Abstract

Mini biopori is an innovative and efficient technique for producing biocompost. This technique utilizes used containers that are environmentally friendly, allowing the community to independently process household organic waste. In addition to reducing waste, this technique also produces fertilizer that is beneficial for horticultural plants. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and insights to the community about the application of mini biopori technology in used containers for horticultural plant production, enhance the community's skills in applying mini biopori technology, utilize the biocompost produced from biopori infiltration holes for planting horticultural crops, and assist the community from an economic aspect (increasing community income) by using simple and inexpensive materials to produce high-value horticultural plants. This activity is conducted in Sungai Berbari Village, Pusako District, Siak Regency. The methods of this community service consist of several stages, including preparation, training through lectures and discussions, practical implementation of the mini biopori technique, and evaluation, which considers the conditions before and after the training activities. The results of this activity indicate that the participants have a better understanding of the biocompost production process and the benefits of the mini biopori technique. All participants (100%) considered the mini biopore technique training to be very beneficial, indicating that this training has successfully provided added value to the participants. A total of 70% of the participants showed an interest in applying the mini biopore technique in their homes. The mini biopore technique is considered effective in managing organic waste, producing beneficial fertilizer, and has the potential to reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers. Additionally, implementing this technique can lower agricultural production costs, increase crop yields, and contribute to long-term economic well-being in the community.

Abstract

The marketing strategy is basically a whole plan, integrated and unified field of marketing, which provides guidance on activities to be carried out in order to achieve the marketing objectives of a company. Marketing  strategy standalone Islamic bank KCP Bengkalis, to encourage customers to participate in activities such as banking, namely, location, promotion, and product sharing. Marketing is human activity directed to meet and satisfy the needs and human desires through the exchange process. Establishment of site selection Islamic Bank Mandiri KCP Bengkalis positively to the value of 6.589 on the variable increase the number of customers using 4 indicators, strategies, location, location and comfort. With four variables used in this study proved that the location variable has the highest influence. In this research, using a sampling method with random sampling technique. Then the retrieval of data by using a questionnaire containing open and closed questions. From the data obtained was then processed using statistical linear regression formula with the help of software SPSS 16. From the results obtained, the location variables have the most influence and significant to the variable increase in the number of customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bengkalis. Keyword: Marketing Strategies, Increasing Number of Customers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of region, local revenue, and population on the implementation of E-Government with regional independence as an intervening variable. In determining the sample, this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling using criteria based on research policies. Observation data of 123 were taken from 41 districts/cities from a 3 (three) year observation period starting from 2020-2022. The type of data used is quantitative data sourced from secondary sources. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and Conditional Process Analysis from Hayes. The results of the study showed that region, local revenue, and population influenced the implementation of E-Government. Regional independence moderates the effect of local revenue and population on the implementation of E-Government. Meanwhile, regional independence does not moderate the effect of the region on the implementation of E-Government. This study contributes to local governments in the implementation of e-government

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi akad qardh sebagai akad tabarru’ dalam perbankan syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan akad Qard di bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Metode kualitatif ini muncul karena terjadi perubahan paradigma dalam memandang suatu realitas. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan library research yakni penelitian yang obyek kajiannya menggunakan data pustaka berupa buku-buku sebagai sumber datanya, membaca, menelaah, dan menganalisis berbagai literatur yang ada, berupa alquran, hadits, kitab, maupun hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa akad tabarru’ adalah segala macam perjanjian yang menyangkut non profit transaction (transaksi nirlaba) dan akad qardh merupakan salah satu dari akad tabbaru, dimana karakteristiknya pada akad qardh tersebut adalah mengenai pinjam meminjam yang menitikberatkan pada sikap tolong menolong dan jenis akad qardh dimana ia tidak mencari keuntungan. Dalam praktiknya pada perbankan syariah ada dikenal namanya biaya, jadi tambahan untuk biaya seperti biaya administrasi, biaya materai, ini diperbolehkan.

Abstract

This study aims: to analyze the management of village fund in Lumu Village, Budong-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency. The variable for this research is the management of village fund allocation which is measured using indicators contained in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management. The subjects of this research are all village fund management reports and documents and apparatus that support the financial management process of village funds in Lumu Village, Budon-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency. The focus of this research is the village fund management report and supporting documents, namely 2022, which is the village fund management process and village officials related to village fund management in Lumu Village, Budong-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency. The village officials referred to are the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and Chairman of the BPD. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of this research indicate that the management of village fund allocation in Lumu Village, Budong-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency is quite appropriate at the planning and accountability stages, and less appropriate at the implementation and administration stages, while the reporting stages are not appropriate. Overall, the stages of many implementations that are lacking or even have not implemented the minister of home affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 at all.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the implementation of accounting information systems (AIS), the use of information technology (IT) and human resource competencies (HR) on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). A total of 100 MSMEs were sampled with data from questionnaires distributed to MSMEs in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Multiple linear regression is the method used with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study explain that the implementation AIS and HR had a significant impact on the performance of MSMEs. However, the use of IT doesn’t show a significant impact on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Gogok Darussalam Village, located in Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Kepulauan Meranti Regency, possesses significant potential in sago crop production. The high volume of production results in an abundance of sago pulp waste, which can be utilized as raw material for the production of wafer-based cattle feed. This community service activity aimed to evaluate the formulation of wafer feed and assess the product's value in improving cattle weight gain. The program employed a Community-Based Research (CBR) approach, which actively involves the local community in every stage of the activity, thereby contributing to positive social change. The results of the activity indicated that this research-based approach successfully generated 80 to 90 percent feedback from the community. Despite the generally low level of education among participants, they demonstrated a good understanding of the material presented by the facilitators. The training began with a presentation on the process of producing wafer feed from sago pulp, followed by a simulation of business cost calculations for traditional cattle farming using a combination of wafer feed and natural grass. The findings also revealed that feed costs using wafer products were more economical, efficient, and generated higher profits compared to natural grass feed. In conclusion, wafer feed is feasible for application in both traditional and conventional cattle farming and holds strong potential for improving the welfare of livestock farmers.

Abstract

This article describes the problems of Islamic religious education high school level public schools. The formulation of the issues raised is 1) What are the problems of Islamic religious education (PAI) found in high school level public schools 2) How are the solutions to overcome the problems of learning Islamic religious education (PAI) in public schools at the high school level. This research method is qualitative research using a literature study method, namely by displaying scientific reasoning arguments. The problems of PAI in high school level public schools include low interest learning learners in the PAI learning, lack of time allocation, problems in educators, problem in students, problem in facilities and infrastructure, the problem in PAI learning methods, and problem in learning evaluation. Meanwhile, solutions to overcome these problems, including replacing professional teachers, finding PAI teachers who are professional in their fields, every educator is included in events such as seminars, providing facilities and infrastructure for the implementation of sufficient Islamic religious teaching practices, educators must master various learning methods so that students easily understand the material delivered, increase the number of PAI teachers, and develop a learning evaluation system where the emphasis is on self-evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of green accounting and good corporate governance on company value mediated by sustainability reports. The method used in this research is a quantitative methods with secondary data. The population in this study were companies listed on the IDX Energy Sector totaling 81 companies. The sample determination used the purposive sampling method, resulting in 43 company samples determined with a total of 3 years of observation so that the total data was 129. The testing method used was PLS analysis. The results of the study showed that green accounting and good corporate governance (GCG) had a significant effect on company value and sustainability reports in energy sector companies. GCG showed a significant effect on company value and sustainability reports. However, sustainability reports do not mediate the effect of green accounting and GCG on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the obstacles, optimal strategies, and success factors for collecting local tax arrears in Dumai City Government. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation at Bapenda Dumai. The main obstacles include the lack of human resources, low taxpayer awareness, and minimal socialization. The strategies implemented include the TANJAK (Direct Tax Collection) program, socialization through the media, persuasive collection, validation of arrears with third parties, cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, and tax relaxation programs. The SWOT analysis shows strengths such as regulatory support and infrastructure, but weaknesses in limited human resources and socialization. Opportunities in the form of technological advances and cross-agency cooperation can be utilized, while threats in the form of negative perceptions and high arrears must be overcome.
