Abstract

Berita merupakan media informasi utama di dunia. Beragamnya berita yang disajikan oleh media digital saat ini, mencakup berbagai aspek seperti olahraga, hiburan, politik, kesehatan, keuangan, teknologi, dan lain-lain. Dengan beragamnya berita, maka diperlukan pengelompokan berita tersebut, demi memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkan. Naïve Bayes merupakan metode klasifikasi yang sering digunakan dalam kasus pengelompokan. Naïve Bayes adalah metode klasifikasi dengan melakukan preprocessing pada judul berita,kemudian menghitung probabilitas setiap kelasnya. Kelas yang dipakai dalam metode ini adalah kategori berita. Kategori berita meliputi, Olahraga, Hiburan, Kesehatan, Politik, dan Teknologi.Dari 500 data latih yang dijadikan acuan untuk menghitung probabilitas, setelah data uji dimasukkan maka akan dihitung probabilitas setiap kata yang digunakan dan akan menghasilkan suatu kategori, dari 50 data yang diuji sebanyak 43 dokumen yang berhasil sesuai dengan kategori yang tepat yaitu sebesar 86% dan sebanyak 7 dokumen dengan kesalahan kategori sebesar 14%.Kata kunci : Berita, Klasifikasi, Naïve Bayes, Probabilitas

Abstract

PT. Sinar Indrapura Anugerah Khatulistiwa is a company that operates in the gas sales sector and hires 30 employees every year. Based on the results of the interview, this company agreed to use a decision support system to support the employee recruitment process to avoid subjective factors that are detrimental to job seekers and the company. The decision support system will be built using the MOORA method because this method has a simple and easy to understand concept and provides precise and accurate results to support decision making, is easy to implement and has a high level of sensitivity to the attributes used compared to other methods. The criteria that are considered appropriate are the criteria to support the employee recruitment decision support system at PT. Sinar Indrapura Anugerah Khatulistiwa is education level, age, work experience, health, written test scores and interview scores. This research is expected to be able to design and implement a web-based employee recruitment decision support system using the MOORA method. As a result, the system was successfully designed and implemented on a web basis using the MOORA method with the results of manual calculations matching the calculation results of the system with an accuracy level of 100% so that the system was declared suitable for use as a decision support system for employee recruitment and all of its functionality was running 100%.Keywords: Decision Support System, Employee Recruitment, MOORA Method, Web

Abstract

Mental health in adolescents aged 18-24 years is a real condition and a problem that has received less attention from parents or certain parties. Individual adolescents free from all forms of symptoms of mental disorders are one of the keys to maintaining a healthy body from mental health disorders . The group most vulnerable to mental health disorders is adolescents, where many adolescents do not receive the care they should from their parents. Expert systems can help solve problems in the field of mental health in adolescents aged 14-18 years as befits a psychiatrist by adopting expert knowledge into computers. This study aims to develop an expert system for diagnosing mental health disorders in adolescents aged 18-24 years using the Certainty Factor (CF) method by combining expert and user belief values in the diagnostic solutions provided later by the expert system. This study used five mental disorders in adolescents aged 18-24 years, namely depression, schizophrenia, bipolar, obsessive, anxiety disorders which were later given the weight of symptom beliefs and data on preventive solutions to the disease using the CF method . The results of the study are in the form of an expert system for diagnosing mental health in adolescents. using the CF method which displays the certainty value of expert knowledge diagnosis. Testing of the expert system application in this study uses the black-box method with valid test results used.

Abstract

Collaborative Learning requires teachers and students to maintain an engaging learning environment at all times. Problems emerge when teachers, notably high school teachers in Pekanbaru, employ learning material that do not support this. Teachers' creativity is pushed to constantly update how they present materials and evaluate students' knowledge in order to foster a collaborative and pleasurable learning environment. This community service project will help Pekanbaru high school instructors create collaborative and real-time learning tools. The Community Service Team employed an observation strategy to get a sense of learning at Santa Maria High School, which served as an example school. The proposed solution is technologically based, making use of the Padlet application. The Community Service Team offers training methods on smartphones and computers to help people grasp Padlet. The community effort resulted in a polished Padlet that teachers may use to study with students at any time. It is intended that studying using the Padlet application would boost teacher innovation and student learning results at Santa Maria High School, as well as high schools around Pekanbaru.Keywords: Teacher; padlet; collaborative learning; learners;SMA. Abstrak: Pembelajaran Kolaboratif (Collaborative Learning) mengarahkan guru dan peserta didik dalam suasana belajar yang interaktif setiap saat. Permasalahan muncul pada saat media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tidak mendukung hal tersebut, termasuk guru-guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Pekanbaru. Kreativitas guru ditantang untuk selalu memperbaharui cara penyampaian materi, cara mengevaluasi pemahaman peserta didik hingga penilaian, demi terciptanya suasana belajar yang kolaboratif dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru SMA di Pekanbaru dalam mempersiapkan bahan pembelajaran yang kolaboratif dan real time. Tim Pengabdian melakukan metode observasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran pembelajaran melalui SMA Santa Maria yang dijadikan sebagai sekolah sampel. Metode yang diusulkan berbasis teknologi melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi Padlet. Untuk memudahkan pemahaman Padlet, Tim Pengabdian menggunakan metode pelatihan, baik melalui komputer maupun smartphone. Hasil pengabdian adalah Padlet jadi yang dapat digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran bersama peserta didik setiap waktu. Diharapkan pembelajaran melalui aplikasi Padlet mampu meningkatkan kreativitas guru dan hasil belajar peserta didik SMA Santa Maria khususnya dan SMA di Pekanbaru umumnya.Kata kunci: guru; padlet; pembelajaran kolaboratif; peserta didik; SMA.

Abstract

The Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Program is a government initiative aimed at improving social welfare, reducing inequality, and supporting economically disadvantaged communities. However, in practice, the process of determining BLT recipients often faces issues of subjectivity and lack of transparency. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist village authorities in selecting BLT recipients objectively and accurately by utilizing the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) methods. The ROC method is used to assign weights to each criterion based on their level of importance, while the WASPAS method is applied to rank the recipient candidates according to the established weights. The DSS is developed as a web-based application to ensure easy access for village administrators. System testing results indicate that the ROC method consistently generates weights that reflect the prioritization of criteria, while the WASPAS method proves effective in producing final rankings of potential recipients. As a result, village leaders can make more objective and targeted decisions in determining BLT beneficiaries.

Abstract

Abstract: The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, has developed guidelines for the Internal Quality Assurance System or known as SPMI, that is being implemented through the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) with the PPEPP cycle, namely Determination (P), Implemen-tation (P), Evaluation (E), Control (P), and Improvement (P). Some universities have implemented IQA with system. The problem is that the system does not line well with the PPEPP cycle, which results in unsatisfactory audit results. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the university-owned AQI system features in line the PPEPP cycle and to highlight development opportunities. The method used Feature Oriented Domain analysis (FODA) and Acceptance Testing. This study delivered an analysis of IQA system features that consistent with PPEPP. The FODA results were validated by expert and tested with User Acceptance Test (UAT) with 89.98% user response that the system is acceptable. The research contributes to universities' understanding of the features necessary in the AQI system, which has an impact on the perfection of the university AQI system design in accordance with the PPEPP cycle.            Keywords: FODA; IQA system; PPEPP cycle; SPMI  Abstrak: Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi telah menyusun pedoman Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal atau yang dikenal dengan SPMI, yang diimplementasikan melalui Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) dengan siklus PPEPP, yaitu Penetapan (P), Pelaksanaan (P), Evaluasi (E), Pengendalian (P), dan Peningkatan (P). Beberapa perguruan tinggi telah mengimplementasikan AMI dengan sistem. Permasalahannya, sistem tersebut tidak sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP, sehingga hasil audit kurang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa baik fitur sistem AMI milik perguruan tinggi sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP dan menyoroti peluang pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Feature Oriented Domain (FODA) dan Acceptance Testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis fitur sistem AMI yang konsisten dengan PPEPP. Hasil FODA divalidasi oleh ahli dan diuji dengan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan 89,98% respon pengguna bahwa sistem dapat diterima. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman universitas terhadap fitur-fitur yang diperlukan dalam sistem AMI, yang berdampak pada kesempurnaan desain sistem AMI universitas sesuai dengan siklus PPEPP. Kata kunci: FODA; siklus PPEPP; sistem AMI; SPMI

Abstract

Soursop (Annona muricata) is a valuable tropical fruit crop that is highly susceptible to leaf diseases caused by fungal, bacterial, and viral infections. These diseases can significantly impact crop yield and quality, posing challenges for farmers, especially when early detection is delayed. This study proposes an automated solution using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to detect soursop leaf diseases through image classification. A dataset of 400 labelled leaf images, including healthy and diseased leaves (Leaf Rust, Leaf Spot, and Sooty Mold), was collected and preprocessed for the dataset. Three CNN architectures—MobileNetV2, VGG19, and ResNet50—were evaluated based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Among them, MobileNetV2 outperformed the others, achieving 73% accuracy, 72% precision, 65% recall, and 66% F1-score and demonstrated strong consistency across classes. The best-performing model was deployed using the Flask web framework, enabling users to upload soursop leaf images and receive instant disease classification along with suggested treatments and preventive measures. This study’s novelty lies in the end-to-end pipeline, from model training to deployment via Flask, providing a ready-to-use solution for farmers.

Abstract

Traditional marketing no longer ensures greater revenue. Businesses in the advertising industry are also feeling the effects of this circumstance. People with a lot of mobility have less time to go shopping and visit stores. The demand for seeing product designs continues to rise, yet many people are unable to attend in person, resulting in greater time spent at work. Entrepreneurs must alter their marketing strategy to address these issues utilizing technology that is simple to use and available at all times. The goal of this research is to design an Augmented Reality (AR) application that can be used on a smartphone and can process sales via the internet. Black Box, light intensity, and the proper distance are used to create and test applications for functioning so that product photos seem at their best. The existence of the app also generates a strong correlation between customer interest of product and desire to purchase it. This is demonstrated by a correlation test with a value of 0.673191. It is envisaged that the designed application can aid advertising enterprises in enhancing marketing and sales.

Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah sistem yang dirancang untuk memasukkan pengetahuan manusia ke dalam komputer untuk memodelkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah seperti seorang pakar. Salah satu penerapan sistem pakar kesehatan adalah diagnosis penyakit. Pada aplikasi ini dirancang sistem untuk mendiagnosa penyakit hepatitis dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Metode Naive Bayes merupakan perhitungan kepastian dari kesimpulan yang ditarik dan dihitung berdasarkan nilai probabilitas penyakit yang diakibatkan dari gejala-gejala tersebut. Salah satu penyebab hepatitis semakin parah karena Kurangnya inisiatif untuk memeriksakan diri ke dokter saat diketahui gejalanya. Hepatitis adalah proses peradangan pada jaringan hati, yang merupakan salah satu penyakit menular. Perancangan aplikasi ini menerapkan pemodelan UML dengan menerapkan bahasa pemrograman Java dan PHP. Tahapan Diagnosis pada sistem pakar ini diawali dengan sesi konsultasi, dimana sistem mengajukan pertanyaan kepada pengguna mengenai gejala yang sesuai dengan gejala penyakit berdasarkan pakar dan mengolahnya dengan perhitungan Naïve Bayes. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit hepatitis, hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan akurasi diagnosis yang diperoleh dengan membandingkan sistem diagnosa hasil pakar 93,3%.

Abstract

Model software konsultasi seleksi karir sebagai alternatif  pengambilan keputusan dimana  konsultasi meliputi pemahaman karir, perencanaan karir, alternatif pilihan karir yang berupa alat penelusuran minat dan bakat siswa terhadap keputusan karir siswa menggunakan metode certainty factor berbasis sistem pakar. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model software konseling dalam memperoleh informasi penting tentang pengembangan karir siswa dan membantu memfasilitasi perkembangan individu siswa melalui bentuk layanan agar mampu merencanakan karirnya berdasarkan jurusan, minat, bakat, pengetahuan, kepribadian, kompetensi dan faktor-faktor lain yang mendukung kemajuan dirinya dalam menentukan pilihan dan keputusan yang sesuai dengan dunia kerja pilihan siswa.Sistem diuji menggunakanwhite box dan black boxdengan menunjukan hasil dimana sistem dapat digunakan sesuai kebutuhan. AbstractCareer selection consulting software model as an alternative decision making where consultation that includes career understanding,career understanding, career planning, alternative career choices in the form of a tool to trace students' interests and talents towards student career decisions using expert system based certainty factor method. This research produces a counseling software model in obtaining important information about student career development and helps facilitate individual students development  through a form of service in order to be able to plan his career based on majors, interests, talents, knowledge, personality, competencies and other factors that support his progress in determining choices and decisions that are appropriate to the world of work choice. The system is tested using white boxes and black boxes by showing the results where the system can be used as needed.
