Abstract

Tujuan penulisan penelitian ini adalah membahas pengaruh implementasi Kebijakan Irigasi terhadap Manajemen Irigasi dalam meningkatkan Kinerja UPT di Kabupaten Garut. Metoda analisis yang digunakan dalam pembahasan topik utama menggunakan model analisis causal effectual dengan meninjau hubungan rasional yang menganalisa hubungan sebab akibat antara pelaksana Kebijakan Irigasi, Manajemen Irigasi dan Kinerja UPT. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Kantor UPT Kabupaten Garut yang disampel berdasarkan jumlah UPT yakni 42 UPT

Abstract

Background: Anemia gravidarum is a condition of mothers with hemoglobin levels <11 grams (trimester I and III) or levels <10.5 grams (trimester II). The cause of anemia is iron deficiency due to pregnant women's non-compliance in taking blood supplement tablets. Objective : To determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support with compliance with the consumption of blood supplement tablets in pregnant women in the third trimester in the Muara Kaman Community Health Center Working Area. Method : Approach Cross Sectional, The sample studied was 44 people using techniques Purposive Sampling. The independent variables are knowledge, attitudes, and family support. The dependent variable is compliance with consuming blood supplement tablets. The statistical test used is Test Chi Square. Results : Statistical test results The significance value obtained for knowledge was 0.013 (p<α), attitude was 0.001 (p<α), and family support was 0.000 (p<α). in third trimester pregnant women. As a recommendation, the role of health workers is needed in providing health education and empowering families in monitoring the consumption of blood supplement tablets in pregnant women.

From the many orders of the Arthropoda group, there are many groups of insects whose role is very important in increasing plant productivity, namely the Order Lepidoptera. Butterflies can be used as indicators of environmental change because they are vulnerable to disturbances around them. The purpose of this study was to find information about species of the order Lepidoptera found in Ogan Ilir Regency. Observations were made on vegetable plantations in the village of ogan ilir. The research method uses field observation methods with insect and roaming network techniques. From the results of the identification of butterfly species carried out around the area of Ogan ilir Regency, it showed that the total number of butterfly species found were 10 species belonging to the families Erebidae, Zygaenidae, Lycaenidae, Nymphalidae. This study provides information about the types of species of the order Lepidoptera that can be used as an indicator of the sustainability of an ecosystem in Ogan Ilir Regency. Thus, it is necessary to improve the quality of an ecosystem that affects the population of the order Lepidotera as an indicator that makes ecosystem sustainability.

Abstract

Sikap peduli lingkungan merupakan salah satu karakter yang berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan khususnya lingkungan sekolah selaku agen perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa kelas VI melalui implementasi model problem based learning. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan partisipan penelitian sebanyak 40 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di salah satu sekolah dasar kecamatan Cimanggu. Penelitian dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga siklus yang masing-masing siklusnya dua kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sementara itu, validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari langkah reduksi data, verifikasi data, dan penyajian data. . Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan pada siklus I peroleh rata-rata nilai sikap peduli lingkungan siswa yang ditinjau dari aspek kognisi yaitu 60,75; aspek afektif 68,75; dan aspek konasi 70,58. Sikap peduli lingkungan siswa pada siklus I berada pada kategori cukup. Kemudian pada siklus 2 aspek kognisi siswa memperoleh 77,87; aspek afektif 79,95; aspek konasi memperoleh 78,85. Siklus tiga pada aspek kognisi memperoleh 81,78; aspek afektif memperoleh 80,53; dan aspek konasi memperoleh 80,68. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi model problem based learning dapat mengoptimalkan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa kelas VI.

Abstract

This study aims to examine classical mastery, average differences, and differences in proportions between PBL learning assisted by hijri calendar textbooks and PBL learning and describe mathematical problem-solving abilities in terms of students' learning motivation. This research is mixed method. The quantitative research samples were students of class X-8 (experimental group) and X-6 (control group) while in the qualitative research, the research subjects were taken from six students selected from the experimental group. Data collection was carried out by tests, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that (1) the ability to solve mathematical problems in the hijri calendar textbook-assisted PBL model achieved classical mastery, (2) the average mathematical problem-solving ability in the hijri calendar textbook-assisted PBL model was better than PBL learning, (3) the proportion of completeness of mathematical problem solving abilities in the PBL learning model assisted by hijri calendar textbooks is better than PBL learning, (4) a description of mathematical problem solving abilities in terms of students' learning motivation, namely: (a) students with high learning motivation have problem solving abilities very good, (b) students with medium learning motivation have fairly good problem-solving abilities, and (c) students with low learning motivation have poor problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

Salah satu kewajiban rumah sakit adalah menyelanggarakan rekam medis. Standar pelayanan minimal pengembalian berkas rekam medis dalam waktu 2x24 jam. Pengembalian dan peminjaman berkas rekam medis adalah aktivitas meminjam serta mengembalikan kembali kepada instalasi terkait dengan kaidah yang ada dan sudah disepakati oleh para pegawai terkait. Namun masih ada kendala dalam peminjaman maupun pengembalian berkas rekam rawat inap  di RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara yaitu belum RME dan belum berjalan secara efektif masalah tersebut mengakibatkan keterlambatan peminjaman dan pengembalian serta tidak adanya monitoring peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap yang seringkali mengakibatkan berkas rekam medis tidak diketahui keberadaannya. Dengan adanya aplikasi peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap mempermudah transaksi peminjaman maupun pengembalian dan juga sebagai alat bukti untuk peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap di RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat aplikasi peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat inap berbasis web sampai dengan terimplementasinya di RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode identifikasi yang digunakan peneliti yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan dalam bentuk graphic user interface (GUI) yang didesain menggunakan flowchart, use case dan flow diagram lalu dimulai dari login, data pasien, data peminjaman, data pengembalian, perpanjang peminjaman dan laporan.

Abstract

Science learning at the junior high school level still faces various challenges, one of which is the tendency to emphasize memorization over deep conceptual understanding. Topics such as ecology and biodiversity are often considered less engaging for students, leading to lower learning outcomes. The Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model offers a solution by providing learning experiences that focus on solving real-life problems. Additionally, the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach allows students to connect learned concepts with their culture and environment, making learning more meaningful. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing a PBL model integrated with CRT in improving science learning outcomes on ecology and biodiversity topics among seventh-grade junior high school students. The study employs a quasi-experimental design with a posttest-only control group. Data were collected through a posttest to assess cognitive learning outcomes and observations during the learning process to evaluate affective learning outcomes. The findings indicate that in the experimental class, the average posttest score (79.79) surpassed that of the control class (63.88). A t-test analysis revealed a significant difference between the two groups (0.001 0.05). Furthermore, observations of the affective aspect indicated that student engagement and participation in the experimental class were higher than in the control class. These findings reinforce that the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) not only enhances cognitive understanding but also optimally fosters students' affective engagement compared to conventional learning methods.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi seperti Artificial Intelligence dapat mendukung pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terdapat dalam pembelajaran Costum Made pada pembuatan pola bolero, dimana siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran terutama pada saat praktik. Hal ini dikarenakan sumber belajar atau bahan ajar terkait dengan mata pelajaran pembuatan pola bolero masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa video Tutorial Berbasis Artificial Intelligence yang valid serta dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar bagi siswa dalam pembelajaran Costume Made. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang dikenal dengan istilah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4D. Model ini memiliki 4 tahap yaitu: tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop), dan tahap penyebaran (disseminate). Namun untuk tahap penyebaran(disseminate)tidak dapat dilakukan karena keterbatasan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket. Video Tutorial ini di uji validitasnya oleh 3 orang validator 1 orang ahli media dan 2 orang ahli materi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar validasi dan lembar praktikalitas. Jenis dan sumber data menggunakan data primer. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah data deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan tingkat validitas dan praktikalitas media pembelajaran video tutorial pembuatan pola bolero berbasis AI. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas terhadap video tutorial Pembuata pola bolero diperoleh skor 88% dengan kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan hasil praktikalitas dengan guru Pembina mata pelajaran costum made didapat skor 89,6% kategori sangat praktis, praktikalitas siswa kelompok kecil didapat skor 88% kategori sangat praktis, praktikalitas siswa kelompok besar didapat skor 90% kategori sangat praktis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa video tutorial ini dikatakan sudah layak dan dapat di uji cobakan sebagai sumber belajar pada mata pelajaran Costum Made untuk siswa SMK N 1 Ampek Angkek.

Abstract

Improving the quality of healthcare services in hospitals is significantly influenced by the effectiveness of the Quality Committee, including the support provided by its secretariat. This study aims to identify the root causes of problems in the management of the Quality Committee Secretariat and to develop optimization strategies. The research employed a field study method through observation, interviews, and document review. The findings revealed several challenges, such as the absence of full-time staff in the secretariat, lack of a duty schedule, and inadequate coordination and documentation. Using the fishbone approach and the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle, solutions were implemented, including the establishment of duty schedules, attendance tracking, and the reactivation of the documentation system. Initial evaluation indicated improved attendance and greater involvement of the secretariat staff in quality activities. This study concludes that optimizing the Quality Committee Secretariat plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of quality improvement and patient safety programs. Hospitals are encouraged to conduct regular monitoring to support the sustained performance of the Quality Committee.

Abstract

This article describes the problems of Islamic religious education high school level public schools. The formulation of the issues raised is 1) What are the problems of Islamic religious education (PAI) found in high school level public schools 2) How are the solutions to overcome the problems of learning Islamic religious education (PAI) in public schools at the high school level. This research method is qualitative research using a literature study method, namely by displaying scientific reasoning arguments. The problems of PAI in high school level public schools include low interest learning learners in the PAI learning, lack of time allocation, problems in educators, problem in students, problem in facilities and infrastructure, the problem in PAI learning methods, and problem in learning evaluation. Meanwhile, solutions to overcome these problems, including replacing professional teachers, finding PAI teachers who are professional in their fields, every educator is included in events such as seminars, providing facilities and infrastructure for the implementation of sufficient Islamic religious teaching practices, educators must master various learning methods so that students easily understand the material delivered, increase the number of PAI teachers, and develop a learning evaluation system where the emphasis is on self-evaluation.
