Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarat ini agar terbentuknya UMKM desa yang dapat melakukan pencatatan akuntansi yang baik dalam pengelolan dana usaha mereka .Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan bebarapa metode diantaranya: 1) Pelatihan dan sosialisasi berupa persentasi yaitu memberikan pemaparan dan penjelasakan tentang bagaimana melakukan pencatatan akuntansi untuk  . 2) proses tanya jawab agar permasalahan dalam pencatatanakuntasni dari UMKM dapat Teratasi. 3) melakukan pengarahan serta pendampingan agar kelompok UMKM dapat secara langsung dapat memahami dan membuat pencatatan akuntansi untuk Usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini antara lain: 1) Pelatihan ini berjalan dengan baik dan masyarakat tim UMKM antusias dalam membuat pencatatan akuntasi. Pelatihan dihadiri oleh 20 orang peserta terdiri dari Kelompok UMKM dan Masayarakat sekitar Kelurahan Kenten. 2) Peserta merespon  pelatihan dengan sangat baik dan saat ini beberapa peserta sudah dapat membuat ilustrasi  pencatatan akuntansi sederhana atas transaksi yang terjadi pada dana operasional Usaha MerekaKata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pencatatan Akuntansi, UMKM Kenten

Abstract

The absence of optimizing the potential of the community of Alai Village, Lembak District, Muaro Enim Regency in the social field is the background for the KKN work program of the Faculty of Economics, Indo Global Mandiri University to optimize community potential through marketing and improving human resources. Marketing strategy is the process of leading an organization/company to key market opportunities, increasing sales and generating desired profits. Marketing strategy is also an important tool for a company to win the competition. Business people tend to think that competitors are nothing more than threats, but in reality, competitors help companies improve their creativity and performance, innovate efficiently and effectively, and become world-class companies. Digital marketing is one of the most influential marketing media. In this case, by using digital marketing through social media, Alai Village SMEs can market their domestic industrial products. This study proposes a digital marketing strategy for MSME products using social media. The results of this survey show that the social media of choice are WhatsApp, Instagram and Shopee. These media are more efficient vehicles for spreading the news.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh suku bunga terhadap jumlah dana pihak ketiga bank umum syariah dan unit usaha syariah di Indonesia. Periode pengamatan selama Januari hingga Desember 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda. Dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa suku bunga berpengaruh secara negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah dana pihak ketiga bank umum syariah dan unit usaha syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is to test the variables of product quality, brand image and brand trust to affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel SIM Card customers in Palembang. This research is quantitative and took a sample of 271 respondents from Telkomsel SIM Card users in Palembang City. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis which is processed using SPSS version 25 for windows. The findings of this study show that product quality, brand image and brand trust affect the satisfaction of Telkomsel SIM Card customers in Palembang City.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tentang data survei sosial ekonomi nasional tahun 2018 menyatakan bahwa persentase masyarakat yang mengakses internet dalam kurun lima tahun terakhir terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Sebesar 77,48 persen masyarakat pedesaan dan perkotaan yang mengakses internet, sebanyak 10,82 persen diantaranya memanfaatkan internet untuk melakukan pembelian dan penjualan barang dan jasa secara online. Hal tersebut menunjukkan besarnya potensi media digital sebagai media pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diperoleh gambaran umum permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Keripik Singkong RK, yaitu salah satunya masih lemahnya strategi produk dalam kemasan sehingga produk belum mampu menjangkau masyarakat luas dan menarik perhatian serta minat masyarakat. Oleh karena itu tim PKM Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) menawarkan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi Usaha Keripik Singkong RK selaku mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu berupa strategi produk. Strategi produk dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kualitas kemasan produk dengan label yang dilengkapi logo usaha dan informasi penting berkaitan produk. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan tim PKM UIGM adalah memberikan pelatihan pengemasan produk. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman mengenai petingnya memperhatikan kemasan produk guna menarik minat masyarakat terhadap produk keripik singkong RK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal communication and work discipline on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Randik, Babat Toman Branch. The sample in this study was 49 respondents who were collected through a questionnaire. This study utilized multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. This research prove that partially, interpersonal communication and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, interpersonal communication and work discipline have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This research is expected to be useful for PDAM Tirta Randik, Babat Toman Branch to improve employee performance through interpersonal communication and work discipline factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation partially on employee job satisfaction, as well as the influence of organizational culture and compensation simultaneously on job satisfaction at PT Pertamina Business Unit SPBG Palembang. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) partially have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The variable partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely organizational culture and compensation, have a positive relationship to employee job satisfaction. The results of the study using the correlation test (R) obtained a value of 0.782. This shows that the relationship between organizational culture and compensation together with employee job satisfaction is very strong (78.2%). The results of the final study using the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.588. This shows that organizational culture and compensation variables can explain employee job satisfaction, which is 58.8%, while the rest (41.2%) can be explained by other variables not included in this study. This research is expected to be an additional literacy material regarding employee job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Organizational Commitment at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through survey methods. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. the existing population is employees of the Banyuasin Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), totaling 56 employees. This research uses saturation sampling technique. So that will be used as samples in this study are all of the population taken, namely all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Banyuasin Regency, totaling 56 people. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Organizational Commitment at the Banyuasin Regency Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) both partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination, it can be concluded that there is 66.9% influence produced by the variables of Work Involvement and Perceived Organizational Support on Organisational Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The effect of the work environment on the turnover intention of PT. Intimegah Bestari Pertiwi, Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover Intention of PT. Intimegah Bestari Pertiwi, Effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention of PT. Intimegah Bestari Pertiwi.This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research are employees of PT. Intimegah Bestari Pertiwi, totaling 40 employees with purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the investigation show that partially the work environment has no effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

In the current era, technological advances are increasing quite rapidly. The increase in technology is due to modernization and globalization that occurs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand trust and brand image on consumer decisions in purchasing coffee beans at Koloni Coffee Palembang. This research uses field research (field reaserch) with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. the population taken is buyers of coffee beans at Koloni Coffee both directly and indirectly in a month consumers reach 50 customers. this study uses independent variables and dependent variables. The results of the study using the Partial test on the Brand Trust variable obtained a t-count value of 3.780> 2.012, and a significance level <0.05 (0.00 <0.05). So it can be concluded that the Brand Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions in purchasing coffee beans at Koloni Kopi.
