying load balance, data replication in the database can also be done as well as synchronizing files in the web application directory..

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Rafflesia merupakan salah satu Rumah Sakit yang terletak di Kota Bengkulu. Pada RS. Rafflesia belum semuanya menggunakan aplikasi komputer untuk melakukan proses pengolahan data, salah satunya adalah aplikasi yang digunakan membantu pasien dalam mengetahui penyakit berdasarkan gejala yang diderita. Karena dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut, juga membantu pasien untuk mengetahui apa penyakit mereka dan solusinya. Sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit usus buntu menggunakan Metode Dhempster Shafer berbasis web dapat diakses secara online dengan akses internet melalui link web http://sistempakarususbuntu.my.id. Aplikasi sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit usus buntu menggunakan Metode Dhempster Shafer berbasis web dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil demo program tersebut, diperoleh bahwa aplikasi sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit usus buntu menggunakan Metode Dhemster Shafer ini cukup membantu pasien Rumah Sakit Rafflesia dalam melakukan konsultasi dengan memilih gejala-gejala yang dirasakan pasien. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fungsional dari aplikasi sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit usus buntu berbasis web telah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat memberikan hasil konsultasi berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan pasien melalui Metode Dhempster ShaferBerdasarkan pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fungsional dari aplikasi sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit usus buntu berbasis web telah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat memberikan hasil konsultasi berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan pasien melalui Metode Dhempster Shafer.

Abstract

Security and confidentiality of data or information is an important aspect of data or information. The problem of security and confidentiality of computer data is something that is important in this information age, especially for the South Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Office. Various ways were done to protect the data or information. Encryption is used to change the original text to unreadable text. Decryption is used to convert unreadable text to original text. Database security application for employee performance values ​​at the South Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Office was made using the Visual Basic .Net Programming Language and SQL Server Database. In this application, one of the classic cryptographic algorithms has been implemented, namely the Vigenere Cipher Algorithm to secure the contents of the database record, so that what is stored in the database record has been randomized by the algorithm. Based on the encryption results generated by the Vigenere Cipher Algorithm, it is only able to randomize plaintext containing alphabets, and is unable to randomize plaintext containing numeric.

Abstract

ABSTRAC This study aims to conduct Bandwidth Management Design Using a Wireless Router Mikrotik at SMKN 4 Bengkulu City to carry out activities that occur on the wifi network at SMKN 4 Bengkulu City. And also as one of the requirements to obtain a bachelor's degree in informatics Study Program, The University of Dehasen Bengkulu. The research method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method which aims at the development process by designing a bandwidth management system using the Mikrotik RB951Ui-2HnD. The design process is how to connect Mikrotik with a computer and then create a network division for Staff, Admin, Teachers and Students using the Winbox application. Mikrotik can do bandwidth management well on the Wi-Fi network at SMKN 4 Bengkulu City with the results of network sharing and display of user logins and passwords so that it can be easier and more organized. Abstract

Implementation of Security Information Event Management (SIEM) for Network Monitoring at SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School can help network administrators know the activity and status of devices connected to the network whether UP or Down, can help provide information in the form of logs of services that run and log security events on each device connected to the network. This of course can make it easier for network administrators to deal with problems found on network devices connected to OSSIM AlienVault. In OSSIM AlienVault there is a web UI platform that can make it easier for network administrators to monitor the network at SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School. Where the OSSIM AlienVault Web UI can be accessed via the IP Address Server in the browser. Based on the tests carried out, the results show that the Implementation of Security Information Event Management (SIEM) for Network Monitoring at SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School runs well and can help network administrators in network monitoring and can provide information in the form of event logs on each device connected to the network.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a temperature, humidity and ammonia gas detection device using a wireless sensor network system with nodeMCU. One of the cattle breeders in Pagar Alam City stated that there are no tools available to detect temperature, humidity and ammonia gas, which are used by cattle breeders, this will trigger the health of the cows which will result in a decrease in cow productivity. In terms of monitoring, it is still manual, farmers only look at the condition of the pen and cows without using any tools. The implementation of the Wireless Sensor Network allows farmers to monitor temperature, humidity and ammonia gas conditions through a tool installed in the pen which sends sensor data to the Blynk application which is connected to the tool, and can also regulate the condition of the cage to return to normal when the temperature, humidity and ammonia gas in the cage rise or fall. This research uses a system development method, namely using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of Requirement Planning, Design and Implementation, then the system will be tested using the Black Box Testing method. The results of this research are the design of a temperature, humidity and ammonia gas detection device using wireless sensor network on one of the cattle breeders in Pagar Alam City.

Abstract

: This research develops a web-based attendance application using Location Based Service (LBS) technology at Dehasen University Bengkulu to overcome the limitations of fingerprint devices that often experience problems in recording fingerprints and other technical obstacles. The application was developed using the Waterfall method through the stages of needs analysis, system design, program code writing, testing, and implementation and maintenance. Designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, and created using the Laravel framework and MySQL database.  The attendance application has two main interfaces: admin and employee interface. The admin interface allows management of attendance data, real-time attendance monitoring, verification of leave or permission approval, and configuring attendance location points. The employee interface facilitates GPS-enabled attendance for inbound and outbound attendance, leave or permit applications, and access to attendance history. The test results show that the attendance application improves accuracy and efficiency in recording employee attendance. However, the presence application is still unable to detect location manipulation and further development is expected to detect or block location manipulation attempts.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City is a vocational high school located in Bengkulu City. Guidance and counseling services at school to help students in an effort to find themselves, get to know the environment and plan for the future of students. The purpose of this research is to facilitate students in obtaining counseling guidance information, conducting counseling guidance, and also reporting a finding of events that occur at school. Chat Bot Application of Students’ Counseling Guidance at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City can be accessed online, where there are 2 interfaces, namely web-based which is accessed through the link https://bkchatbotsmkn1bkl.site/ and chat bot-based which can be accessed via telegram with @chatbotkonseling bot account. Chat Bot Application for students’ counseling guidance at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City can facilitate and assist students in conducting students’ counseling through chat bot application, so that the problems experienced are known. In addition, this application can facilitate students in obtaining counseling guidance information, conducting counseling guidance, and also reporting a finding of events that occur in school environment at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City. Based on counseling conducted through telegram chatbots on students, the results show that the system can reply to messages automatically according to the message command format sent by students via telegram, and the system can help provide information on the results of counseling according to the knowledge based on symptoms felt by students through the command format that has been set in the system and successfully display the results of counseling guidance. Based on the results of the alpha testing, it can be concluded that this telegram chat bot application is quite helpful in students’ counseling guidance and will be used by SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City.
