Abstract

The Drug abuse (narcotics, psychotropic, and addictive substances) from year to year has been increasing. Drug abuse is a threat and complex problem that can destroy the younger generation. This research is expected to describe the effectiveness of socialization health on the prevention of drug abuse on the knowledge of students. The research was conducted in 2016 on 42 students in SMK DD of Tanah Laut District. This research using methods preeksperimental, using the one group pretest-posttest design. The results of the analysis with the paired sample t-test showed that there were significant differences between the knowledge before and after of the socialization. This research is expected to increase the knowledge students of the drug so as to avoid drug abuse.

Abstract

Acute respiratory infections affect many children, both in developing countries and in developed countries. acute respiratory infections that affect death and often affect children under 5 years of age, namely pneumonia. Pneumonia is the main killer of toddlers in the world with a higher prevalence compared to AIDS, malaria and measles. Every year, it is estimated that more than 2 million children under five die from Pneumonia (1 toddler / 20 seconds) from 9 million total deaths of children under five in the world. In Indonesia, pneumonia is still a big problem considering the mortality rate from this disease is still high.. Knowing the mother's case studies do repeat visits in infants pneumonia in health center Landasan Ulin. A qualitative study through interviews and documentation to one health worker. Not all mothers bring their babies repeated visit only 30% of mothers who commit repeated visit of all children under five suffering from pneumonia. Mother toddler who do repeat visits by 35% means that more mothers who do not do repeat visits by 65% this is because there are several reasons mothers do not bring toddlers pneumonia to re-visit them her son had recovered and did not cough again, there also reasoned mothers are busy.

Abstract

The progress of the age in the field of technology is growing. The technology that is very popular in this era of globalization is a gadget. The use of gadgets in children is increasing. The Academy of American Pediatricians and the Canadian Pediatricians Association stresses the need for limitations in the use of technology in children, children aged 6-18 years are limited to using only 2 hours per day. Children and adolescents who use technology exceed the recommended time limit have health risks. Lack of understanding about the impact of using gadgets makes children behave using it excessively. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge about the impact of gadgets on health on the behavior of gadget use in students of Kebun Bunga 6 Banjarmasin Elementary School. This study is an analytical survey research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students of class VI SD Negeri Kebun Bunga 6 Banjarmasin. The sample in this study is the total of the population as many as 50 students. The results of a simple Linear Regression analysis show the influence of knowledge about the impact of gadgets on health on the behavior of gadget use in students (p value = 0.002) with a large influence of 18.9%. In this case it is necessary to increase students' knowledge about the impact of gadgets on health, because the higher the knowledge will be followed by a decrease in the behavior of using gadgets.

Abstract

Formation damage might cause low oil well productivity, therefore it is very important to effectively handle this issue. In fact, every operation in the field-drilling, completion, workover, production and stimulation, is a potential source of formation damage. In this case study, the oil company “A” plan to dispose produced water into Formation B, J, K, D,M. Laboratory tests were performed to investigate the effect of the injection of water into the reservoir formation. The experiment was conducted by measuring water permeability as a function of fluid volume injection. In addition, XRD analysis was also performed on effluent filtrate to support the results. Prior to investigating the sensitivity of reservoir rock to the fluid injection, the samples were injected with fresh water, saline water, produced water collected from Central Injection Facility, and also Filtered CIF Water. The results indicated that all formations were sensitive to fresh water and produced water. Moreover, the use of a filter will improve the water quality. Therefore, the produced water should be treated by using a filter and increasing water salinity. The XRD analysis showed that the potential damage is mostly caused by fine migration clay, however, swelling clay is also present in the small part of formation. The test results will be used for water treatment design, so as to minimize formation damage.
