Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic work ethic, principal's leadership style, motivation on teacher performance at junior high school teacher. The total of 82 respondents as sample selected using purposive random sampling techniques. Data collection method in this study uses questionnaire and processed by SPSS Statictics 24. Data are analysed by multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fit test, and coefficient of determination. Determination coefficient shows that teacher performance at junior high school teacher isriati Ngaliyan Semarang is 87,2% affected by Islamic work ethic, principal's leadership style, motivation. The rest 12,8% is explained by other variables outside this study. Then, Islamic work ethic, principal's leadership style, motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at junior high school teacher isriati ngaliyan Semarang either simultaneously or partially. Furthermore, among these three variables, the most dominant effect is Islamic work ethic.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan bagi UMKM di Kelurahan ngesrep yang terdampak pandemi COVID 19. Dengan adanya kondisi pandemi ini maka UMKM di tuntut untuk bertahan agar terhindar dari kebangkrutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan secara langsung dengan tutorial dilapangan dengan mengajarkan cara menerapkan digital marketing atau pemasaran online. Hasil yang diharapkan yaitu pasar produk UMKM di Kelurahan Ngesrep mendapatkan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas tentunya dengan produk yang dikenali dan mudah di akses oleh konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial access on financial performance with financial literacy as moderating variables in small creative industries in Semarang. The research sample was 103 people who were obtained by purposive sampling technique, namely respondents who took credit for the authority of the Semarang City Government program. Data were analyzed using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) analysis. The result of this research is that financial access has an effect on financial performance. Financial literacy are able to moderate the effect of financial access on financial performance in small creative industries in Semarang.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan akan pentingnya visi misi pada usaha membuat UMKM berjalan tanpa punya tujuan jangka panjang ataupun jangka pendek, UMKM hanya focus untuk menjual tanpa memiliki arah tujuan yang jelas tentang usaha mereka di masa depan. Selain itu kebanyakan UMKM tidak membuat laporan keuangan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan. sehingga UMKM tidak dapat menujukkan tingkat laba/rugi pada bisnis, Permasalahan tersebut yang membuat tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengusulkan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan Visi Misi dan laporan keuangan pada UMKM Asmarandhana di Semarang. Pelatihan ini akan memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya memiliki Visi Misi dan membuat laporan keuangan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat melahirkan pengusaha yang mandiri, bermental wirausaha yang tau tentang berbagai hal, yang bisa menguatkan ketika akan membangun sebuah usaha. Selain itu juga memotivasi mereka untuk merumuskan Visi Misi dan membuat laporan keuangan, laporan keuangan dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan bisnis, dan laporan keuangan yang kurang baik dapat menimbulkan kerentanan terhadap kerugian

Abstract

The research analyzed the effect of earnings per share, price earnings ratio, and dividend per share on the share prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2018-2021. The hypothesis of this study is earning per share, price earnings ratio, and dividend per share positive effect on the share prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2018-2021.  The number of samples in this study was 60 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 using the sampling technique of purposive sampling. The data collection method used documentation, and the data analysis used the SPSS which included classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-test, F and R test2..  The results of the study show as follows: the independent variable of earning per share has a positive effect on the share prices; the price earnings ratio has a positive effect on the share prices; and the dividend per share does not have an effect on the share prices. Based on the values of the coefficient of determination, the test results show an Adjusted R square value of 0.266. It means that a change in the share price variable of 26.6% can be explained using the three independent variables (Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Dividend Per Share (DPS). Then, the remaining 73.4% is explained by the other variables out of the independent variables such as net interest margin, net profit margin, and debt to asset ratio.

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain how work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction affect the performance of courier employees at Kantor Shopee Express Semarang Timur. This research is based on a case study of courier employees at Kantor Shopee Express Semarang Timur. Where there is less than optimal performance of courier employees. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the courier section at the Shopee Express East Semarang Office, with a sample size of 56 respondents. The sampling method used is probability sampling, while the type of probability sampling used is random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and testing with the help of SPSS 24. The findings indicate that (1) work motivation has no impact on courier employees' performance at the Shopee Express in East Semarang Office, (2) The work environment at the Shopee Express East Semarang Office has no impact on the couriers' performance, (3) The performance of courier staff at Shopee Express East Semarang Office is positively and significantly impacted by their job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality,product quality and price on customer satisfaction at Cv smart semarang.  This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of research samples was 96 respondents who were consumers of cv smart semarang. The technique used in this study using purposive sampling technique. Quantitative analysis results include validity test,reliability test,classic assumption test (normality test,heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression test and the last hypothesis test using the T test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).  The research results show that service quality, product quality and price have a positive and significant. With the following regression equation Y = 0,222 X1+0,284 X2+0,391 X3. And the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,609 which means 60,9 percent of consumer satisfaction is influenced by service quality,product quality,and price.

Abstract

Abstract______________________________________________________This research aims to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of debt equity ratio, current ratio and toral asset turnover on firm value through return on assets. This research was quantitative one with its secondary data obtained from annual financial statements published by companies. Its population included food and beverage companies registered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2022. samples were taken using purposive sampling where 52 companies were obtained. The collected data were then processed using e-views program. Debt equity ratio had no effect on return on assets. Current ratio negatively and significantly affected return on asset. Total Asset Turnover positively and significantly affected return on asset. Debt Equity Ratio negatively and affected considerably price to book value. Current Ratio did not affect price to book value. Both total asset turnover and return on assets positively and significantly affected price to book value. Debt equity ratio affected price to book value via return on assets. Current ratio and total asset turnover had no effect on price to book value via return on asset. Sales growth and total asset turnover had no effect on price to book value via the intervening variable, i.e., return on assets. For this reason, future researchers are recommended to add more variables presumably capable of serving as an intervening variable such as return on equity. Since the samples used only included Food and Beverages companies registered in IDX 2017-2022, future research is suggested to expand the samples to allow them to capture the effects of variables that they will study. This research made some contribution to financial management literature. The research showed different findings from the previous one, allowing them to be used as something new regarding the factors affecting profitability and firm value. The research found that total asset turnover and return on assets positively and significantly affected price to book value. Therefore, it is important for managers to pay closer attention to it to increase their firm values.   debt equity ratio, current ratio, total asset turnover, return on assets, price to book value. Abstract

Property and Real Estate is one of the service company sub-sectors listed as a public company in the Property, Real Estate and construction sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Property and real estate are still among the main choices for investors when investing funds. This is because shares of companies in the Property and Real Estate sector still offer potential for increases. The Property and Real Estate sector is one of the sectors that makes a fairly good contribution to economic growth in Indonesia. This research aims to describe and analyze the role of profitability in mediating working capital and activities on company value in real estate companies listed on the BEI in 2019-2022. This research variable uses independent variables, dependent variables and intervening variables. The object of this research is the financial reports of real estate companies listed on the IDX. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source was obtained from secondary data through intermediaries or indirectly, namely data from real estate company financial reports for the 2018-2022 period. The data collection method uses library research. The analysis technique is descriptive analysis and smart PLS analysis. The data measurement method uses validity tests and reliability tests. Test the structural model using the coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing uses structural equation modeling analysis with the smartPLS 3.0 program. Measurement model with devaluation reflection indicators with convergent and discriminant validity. The results of this research prove that Working capital (CR) has a significant positive effect on Profitability (ROA), activity (TATO) Has a positive effect on Profitability Policy (ROA), Working capital (CR) has no effect on company value (PBV), Working capital ( TATO) has a significant positive effect on company value (PBV), profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on company value (PBV), profitability (ROA) is able to mediate the effect of working capital (CR) on company value (PBV).

Abstract

The transformation of digital technology has affected the world of marketing, which directly helps MSMEs in increasing the effectiveness of business operations. However, the lack of skills and knowledge of the community, especially housewives in Tlogosari village in marketing their products, make the products not sold optimally. This community service program aims to help MSMEs adopt the use of digital technology in increasing the effectiveness of business operations. The community service program was conducted in the form of training for PKK groups in Tlogosari Kulon Village, Semarang City. The results of the activity showed that the PKK group experienced an increase in knowledge and use of digital marketing. This can be seen from the average results of pre-test and post-test, which shows that the increase in knowledge and understanding of MSMEs in the use of digital marketing is 97,3%. Therefore, this training is important to improve product marketing and attract consumers.
