Abstract

Surgery patient’s clinical data at inpatient medical record in Bhayangkara Tk. III Hoegeng Imam Santoso Banjarmasin Hospital is illegible especially at operation report and course of disease physician instruction form. Moreover, also found incompleteness of clinical data especially at discharge summary.The qualified clinical data consist by seven criteria, is legible, reliable, precise, complete, consistent, clear, and timely.The purpose of this research is to find the surgery patient’s clinical data quality on inpatient medical record. This research is descriptive research, use saturated sampling technique with surgery patient’s inpatient medical record as the population and 79 surgery patient’s inpatient medical record, with data collection methods observation, documentation study, and interview, use univariate analysis and presented in tabular and textural.The result from 79 surgery patient’s inpatient medical record shows the percentage of patient’s clinical data quality is 73,61% (good) consist legibility85,4% (very good), reliability 100% (very good), precise 100% (very good), completeness 67,5% (good), consistency 17,7% (very less), clear 89,87% (very good) and timely 89,7% (adequate).

Abstract

Hypertension is a medical condition in which a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal. The common thing that occurs in patients with hypertension that is the lack of knowledge about hypertension and sodium consumption. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge and consumption of sodium on blood pressure of hypertensive patients. The study design used is cross sectional, the study population was all patients with hypertension in the Cempaka Health Center. The sample was 75 respondents, while sampling was done by a purposive sampling method. Respondent’s data of sodium intake and level of knowledge obtained from an interview with a questionnaire method for knowledge and food recall for sodium intake data. Blood pressure data obtained from the measurement results using a sphygmomanometer. Based on the results of statistical tests (chi-square test) found that there was no correlation between the level of knowledge with blood pressure (p=0,151) and there is a correlation between the level of sodium intake with blood pressure (p=0,000). From the results of this study concluded that although there was no significant correlation between knowledge and blood pressure, a better knowledge of the disease can help prevent and making treatment more effective. Keeping sodium intake will have a considerable influence in lowering blood pressure.

Abstract

Protein Energy Malnutrition (PEM) is the cause of anemia, bleeding, abnormal maternal weight and maternal infection. Research aim to portray the diversity of food consumption of pregnant women in Work Area Public Health Center GuntungPayung in 2013. Research design used a descriptive approach to the method of survey. The population study is pregnant women in the working area health centers. Method sample use Random Sampling Systematic with 79 respondents. The results showed as many as 56 respondents consume staple foods 3-4 (70.6%) cover, staple food rice 79 respondents (100%), maize 27 respondents (34.2%), and sago Tuber 37 respondents (34 , 2%), Wheat 43 respondents (54.4%). A total of 44 respondents consume more than 4 types of food side dishes (55.6%), chicken meat (90%), eggs (64.6%), tilapia (39.2%), anchovies (45.6%) , Tofu (87,3%), soybean (87.3%). A total of 59 respondents consume more than 4 kinds of vegetables (87.4%), spinach (77.2%), cinnamon leaf (49.4%), cassava leaves (74.7%), papaya (59.5%), eggplant (44.3%). A total of 45 respondents consumed more than four types of fruit (56.9%),including: apple (31.6%), bananas (57%), papaya (63.3%), watermelon (59.5%), oranges ( 46.8%), mango (29.1%), guava (34.2%), yip (30.4%), and oil (36.7%), Food dietary restrictions in pregnant women. There are no restrictions as much as 74 respondents (93.7%), abstinence sea fish (3.9%), shrimp (2.5%).

Abstract

In Indonesia, the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea occurred around 54.89%. Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that occurs since menarche and there are no abnormalities in the womb tool. The use of warm compresses on the lower abdomen during menstrual pain is expected to reduce the intensity of pain due to the widening of blood vessels resulting in increased blood circulation as well as an increase in capillary pressure. Warm compresses a method of providing a sense of warmth to the client by using the tools that lead to fluid or warm on the body requires. This study aims to determine whether there is the effect of a warm compress to the status of primary dysmenorrhea. This study used survey method using cross sectional analytic ie where variables including risk factors and variables which include the effect on the observation well at the same time. Total sampling Sampling method. The population in this study are all Level III student Prodi DIV Stikes Husada Midwife Educators in Borneo. The variables of this study is the provision of a warm compress and primary dysmenorrhea. Data analysis using chi-square test. Most respondents were female students who do warm compresses when experiencing primary dysmenorrhea which there are 59 (52.2%) respondents. Most of the respondents who do warm compresses when experiencing primary dysmenorrhea have mild dysmenorrhea status ie no 50 (44.2%) respondents. Effect of Warm Compress presence Status Of Primary Dysmenorrhea. The conclusion of this study Effect of Warm Compress Against Primary Dysmenorrhea Status. Suggestions addressed to the agency's research, science, respondents and for the community.

Abstract

Fruits and vegetables have a variety of benefits for the body. Unfortunately it is rarely consumed by the majority people in Indonesia especially adolescents category. According to those cases, the objective of this research is knowing the correlation of economic status with fruit, vegetable consumption and nutrition knowledge toward the nutritional status of students in junior high school of urban and sub-urban at Banjarbaru in the year 2014. This research uses an analytical survey with cross sectional approach. This research takes 135 respondents as the sample. Based on the result of statistics testing (mann-whithney statistics testing) shows that there is difference in economic status in Junior High School of urban and sub-urban (p value =0,025, there is difference in fruit consumption in Junior High School of urban and sub-urban (p value =0,022), there is difference in vegetable consumption in Junior High School of urban and sub-urban (p value =0,028), there is no difference in knowledge in Junior High School of urban and sub-urban (p value =0,059) ), there is no difference in nutrition in Junior High School of urban and sub-urban (p value =0,071). The result of statistic testing by using Chi-Square shows that there is a correlation of economic status and fruit consumption (p value =0,000), correlation of economic status and vegetable consumption (p value =0,000), correlation of economic status and nutritional knowledge (p value =0,000), correlation of fruit consumption and nutrition status (p value =0,000), correlation of vegetable consumption and nutrition status (p value =0,000) and correlation of nutritional knowlledge and nutritional status (p value =0,000).

Abstract

Hypertension is still a major problem in the world. According to the WHO, hypertension is the number 1 cause of death in the world. The prevalence of people with hypertension in Indonesia reaches 31,7%, while prevalence of people with hypertension in South Borneo reaches 39,6% and in the District of Hulu Sungai Selatan as much as 12.99% . The high hypertension patients in the district Hulu Sungai Selatan due to an unhealthy lifestyle is also encouraged by the consumption pattern of local people, such as food named Ketupat Kandangan, with the sauce or marinade containing moderately high cholesterol. This study aims to determine the pattern of sodium and fat consumption as a factor in the occurrence of hypertension in health care center Kandangan District of Hulu Sungai Selatan. This study uses observations with case control design. The study sample group of 84 respondents, 42 respondents with hypertension (cases) and 42 respondents did not suffer from hypertension (control). Results of statistical tests using chi-square shows, the pattern of consumption of sodium obtained p = 0,000 and fat consumption patterns obtained value of p = 0.016 which means that there is a relationship of sodium and fat consumption patterns with the occurrence of hypertension.

Abstract

Family folder is a kind of record-keeping, based on existing areas health facility is located. Storage shelves medical records will be grouped by the name of the existing area. In the medical record storage shelves in primary health Guntung Payung still visible several medical record folders placed in storage shelves that are not in the region should be so the purpose of this research was to know the implementation of the family folder for outpatient medical records in the primary health center Guntung Payung in 2016. The research method using descriptive survey. The unit of analysis of this research that medical records outpatient primary health center Guntung Payung with family folder. Based on the research results, primary health enter Guntung Payung using medical records for data recording and using family folder shaped the form used is BPJS participant statements sheets, the registration sheets and status of the patient sheets. The use of outpatient form primary health centers Guntung Payung not in accordance with Decree No. 269 / Menkes / Per/III / 2008 article 3 poin (1). The numbering system of medical records in the primary health center Guntung Payung is using a numbering system unit. Medical record number assigned use a manual system that is use the registry book. The numbering system of medical records in the primary health center Guntung Payung consists of 8 digits medical record number. Numbering of medical records in the primary health center Guntung Payung is not in accordance with the Budi (2011) that has not been used 6 digits medical record number and the using area code is not in accordance with IFHIMA (2012). Medical records storage system in primary health center Guntung Payung where there are 5 areas primary health center Guntung Payung so that each region has a code of each storage shelves. The storage system in primary health center Guntung Payung complies with Budi (2011) that is using the storage system where storage area medical records will be grouped based on the name of the region but the alignment system of medical records at the storage shelves by using straight numbers in the category of index numbers of medical records).

Abstract

School snack food is a problem that needs attention the public, especially parents, educators, and school administrators. School meals and snacks very risky against biological or chemical contamination of the many disturbing health, both short term and long term. Behavior of children to choose snack foods that have bought both positive and negative impacts to the health of the child. There are still many school snacks are not guaranteed health and potentially cause toxicity. This study aims to investigate the correlation of nutrition knowledge, breakfast, and a children’s pocket money with behavioral habits in Elementary school 3 Banjarbaru Municipalities. This research uses the analytical method with cross sectional design and it was conducted on 74 respondents. Based on the results of the statistical test by using the chi-square find correlation of nutrition knowledge with behavioral habit of eating snacks (p = 0,001), find correlation of breakfast with habit of eating snacks (p = 0,008) and find correlation of money pocket with habit of eating snacks (p = 0,010). From result of this research can be concluded that find correlation of nutrition knowledge, breakfast, and a children’s pocket money with behavioral habits in Banjarbaru Kota 3 Elementary school.

Abstract

Behavior of children to choose snack foods that have bought both positive and negative impacts to the health of the child. There are still many school snacks are not guaranteed health and potentially cause toxicity. This study aims to investigate the correlation of knowledge and behavior of children with the habit of eating snacks in Elementary school 1 (GS) Banjarbaru. This study uses an analytical method with cross sectional design. The number of respondents in this study were mostly less 55. Knowledge is 38,2%, the behavior of most of the approximately 49,1%, majority of ordinary snack, snack habits 67,3%. Based on statistical tests, the results of this study there is correlation with the child's knowledge in the habit of eating snacks SDN Banjarbaru City 1 (GS) and also there is correlation with the child's behavior in the habit of eating snacks SDN Banjarbaru City 1 (GS).

Abstract

Research the process of filling the medical action approval in Yakud Room (Surgical Room) RSUD H. Damanhuri Barabai has been done, but 14 medical record were analyzed in March, 9 of them incomplete documentation on the part of the explanation. The purpose of the study is to describe the filling process of medical action approval in Yakud Room (Surgical Room) RSUD H. Damanhuri Barabai. This research uses descriptive method. Sample in this research is the filling process of the medical action approval and the provision of information in Yakud Room (Surgical Room) RSUD H. Damanhuri Barabai period 12 May 2014 to 24 May 2014 amounted 7 process . The result of this study are medical action approval in Yakud Room (Surgical Room) RSUD H. Damanhuri Barabai using 2 different forms. The first form used medical form of informed consent to inpatient consent while the second form used for explanation and consent documentation of patients requiring medical on surgical measures. Approval or consent was given after the patient or family received explanation for the measures. Parties are allowed to fill out informed consent is patient, the wife or husband, children, parents, and other relative of patients. Patient’s rights in informed consent fill out is the right to receive an expalantion, the right to approve and reject the recommended medicalaction, and the right to discuss the disease and the patient required actions. Obligations patient in fill out informed consent is listening to an explanation of the disease and the patient required actions. Signed a letter of approval or denial of surgical measures and believe in the ability of physicians.
