Abstract

Revegetation is an effort to restore peatland after it is damaged. Dyera lowii is a type of forestry plant has a high potential to be developed because this tree is suitable for planting on peatland. To get good growth of Dyera lowii nutrients are needed, one of which is by providing compost. The solid waste of the sago industry that has accumulated will experience decomposition so that it becomes compost. The purpose of this research is to determine effect and the best dosage of sago dreg compost of Metroxylon sagu on the growth of Dyera lowii on peat media. The study used a Completely Randomized Design method consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications so that 16 units of the experiment would be obtained. The treatments are : S1 = without Metroxylon sagu compost, S2 = 20% Metroxylon sagu compost + 80% peat soil, S3 = 50% Metroxylon sagu compost + 50% peat soil, S4 = 80% Metroxylon sagu compost + 20% peat soil. Data further analyzed using variance, with SPSS software version 20.0. If the results of variance have a significant effect, then further analysis is done using the DNMRT test at the 5% level. Application of sago dreg compost of Metroxylon sagu influences the growth of swamp Dyera lowii and the best dosage of the four treatments were S1 treatment (20% + 80% Metroxylon sagu compost) with 95% survival rate, 0.83 cm height increase, and plant dry weight 0.60 gr. Keywords: Metroxylon sagu compost, Dyera lowii  Hook.f, peat media

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of human resources and the implementation of SAK EMKM on MSME financial reporting by training in preparing financial statements as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all MSMEs in Bengkalis Regency and the sample in this study amounted to 110 MSMEs. The sampling method uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple regression analysis and MRA using SPSS version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources and the implementation of SAK EMKM affect the financial reporting of MSMEs. Then the training on the preparation of financial statements moderates the relationship between the quality of human resources and the implementation of SAK EMKM towards MSME financial reporting

Abstract

A b s t r a c tThe research we did was to see how the tourism potential in Bengkalis Regency, where tourism here can also be developed as halal tourism, can impact Bengkalis Regency's regional income. From this, we can observe that the development of halal tourism in the Bengkalis Regency is still not optimal, apart from the lack of a natural position that cannot be used as a tourist spot. This proves that good and integrated management is indispensable for tourism development, especially halal tourism. In this study, we used the descriptive analysis method in addition to looking at the SWOT analysis. We hope that in the future, as researchers, we hope that the Bengkalis Regency government can manage tourist attractions as well as possible and allocate more funds for the development of tourism attractions in the Bengkalis Regency. In addition to increasing Human Resources, especially in mastering English, it is also necessary to promote to the outside world that Bengkalis have a tourist attraction with halal tourism packaging.A b s t r a kPenelitian yang kami lakukan untuk melihat bagaimana potensi pariwisata di Kabupaten Bengkalis, dimana pariwisata disini juga dapat dikembangkan sebagai wisata halal yang dapat berdampak pada pendapatan daerah Kabupaten Bengkalis. Dari sini dapat kita lihat bahwa pengembangan wisata halal di Kabupaten Bengkalis masih belum optimal, karena letak alamnya yang belum bisa dijadikan sebagai tempat wisata. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pengelolaan yang baik dan terpadu sangat diperlukan untuk pengembangan pariwisata, khususnya wisata halal. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif selain melihat analisis SWOT. Besar harapan kami kedepannya sebagai peneliti, kami berharap pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis dapat mengelola tempat wisata dengan sebaik-baiknya dan mengalokasikan dana yang lebih besar untuk pengembangan objek wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Selain peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia khususnya dalam penguasaan Bahasa Inggris, juga perlu dilakukan promosi ke dunia luar bahwa Bengkalis memiliki daya tarik wisata dengan kemasan wisata halal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, teknologi informasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kesiapan pemerintah daerah dalam pelaksanaaan Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) di Kabupaten Siak. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Kabupaten Siak yang berjumlah 29 OPD. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang disebar ke 174 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, teknologi informasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan pemerintah daerah dalam pelaksanaan SIPD di Kabupaten Siak.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of transparency, human resource competence, community participation, spip and commitment of village officials to the management of village funds. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and questionnaires as a means of collecting research data. The population in this study were 96 villages in Meranti Islands Regency and the number of samples of 77 villages was calculated using the Slovin formula with purposive sampling method, each village there were 6 respondents so that the total respondents were 462 respondents in this study. The statistical results obtained from this study are that transparency and SPIP have an effect on the management of village funds, while the competence of human resources, community participation and commitment of the village apparatus has no effect on the management of village funds.

Abstract

Financial management is a key aspect of organizational success, including the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) which has autonomy in financial and operational management. This study aims to analyze the effect of Transparency, Accountability, Quality of Human Resources, and Accounting Information Systems on BLUD Puskesmas Financial Management with Internal Control System as a moderating variable. The study was conducted at BLUD Puskesmas in the coastal areas of Riau Province, namely Meranti Islands Regency, Bengkalis Regency, and Dumai City, using the Probability Sampling method with cluster sampling technique and involving 152 respondents from 38 puskesmas. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that Transparency, Accountability, Quality of Human Resources, and Accounting Information Systems had a significant effect on financial management. The Internal Control System is proven to moderate the effect of Transparency and Accountability on financial management, but does not moderate the relationship between the Quality of Human Resources and Accounting Information Systems on financial management. These findings are expected to be the basis for developing better BLUD financial management theory and practice in the future.

Abstract

There are several factors that cause these housewives to work. Especially for women as the head of the family. This factor is because her husband does not carry out the function of head of the family due to polygamy, unemployment, illness, job loss, husband leaving for a long time without providing income, divorce and even death. This research is motivated by the dual role of single parent women in Berancah Village as the head of the family who must be smart in dividing time between family, work, and as a member of the community. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers include observation, interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. The findings of the research revealed that the economy is one of the branches of factors that influence women to take on multiple roles (work). In addition, the factors that cause a woman's dual role as head of the family are self-existence, social factors and cultural factors. Based on these four factors, a dual role becomes inherent in a woman in a family. the management strategy of a woman's dual role as head of the family in the perspective of Islamic education management is through leadership, motivation, and communication

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) knowing the validity; 2) knowing the effectiveness; and 3) knowing the responses of teachers and students to the learning media "PIGAM TAPE" based on macromedia flash 8 material identifying symbols/symbols of grade III elementary school students. The method used in this research is the development method (RnD) with the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the research on the development of learning media "PIGAM TAPE" based on macromedia flash 8 material to identify symbols for grade III elementary school students are as follows: (1) declared very valid by meeting the criteria for the percentage of media validity of 89% and material validity of 93.3%, (2) declared good based on the teacher's response by meeting the percentage criteria of 94%, while the results of student responses in the limited trial received a percentage of 100% and in the broad trial received a percentage of 95%, and (3) declared effective by meeting the percentage of classical learning completeness of the student test of 100%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the PIGAM TAPE learning media is declared very valid and feasible to use in learning Indonesian language on the material of symbols of traffic signs.

Abstract

This study analyzes production cost management and pricing strategies in the batik industry at BUMDesa Langgam Sako, Desa Teluk Latak, Bengkalis Regency. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research aims to identify key production cost components and develop pricing strategies that align with market characteristics. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and secondary data analysis. The findings indicate that efficient cost management is crucial for setting competitive prices and supporting creative village development. The proposed model enables BUMDesa Langgam Sako to strengthen its market position, expand distribution reach, and contribute to sustainable village economic growth. This research provides practical guidance for entrepreneurs and policymakers in managing creative industries in rural areas.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDesa Langgam Sako, Bengkalis Regency, has great potential in regional superior products, but faces challenges in marketing products effectively. This article discusses the community service activities carried out by the community service team in order to support BUMDesa Langgam Sako to achieve Sustainable Competitive Advantage through marketing digitalization. The method of implementing activities begins with an analysis of the needs and potential of BUMDesa Langgam Sako. Furthermore, the procurement of a marketing website was carried out to provide a digital platform that facilitates the promotion and sale of regional superior products. The website was designed with user-friendly features and optimized for internet searches. Online marketing training was provided to BUMDesa members through intensive workshops covering the use of social media, digital content creation, and online marketing strategies as an effort to strengthen BUMDesa's ability to manage their business more effectively and achieve Sustainable Competitive Advantage. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the visibility of regional superior products online. BUMDesa members also demonstrated improved skills in managing digital marketing and business in general. This activity successfully assisted BUMDesa Langgam Sako in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage and positively impacted the local economy through the increased contribution of flagship product sales, namely Bengkalis woven batik, it has also become a source of income for artisans and strengthened the village's economic competitiveness at the regional level. This initiative underscores the importance of digitalization for the overall economic development of the village.
