Abstract

This study aims to analyze the intrinsic elements of the short story contained in the book of grade III elementary school students. In carrying out this research, a qualitative method was used to adapt the theory of analysis. The object of research is the intrinsic elements that make up the short story entitled The Sincere Apple Tree, The Story of Ants and Pigeons, Making and Caring for Hanging Plants, and The Mouse Deer and Crocodiles. The source of the data is in the theme book 2 Loving Plants and Animals. The research data collection uses the technique of data reduction stages, data presentation and conclusion. While in analyzing the data using the descriptive method of analysis. Based on data analysis, it can be described the intrinsic elements that make up the short stories, namely the theme, plot, characters, setting, and message. The results showed that all the short stories in the student books were in accordance with the intrinsic elements.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of character education contained in the 3rd grade students' books in theme 4 Caring for the Social Environment. This research is a qualitative descriptive study The data in this study are sentences that contain and show the value of social care character education. Data collection is documentation. Data analysis method used is content analysis. The results showed the value of character education of social care in accordance with the indicators, namely: (1) tolerant of differences, (2) able to work together, (3) willing to be involved in community activities, (4) love humans and living things, (5) love peace in dealing with differences. So there are indicators of the value of social care character education that has not been found in the sentences contained in the book grade 3 elementary school students theme 4 Caring for the Social Environment, namely: (1) treat others politely, (2) act politely, (3) do not like to hurt people others, (4) do not take advantage of others.

Abstract

The importance of English has an impact on the needs of future generations to learn English from an early age especially in Early Childhood Education and vocabulary is an important component that can support the mastery of all four language skills. Facing the difficulty of learning vocabulary, a method that is appropriate for the age of child development is needed. One of methods that could be used is story telling. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The sample in this study was six early childhood education teachers in Sukabumi. Data collecting techniques were presentations and questionnaires. The presentations were held twice, in front of peers of early childhood education teachers and in front of students of early childhood education. After presentation, the questionnaires were conducted related to the implementation of the story telling method to the teacher. Based on the data collected, Teaching English with  Story Telling Method give a good response with indicators shows that  the content of the story, the properties used, the variety of vocabulary taught, moral values based on the stories and the ability of delivering the English vocabulary were good and suitable with the age of early childhood education.

Abstract

Education is a process of enculturation, serves bequeath the values and achievements of the past to the future generations. Values and achievement that is the pride of the nation and the people make it known to other nations. In addition to bequeath, education also has a function to develop the cultural values and achievements of the past into the nation's cultural values corresponding to the life of the present and future, as well as developing new achievements into new character of the nation. Therefore, education, culture and national character is at the core of an educational process. literacy skills expected to provide supplies for children in reading, writing, and appreciating and responding to all types of communication. Creating literat generation requires a long process and means conducive. It begins with small and family environment, and are supported or developed in school, social environment, and the work environment. Puppet Sukuraga laden with enlightenment, education, reflection, invite people really keep up with both his body as a God-given mandate in accordance with the nature of their respective functions.

Abstract

Artikel ini mencakup pembahasan tentang peningkakan keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa melalui media E-LKS Wayang Sukuraga. Metode yang diterapkan yaitu PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) untuk memperbaiki permasalahan pembelajaran di kelas. Populasi pada penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas III SDN Mekarjaya tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan jumlah 8 siswa diantaranya terdiri 4 siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Data penelitian menggunakan observasi dan tes. Hasil data menyatakan bahwa penerapan media E-LKS wayang sukuraga mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa. Dilihat dari hasil tes akhir menulis deskripsi siswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dari nilai prasiklus, siklus I dan siklus II yang telah dibahas. Berdasarkan data awal penelitian, nilai rata-rata tes menulis deskripsi mencapai 63, masih lebih rendah dari nilai KKM yang ditentukan di sekolah. Selanjutnya setelah menerapkan ELKS wayang sukuraga pada siklus I skor menulis deskripsi yaitu 71 kemudian pada siklus II skor menulis deskripsi yaitu 80. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media ELKS dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa kelas III SDN Mekarjaya.

Abstract

The Purpose of this research describe the analysis of difficultie and efforts of teachers in online learning at SDN 4 Karangtengah Sukabumi. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used online observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The writer acts as a data collection instrument. The result showed that difficulties experienced by teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic were, communication tools and internet networks that were less supportive, learning materials incomplete, and assessment. The efforts made by teachers in overcoming difficulties experienced by providing supportive internet access, diverse assginments, and collaboration with school principal, teachers, and parents of students. The impact after the effort was made was there were significant changes in online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Keywords: Teacher Difficulties, Online Learning Process.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the process of implementing online learning and to describe students' perceptions about the implementation of online learning in primary schools. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach and the research subjects were teachers of class Vb and class Vb students totaling 35 students. Interviews with teachers and questionnaire sheets given to students via google form are the data collection techniques used. The data analysis technique starts from data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of online learning was not much different from the face-to-face implementation, even the lesson plans used for online learning still used face-to-face lesson plans. However, the delivery is slightly different because it is done online, there are some additions in delivering the material being taught. There are several obstacles that are felt by students in online learning, one of which is the inadequate communication tools and the absence of an internet quota. For students 'perceptions of the implementation of learning based on student answers, it can be said both for acceptance and assessment, but for students' understanding it is only good enough. This happens because of several obstacles that are felt by the students themselves. Keywords: Student Perceptions, Online Based ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan subjek penelitiannya adalah guru kelas Vb dan siswa kelas Vb yang berjumlah 35 orang siswa. Wawancara kepada guru dan lembar angket yang diberikan kepada siswa melalui google form adalah teknik pengeumoulan data yang digunakan. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring tidak jauh berbeda dengan pelaksanaan tatap muka, bahkan RPP yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran daring juga masih menggunakan RPP tatap muka. Namun dalam penyampaiannya sedikit berbeda karena dilakukan secara daring, ada beberapa tambahan dalam menyampaikan materi yang diajarkan. Ada beberapa hambatan yang dirasakan oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran daring, salah satunya terdapat pada alat komunikasi yang tidak memadai dan tidak adanya kuota internet. Untuk persepsi siswa terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran pembelajaran berdasarkan jawaban siswa bisa dikatakn baik untuk penerimaan dan penilaian namun untuk pemahaman siswanya hanya sebatas cukup baik. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation of online-based learning and student characteristics in the completion of online-based assignments in elementary schools. . This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects to grade III teachers and 29 grade III students. . Data collection techniques use the method of interviewing teachers and disseminating questionnaires to students using google form. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data presentation and after that draw conclusions. The results showed that online-based learning on habituation that teachers do is not much different as when face-to-face everything done at the time of face-to-face is also done at the time of online-based learning, it's just that the way the feeding is different and the obstacles felt by students are in the communication tools. For the character of the student's responsibility towards the completion of the task based online as a whole can be said to be good, there are some of the students can be said to be un good character responsibilities due to the obstacles experienced by the student itself. Keywords : character responsibility, online ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis online dan karakteristik siswa dalam penyelesaian tugas berbasis online di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian kepada guru kelas III dan siswa kelas III berjumlah 29 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara kepada guru dan penyebaran angket kepada siswa dengan menggunakan google form. Teknik analisis data diawali dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan setelah itu penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis online pada pembiasaan yang guru lakukan tidak jauh berbeda seperti pada saat tatap muka semua yang dilakukan pada saat tatap muka dilakukan juga pada saat pembelajaran berbasis online, hanya saja cara penyempaiannya yang berbeda dan hambatan yang dirasakan oleh siswa terdapat pada alat komunikasi. Untuk karakter tanggung jawab siswa terhadap penyelesaian tugas berbasis online keseluruhan dapat dikatakan baik, ada beberapa dari siswa dapat dikatakan tidak baik karakter tanggung jawabnya karena adanya hambatan yang dialami oleh siswa itu sendiri. Abstract

Bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa Internasional utama di dunia sehingga ketika kita ingin masuk ke dalam dunia Internasional kita perlu mempelajarinya dengan baik. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pun sebagian besar dikemas dalam bahasa Inggris. Ada banyak sekali bahasa yang digunakan di seluruh dunia sehingga belum ada angka pasti tentang berapa jumlah bahasa yang ada di dunia. Sedangkan di Indonesia sendiri masyarakat mengenal bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa daerah untuk berkomunikasi sehari-hari serta mempelajari bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing. Mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris di Indonesia disebut sebagai muatan lokal atau mata pelajaran tambahan yang keberadaannya disesuaikan dengan satuan pendidikan setempat. Sekolah di kota-kota besar biasanya memilih memasukkan keduanya yaitu bahasa daerah dan bahasa Inggris, sedangkan sekolah yang jauh dari kota hanya memasukkan bahasa daerah sebagai muatan lokal. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian menggunaaan media game terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris siswa di sekolah dasar. Tujuan diadakan nya penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar membuat pembelajaran bahasa Inggris lebih disukai siswa serta mudah dipahami karna menggunakan metode belajar sambil bermain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the IPS learning process online and the obstacles of the IPS learning process online. This research was conducted at Baros Kencana Public Elementary School CBM which was calculated from May to early July. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects of study were students in grade 4a at SDN Baros Kencana CBM. Data collection techniques in this study used semi-structured interviews, open questionnaires of Google forms and documentation. The results of research that has been done that the impact of the epidemic covid-19 has an influence on the learning process. The solution for learning to be carried out even in situations at home by holding an online learning process. The online learning process is felt to be less effective for teachers and students. The teacher is not free in delivering the material, the assignment is not in accordance with the material presented. Teachers have difficulty in processing student grades during online learning. Not all students have communication tools that support online learning. Other barriers experienced by students during the online learning process students do not understand the assignments because they are not explained beforehand and students feel bored while carrying out online learning.
