Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mencari tahu dampak kualitas produk, citra merek dan pemasaran digital terhadap keputusan pembelian di Signal Coffee Depok yang dilakukan mulai Maret-Mei 2022. Dengan metode survei langsung pada pelanggan Signal Coffee Depok dengan penyebaran kuisioner untuk 130 responden laki-laki maupun perempuan serta berkunjungnya dengan siapa responden tersebut. Dengan pengambilan metode accidental sampling. Metode analisis data diambil menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Dan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Penelitian ini menunjukan kualitas produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan berpengaruh positif serta signifikan, citra merek memiliki dampak positif terhadap keputusan pembelian tetapi tidak signifikan dan pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, location and price perception on visiting decisions. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linier regresion analysis andthe help of spss26. The survey was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 120 tourists who visited sarangan lake, magetan regency. The selection of respondents was done by accidental sampling technique because by chance meeting with the researcher can be used as a sample. The results show that an increase in the number of tourists requires promotion, location and price perception simultaneously. The results of the study also show that promotion, location and price perception play a significant role in increasing visiting decisions. This study has implications for increasing understanding regarding the relationship between promotion, location and price perception with the decision to visit telaga sarangan, magetan regency. The importance of the influence of location so that it can play a significant role in increasing visiting decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepercayaan merek memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek kepada loyalitas merek. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan tamu yang datang ke Hotel Mercure Jakarta Cikini. Penelitian ini memakai data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan tata cara purposive sampling. Sampel data diperoleh dari 200 responden di Hotel Mercure Jakarta Cikini yang sudah melakukan pembelian lebih dari sekali. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan, penelitian ini memakai pendekatan PLS- SEM (Partial Least Squares- Structural Equation Modeling). Analisis PLS SEM dilakukan dalam dua tahap dalam 2 sesi. Tahap awal merupakan analisis reliabilitas serta validitas, sedangkan sesi kedua merupakan estimasi serta verifikasi koefisien jalur dan daya model struktural. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada ikatan positif langsung antara Citra merek kepada kepercayaan merek dan loyalitas merek. Efek langsung kualitas layanan kepada kepercayaan merek dan loyalitas merek. Efek langsung kepercayaan merek kepada loyalitas merek dan pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas layanan dan citra merek kepada loyalitas merek melalui kepercayaan merek

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of communication, motivation, and work discipline in improving employee performance. The research hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 133 employees of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy's Deputy for Destination Development and Infrastructure Jakarta. The selection of respondents was carried out using a saturated sample technique because it involved all employees with ASN status. Communication, motivation, and work discipline are all needed to improve employee performance, according to the findings. Communication and work discipline are also important factors in enhancing performance, although motivation is not. The capacity of these three criteria to describe the diversity of employee performance is 57 percent, with the remaining 43 percent described by variables that were not evaluated. This research offers implications for better understanding the impact of communication, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance, particularly ASN, as well as the need to boost employee motivation so that they may contribute to enhancing their own performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan department produksi di PT. Lion Boga. Populasi dalam penelitian kali ini adalah Staff department produksi di PT. Lion Boga. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang dikumpulkan melalui metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan sampel terdiri dari 200 staff sebagai reponden. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan PLS-SEM 3 sebagai teknik pengolahan data. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan hasil positif tetapi tidak memberikan hasil signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan hasil yang mendapatkan nilai positif dan juga adanya signifikan merupakan hasil dari pelatihan yang dilakukan mediasi oleh kepuasan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi juga memberikan hasil positif yang memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan juga kinerja. Sebagai halnya dengan hasil kepuasan kerja memberikan hasil yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa PT. Lion Boga dapat melakukan perbaikan dan evaluasi pada variable pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1), price perception (X2), and promotion (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) partially and together on Kopi Kenangan Ruko Muara Karang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling using SmartPLS 3.0 and processing the data using PLS-SEM Path Analysis. The sample used was the consumers of Kopi Kenangan, Ruko Muara Karang, as many as 220 respondents. The results of the analysis obtained from this study are that the perception of price and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while there is no significant effect on product quality variables on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the atmosphere of Niku Coffee Pondok Indah, price perceptions, and product quality affect customer purchasing choices. This study uses a quantitative methodology. Participants in this study were customers of Niku Coffee Pondok Indah. An accidental sampling approach, which selects a sample by chance from the available sample units, is used to collect the research sample. In this study, a total of 183 individuals were used as respondents. Because the dependent variable is more than one, the data is collected by distributing questionnaires, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression techniques. The findings from this study indicate that the atmosphere, perceived price, and product quality partially or simultaneously affect the purchase choice at Niku Coffee Pondok Indah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of store atmosphere, promotions and service quality in increasing consumer satisfaction at Baywalk Pluit Mall, Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach in the form of a survey, with 100 consumers. Purposive sampling was used to identify respondents by distributing questionnaires to consumers who had visited more than once. Instrument measurement using a Likert scale refers to research variables and indicators. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software. Research findings show that store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the same thing happens with promotions and service quality. These results also show that the combination of the three variables significantly influences consumer satisfaction. Of the three variables studied, promotion is the most dominant factor influencing satisfaction, next is shop atmosphere and last is service quality. The three variables, namely atmosphere, promotion and service quality have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction at the same time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the destination image, service quality, and promotion on visiting decisions. The sampling technique used in this research is an accidental sampling technique with quantitative methods. The population in this study were tourists who visited Ecopark Ancol. Sample data was obtained through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability which was then distributed to Ecopark Ancol visitors. The final data sample used in this research was 100 respondents. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis method which is processed with the help of SPSS version 29 software. Based on the analysis of multiple linear regression models, it was discovered that the variables of destination image (X1), service quality (X2) and promotion (X3) had a positive and significant impact on the visit decision (Y) at Ecopark Ancol, both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of service quality, price perception, and customer experience on customer satisfaction. The sample technique used in this study is a purposive sample method with the number of respondents to the final sample being 70 people. Based on the sampling method set, the study was conducted through a survey of The Tribrata Dharmawangsa Jakarta consumers who had stayed at least ones. The data analysis method was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. After going through the examination of classical assumptions in multiple linear regression models, the results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on buying decision at The Tribrata Dharmawangsa Jakarta. The same results were also obtained for promotion variables. These two variables together have a significant effect on buying decision. Of the three variables studied, the most dominant service quality factor determines buying decision, followed by promotion and brand image.
