Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui frekuensi gong suwukan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya pukul gong terhadap frekuensi yang dihasilkan oleh gong suwukan. Variabel pada penelitian ini antara lain: variabel bebas yaitu besarnya gaya pukul gong, variabel terikat yaitu frekuensi, dan variabel kontrolnya yaitu jenis gong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara merekam suara gong yang dipukul dengan beberapa variasi gaya menggunakan mikrofon yang dihubungkan dengan perekam yang telah diinstal pada komputer. Data Suara hasil perekaman dianalisis menggunakan software SOUND FORGE dengan hasil berupa spektrum. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gong suwukan mempunyai frekuensi harmonik. Pemberian variasi besar gaya yang digunakan untuk memukul gong suwukan tidak mempengaruhi frekuensi bunyi gong suwukan.

Abstract

Review of Sharia Economic Law on Control of Land Ownership Rights Without Permits in Tanjung Seteko Village, Indralaya District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Land plays such an important role in every human life and business that it is possible for disputes to arise regarding land rights. Therefore, many people want to control or utilize land without the consent of the land owner. The problems in this research are: 1. What factors are behind the control of land ownership rights without permission in Tanjung Seteko Village, Indralaya District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency? 2. What is the review of Sharia Economic Law regarding the control of land ownership rights without permission in Tanjung Seteko Village, Indralaya District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency? This research uses field research methods. This research used a population of 94 people and a sample of 9 people. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that 1. what factors are behind the control of property rights without permission in Tanjung Seteko Village, namely the low level of understanding of land control without permission, economic factors and negligence of land owners. 2. How does Sharia Economic Law review the control of land ownership rights without permission in Tanjung Seteko Village, which is haram and not permitted because it is an act of Ghasab. Because he has controlled someone else's land without any rights. In Sharia Economic Law, control of property rights without permission in Tanjung Seteko Village, namely  does not fulfill the Principles of Justice and the Principles of Benefit. Actions carried out by land managers cause injustice to the land owner, and the land does not provide benefits in terms of the land owner or the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students for one of the learning media developments in the form of electronic modules based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) to improve students' collaboration skills. The needs analysis was carried out based on the first stage of the development research, namely analysis. The method in this study is a combination of qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The instruments used in the study were questionnaires and interview guides. The study was conducted involving 2 teachers and 108 students. Based on the results of the needs analysis that have been carried out, there are several problems, namely: 1) there are no teaching materials that can be used to improve student collaboration (2) there are no PBL-based teaching materials available, and (3) there is a need for the development of electronic modules. Based on these results, the researcher suggests the development of electronic modules based on PBL to improve students collaboration skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of office facilities partially on employee performance at the Pelawad Village Office, Serang Regency, to analyze the influence of work discipline partially on employee performance at the Pelawad Village Office, Serang Regency, to analyze the influence of office facilities and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at the Pelawad Village Office, Serang Regency. The methodology used is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed 1) the results of the t-test showed a sig value for the influence of office facilities (X1) on employee performance (Y) was 0.041 <0.05, and the t-count value> t-table, which was 2.095> 2.007. So the office facilities variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) the results of the t-test showed a sig value for the influence of work discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) was 0.013 <0.05, and the t-count value> t-table, which was 2.570> 2.007. So the work discipline variable (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) The results of the F test show a calculated F value of 13.708> 3.18 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be stated that this hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Simultaneously, the independent variables of this study, namely office facilities and work discipline, have a significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance

Abstract

Mathematics has an important role in various disciplines in developing human thinking, by studying mathematics, students are more critical in understanding problems in daily life. This research aims to analyze the factors that cause mathematics learning difficulties experienced by class IV students at SDN Sonosewu. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects of this research were class teachers and class IV students who were identified as having difficulties learning mathematics. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the research show that 1) The difficulties in learning mathematics experienced by class IV students at SDN Sonosewu are difficulty understanding the concept of fractions, difficulty in calculating multiplication and division skills, and difficulty solving questions in the form of story problems. 2) Factors that cause difficulties in learning mathematics consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors that cause learning difficulties are sensory abilities, students' interest in mathematics lessons is still low, learning attitudes are still low, students' motivation and habits in learning mathematics are also low. Meanwhile, external factors that cause learning difficulties are the teacher's less attractive teaching methods, the teacher's relationship with students, and the lack of learning facilities.

Abstract

Scientific reasoning is a core skill in science education because it allows students to think logically, critically, and systematically when approaching problems and understanding natural phenomena. Yet, international assessments such as PISA and TIMSS have repeatedly shown that Indonesian students lag behind global averages in this area, making it an urgent issue for physics education. This study aimed to assess the scientific reasoning abilities of grade XI students in Surakarta using a motion dynamics testlet adapted from Lawson’s Classroom Test of Scientific Reasoning (LCTSR). The research employed a descriptive quantitative design and involved 363 students from three high schools representing different school locations and levels of practicum experience. The testlet, developed through stages of planning, piloting, and validation, was designed to ensure reliability and to capture reasoning indicators such as conservation, proportionality, variable control, probability, correlation, and hypothetico-deductive reasoning. The results revealed that most students were in the concrete (51%) and transitional (47%) stages of operation, with only 2% reaching the formal operational stage. In terms of achievement categories, the majority fell into the fair and lower levels, and none reached the very good level. Statistical analysis showed no significant gender differences, but students from urban schools and those with practicum experience performed significantly better. The novelty of this research lies in contextualizing Lawson’s instrument in terms of motion dynamics and adopting a testlet format that efficiently measures reasoning. These findings highlight the central role of the school environment and practical experience in shaping reasoning skills and provide valuable evidence for strengthening physics teaching and policy.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to analyze the readiness of prospective physics teacher students in managing digital classrooms based on the TPACK framework, focusing on different semester levels (2nd, 4th, and 6th semesters) in the Physics Education Study Program at Sebelas Maret University. Methodology: A quantitative survey design was employed using a validated questionnaire based on TPACK indicators (TK, PK, CK, TPK, TCK, PCK, and TPACK). The instrument was measured with a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, assumption testing (Shapiro–Wilk, Levene), ANOVA, and non-parametric tests with SPSS software. Main Findings: Results showed that students’ average readiness scores in TPACK dimensions increased from the 2nd to the 6th semester. Significant improvements were observed particularly between the 2nd and 6th semesters in dimensions such as TK, TPK, and TCK. However, not all semester comparisons showed statistically significant differences, indicating gradual but uneven development of TPACK competencies across cohorts. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study provides one of the first empirical analyses of TPACK readiness specifically among prospective physics teachers in Indonesia across different semester levels. The findings highlight how extended exposure to digital classroom practices strengthens TPACK competencies, offering insights for curriculum design that address semester-based progression in teacher education programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh metode balanced scorecard terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dengan studi kasus pada PT Unilever Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan, termasuk neraca, laporan laba rugi, dan laporan arus kas, dari tahun 2013 hingga 2022. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda untuk menilai pengaruh empat perspektif dari balanced scorecard—perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan perspektif pembelajaran serta pertumbuhan—terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perspektif proses bisnis internal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sementara perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, dan pertumbuhan serta pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh secara individu terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar PT Unilever Tbk lebih fokus pada peningkatan proses bisnis internal untuk keberlanjutan dan kinerja jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of students' responsibility and discipline values through self-hygiene learning in grade 4 at MIS NWDI Dasan Lekong. The research method used is qualitative research. The study was conducted at MIS NWDI Dasan Lekong with the research subjects being grade IV A & B elementary school students totaling 29 children. Data sources were obtained from questionnaires or surveys for grades IV A & B. Data collection was conducted through 10 questionnaire/survey questions that had been prepared. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data verification, and data conclusion. Research results show that personal hygiene practiced in grade 4 at MIS NWDI Dasan Lekong significantly strengthens students' sense of responsibility and discipline. This program successfully habituates students to perform good personal hygiene behaviors, such as disposing of trash properly and washing hands regularly, which are tangible manifestations of responsibility towards oneself and the environment. Students' discipline also showed improvement through their consistency in following the hygiene routines taught during the learning program. This habit not only develops the physical aspects of cleanliness but also shapes moral character, including obedience and awareness of the importance of hygiene in supporting health and everyday quality of life.
