Abstract

This study is an expost facto research that aims to examine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitude on clean water management in Padaidi Village of Sebatik subdistrict in Nunukan district. The independent variables in this study were knowledge and attitude, while the dependent variable was clean water management. The population of the study were all heads of families in Padaidi Village of Sebatik subdistrict in Nunukan district spread over 4 RTs, while the sample was 87 which were taken by incidental sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Based on the results of inferential data analysis, it is obtained that there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge and clean water management which is in moderate category. Attitude has a positive and significant relationship with waste management at the level of strong relationship. There is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge and attitude on clean water management in moderate category. The biggest effective contribution to the dependent variable (clean water management) is given by knowledge with 50% and attitude with 46%. The total effective contribution is 96%, which means knowledge and attitude collectively make an effective contribution by 96% to clean water management in Padaidi Village of Sebatik subdistrict in Nunukan diistrict, while 4% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low motivation to learn Natural and Social Sciences of fifth grade students in elementary school. This research is a pre-experimental type of quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of using the educational game media Baamboozle on motivation to learn Natural and Social Sciences in class V. The research design used was one group pre-nontest post-nontest with a sample size of 16 students selected based on the NonProbability Sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were pre-nontest and post-nontest in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, before using Baamboozle media, the average student pre-nontest score was 50.94, which was in the low category, and after using Baamboozle media, students' learning motivation increased with a post-nontest average of 70.38, which was in the high category. The results of the hypothesis test show a significance smaller than 0.05 at the 5% significance level. The conclusion of this research is that the use of the educational game media Baamboozle has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to learn Natural and Social Sciences of class V UPT students at SD Negeri 130 Mattaropurae, Bone Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis web Google Sites terhadap minat belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 7 Salotungo Kabupaten Soppeng. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan minat belajar IPAS siswa sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis web Google Sites, serta menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh media tersebut terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra-eksperimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SDN 7 Salotungo Kabupaten Soppeng, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket minat belajar IPAS. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar IPAS siswa sebelum penggunaan media Google Sites berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 60,64. Setelah penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis web Google Sites, minat belajar IPAS siswa meningkat dan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 76,48. Selanjutnya hasil analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji sampel berpasangan menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 11,103 lebih besar daripada ttabel sebesar 1,71088. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara minat belajar sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis web Google Sites berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 7 Salotungo Kabupaten Soppeng.Kata kunci:         Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Web Google Sites, Minat Belajar, IPAS
