Abstract

Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kabupaten Aceh Barat berperan aktif sebagai perencana, koordinator, dan pengontroI peIaksanaan serta peneIitil dan pengembangan pembangunan daerah, Secara perencanaan, BAPPEDA berkoordinasi agar kepala daerah dapat melaksanakan semua tugas dan kegiatan guna tercapainya keserasian, keterpaduan, dan keserasian antar semua instansi, termasuk instansi dengan kantor wilayah, guna mencapai kegunaan yang maksimal dan hasil yang efektif. Dalam merencanakan suatu pembangunan infrastruktur merupakan tugas utama dari bidang infrastruktur dan pengembangan wilayah. PeneIitiani ini bertujuani untuk mengetahui peranani Badani Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) pada pembangunaan infrastruktur kabupaten Aceh Barat. PeneIitian ini mengunakan metode kuaIitatif, penyajian dalam proses menganalisis informasi yang diperoleh dari responden dan informan. Berupa kuesioner, catatan lapangan, dan dokumen resmi lainnya merupakan sumber data yang terkumpul langsung di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunanl Daerah (BAPPEDA) di Kabupateni Aceh Barat, Sedangkan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat fungsional dan staf di bagian Infastruktur dan Pengembangan Wilayah (IPW) di Bappeda Kabupaten Aceh Barat, dan metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dimana 32 responder ditanya serangkaian pertanyaan atau pernyataan tertulis untuk dijawab. Hasil dari peneIitian ini dapat disimpulkan peranan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunani Daerahi (BAPPEDA) pada pembangunan infrastruktur di Kabupaten Aceh Barat merupakan tugas di bidang Infrastruktur dan Pengembangan Wilayah, sebagai koordinasi dan sinkronisasi perencanaan pembangunan daerahl bidang Infrastrukturl dan Pengembangani Wilayah. Dan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) sebagai lembaga perencanaan di daerah sebagai penunjang urusan pemerintah bidang perencanaanl dan penunjang urusan pemerintahanliibidang penelitian dan pengembangan fungsinya lebih banyak sebagai koordinator pengeIolaan pembangunan infrastuktur baik dari intansi pemerintah maupun dengan swasta ataupun masyarakat.

Abstract

Kuala Bubon Port, a maritime axis in the west-south Aceh region is one of the crossing facilities that connects shipping activities by the surrounding community. The need for passenger departures and logistics transportation is increasing every year. Therefore, to facilitate inter-island crossing activities, it is planned to develop buildings and facilities at Kuala Bubon Port. It is necessary to carry out a feasibility study for these infrastructure development activities to determine the feasibility of the development project. Besides that, the feasibility study also avoids the risk of loss. Research This feasibility study uses data analysis, including the Budget Plan analysis and the cash flow (cash flow) analysis. The method for analyzing cash flow uses 4 methods, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Event Point (BEP). The four methods refer to the calculation of direct, indirect, and annual costs. This calculation is obtained from processing primary and secondary data and assuming an interest rate of 3.50%, and the project's economic life is set at 25 years. For NPV analysis, the investment is feasible if the results are positive. Conversely, if the NPV is negative, the investment is not feasible. Furthermore, if the BCR value ≥ 1, the IRR value ≥ the interest rate, and the BEP are obtained when the NPV = 0, then the project can be feasible. After calculating, the NPV value obtained is IDR 1,730,821,838,222, the BCR value is 162.93%, the IRR value is 5.25%, and the BEP was obtained in year 4, day 39. Based on the results of these calculations, the project can be said to be feasible to implement. The results of this study are expected to be one of the references and information for the Department of Transportation, Water Resources Public Works, and the Government to plan the right design for development projects at ports. The long-term target is that the results obtained can be used as data in other water construction projects so that they are effective from a financial perspective.

Abstract

An investigation into the performance of the building structure in receiving the earthquake load must ensure that the building structure is able to receive it within safe limits. A non-linear approach is generally done through pushover analysis. The purpose of this study is to find out how the behavior or performance of building structures when receiving earthquake loads. The analysis is carried out by modeling the structure of the building using the help of the STERA 3D application. Then it is done by entering the Kobe earthquake spectrum data into the software. From the results of the analysis, the value of the deviation between directional levels X 0.0058 m with a base shear of 10,090 KN was obtained. While the Y direction capacity curve has the largest displacement of 0.0084 m with a base shear of 13,270 KN. The result of structural deviation when the performance point is reached for X direction and Y direction loading of 0.0042 m and 0.0063 m, resulting in a yellow color at each point of the column and beam relationship which means that it is still within the range of 1 U 5 (AMP (response force) analysis), this indicates that the condition of the building structure remains safe during an earthquake.

Abstract

Bamboo has properties that vary from the joint. This study aims to investigate the effect of diameter change on the strength test of laminated bamboo cones, the degree of damage that occurs in laminated bamboo specimens, and the connection tool. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of diameter change on the strength test of laminated bamboo cones, to investigate the degree of damage that occurs in laminated bamboo specimens, and to determine the static load that can be withstood. Deformation characteristics under working load according to [1]. The method used is the half-hole method. In this study, we found that changes in bolt diameter affected the average pivot strength (Fe), with stress increasing with increasing bolt diameter. This study was conducted to determine the properties of the static load that can be endured and the deformation that occurs in laminated bamboo under load. To get the data, we need to do laboratory tests. Bamboo pivot strength test to find Fe max and Fe 5%. A long tube with a width of 39.5 cm, a height of 45 cm, and a length of 450 cm. During the pivot strength test, the broken sample had a zigzag change of 10 mm in diameter. As a result of the strength test of laminated bamboo sticks, the average maximum Fe values of screws with diameters of 8 mm and 10 mm were 85584 MPa and 91930 MPa, respectively. The average (Fe 5%) values for 8 mm and 10 mm diameter screws are 74.819 MPa and 65.594 MPa.

Abstract

Masalah perumahan menjadi salah satu program pemerintah yang harus diperhatian, karena semakin banyaknya jumlah kawasan kumuh diberbagai daerah di Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya merealisasikan program bantuan rehab rumah untuk kaum dhuafa dan masyarakat miskin dan bantuan yang diterima sebesar Rp. 25.000.000,- (Dua Puluh Lima Juta Rupiah) per rumah menurut jenis kerusakannya. Permasalahan yang akan diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kondisi existing kerusakan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni di Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya yang ditinjau dari tingkat kerusakannya dan biaya rehab yang dibutuhkan untuk satu unit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan dan menghitung biaya perbaikan pada setiap rumah yang mendapatkan bantuan rehab di Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitaian ini berupa survei identifikasi kerusakan dan perhitungan RAB berdasakan Analisa Harga Pekerjaan Umum (AHSPU). Jumlah rumah yang mendapatkan bantuan berdasarkan hasil survei yang ada di lokasi Kecamatan Jeumpa sebanyak lima unit rumah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah anggaran biaya kerusakan lebih besar dari biaya yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Hal ini disebabkan terbatasnya dana yang dimiliki pemerintah. Program pemerintah ini sudah sangat membantu masyarakat miskin untuk memperoleh rumah layak huni.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-qur’an (TPA) Miftahul Qulub merupakan wadah yang sangat berguna untuk masyarakat Gampong Meureubo. Kegiatan dilakukan setiap sore untuk usia anak-anak, sedangkan dewasa setiap malam Jum’at belajar Al-qur’an dan kitab-kitab. Berdasarkan ulasan di atas, penulis diminta pimpinan TPA untuk memberikan pengarahan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi TPA, dalam kesempatan ini penulis memanfaatkannya sebagai suatu pengabdian masyarakat yang merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi bagi Dosen. Permasalahan yang menjadi tujuan ingin dicapai secara umum adalah pembangunan pondasi untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk menunjang program kegiatan TPA. Manfaat kegiatan diantaranya memberikan wadah pendidikan berbasis islam, khususnya pendidikan Al-qur’an bagi warga setempat dengan menanamkan nilai budi pekerti baik dan meneladani Rasulullah. Hasilnya, metode penyampaian sederhana karena keterbatasan tidak adanya media (proyektor), hasil print out power point dibagikan kepada peserta, gambaran dilakukan dengan spidol di kertas plano tempel di dinding. Pekerja merupakan orang tua dari santri dilakukan secara gotong royong, pemahaman penyampaian mudah ditanggapi dan dipahami sehingga sosialisasi pendampingan berjalan sukses sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

Masalah disiplin kerja karyawan terlihat jelas pada PT. Mifa Bersaudara, security port yang pada saat masuk jam kerja masih terlihat duduk di warung kopi, sehingga kerap terlambat datang bekerja saat masuk shift dan bahkan ada yang lebih awal pulang kerja sebelum jam pulang. Kondisi kerja yang tidak stabil menyebabkan absensi atau ketidakhadiran yang tidak teratur, sehingga produktivitas karyawan menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian security port di PT. Mifa Bersaudara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mifa Bersaudara dilihat dari hasil uji t dimana t hitung > t tabel, demikian juga dengan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian security di PT. Mifa Bersaudara. Secara simultan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian security di PT. Mifa Bersaudara. Pihak PT. Mifa Bersaudara semestinya terus melakukan pelatihan dan pengawasan kedisiplinan security sehingga kinerja security tetap konsisten demi kinerja lebih dan keberlangsungan perusahaan.

Abstract

Most of Indonesia's territory is geographically located in the coastal area. One of the areas located in the coastal area is the city of Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency. The coastal area of Meulaboh often experiences tidal flooding, especially the coastal area of Gampong Pasir and has a quite severe impact compared to other areas on the coast of Meulaboh. Based on this background, this study aims to identify community adaptation to the tidal flood event based on community responses in the coastal area and identify efforts to mitigate the impact of tidal floods that have been carried out by the community and the government. The analytical methods used are descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, as well as cross-tabulation analysis related to community adaptation variables, which include community characteristics, the impact of tidal floods on the residential environment, identification of tidal flood conditions and efforts to mitigate the impact of tidal floods, carried out by the community and the government. The results showed that the people of the coastal area of Meulaboh were able to make efforts to deal with tidal floods in the form of repairing road networks, residential houses, drainage channels, places of worship (mosques), village offices, and clean water and sanitation systems. The government's efforts to deal with tidal floods are carried out by making barriers to protect the coast through tetrapod. These results are important to take future action to deal with tidal floods.

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek penjadwalan merupakan tolak ukur yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu proyek, selain biaya dan mutu. Menentukan durasi dan urutan kerja pada saat membuat penjadwalan harus dilakukan secara teliti, agar penjadwalan yang dibuat masuk akal dan nyata. mengapa percepatan waktu perlu dilakukan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemungkinan proyek selesai tepat waktu. Untuk itu peneliti mencoba menerapkan metode CPM dan Pert dalam penelitian ini dengan tujuan mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan proyek untuk melihat seberapa besar potensi percepatan yang mungkin dilakukan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dipilih penulis sebagai acuan dasar penelitian ini, metode ini dikenal dengan alur penelitian yang teratur dari awal sampai akhir sehingga hasil penelitian dapat diprediksi, Setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode CPM dan Pert didapatkan hasil bahwa waktu tersebut masih dapat dipercepat sehingga diperoleh waktu penyelesaian tercepat selama 67 hari dengan selisih 23 hari dari time schedule awal, kemungkinan selesai dalam waktu 67 hari tersebut adalah sebesar 69,85 %.

Abstract

The implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in port embankment construction is crucial for improving the security and durability of coastal infrastructure. The main goal of OHS is to prevent, reduce, or eliminate workplace accidents, which is particularly important given the potentially serious consequences of such incidents. This research focuses on the distribution and training of OHS practices, particularly stressing the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to reduce accident risks. The program involved forming two groups of five people each, who participated in a structured socialization and training session. To assess the effectiveness of the program, participants were given pre- and post-activity questionnaires to measure their knowledge of OHS and safety building principles related to port embankment construction. The findings show that applying OHS principles led to significant improvements in safety measures and a reduction in workplace accidents. However, challenges persist, especially regarding the local community’s comprehension of OHS protocols and consistent PPE usage. Ongoing training and more stringent supervision are recommended to improve OHS implementation further. These enhancements would ensure the safety and well-being of workers on construction sites more effectively.
