Abstract

This research examines the effectiveness of fulfilling the livelihood rights of children, the victims of divorce, the inhibiting factors, and how alternative solutions solve the problem of providing for children in Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. This research is field research. The research data includes primary data and secondary data. The primary data is data obtained from respondents, informants, and resource persons. Data collection techniques in this research used interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data that had been collected was inventoried and classified and then analyzed using the deductive method to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that fulfilling the livelihood rights of children of divorce victims in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia is not very effective. Research data shows that 45% of children who are the victims of divorce are not given a living right at all, and the remaining 55% are given a living but not by the nominal needs of the children, 24% of children are given a living of 100,000-300,000 thousand per month and 31% of children who are the victims of divorce are given a living of 350,000 -500,000 thousand rupiahs. Factors inhibiting the fulfillment of children's livelihood and education rights are 42% due to negligence, 26% due to marriage, 21% family conflict, and 11% due to economic factors. An alternative solution to overcoming the problem of fulfilling children's livelihood rights is socialization law, tabayyun and deliberation, religious approach, and legal approach.

Abstract

The development of madrasah seed can not be treated partially or half-and-half but requires thinking the development of complete and comprehensive as well as measures and efforts are visible, flexible, and credible, especially when faced with the national development policy in education with a vision realization of the education system as an institution strong social and authoritative to empower all citizens of Indonesia to develop into a human quality, so capable and pro-active answer the challenges of the times are always changing (see an explanation of Law No. 20/2003 on the National Education System). Plus the era of globalization has had a wide impact on many aspects of life, including the demands for quality in the organization of education. In this era demands every field of Human Resources (HR) quality of high caliber and reliability, so competition especially concerning human resources is very tight. To meet this demand, the improvement and development of education provision in each madrasah system continuously needs to be done in line with the dynamic development of science and technology (Science and Technology) and the dynamic changes in society itself. Strengthening the institutions of excellence through how to build ideals and a strong academic culture that lead to superior output and good as-expected madrasah in this age of globalization. Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literasi Al-Qur’an siswa di SDN 24 Cakra Negara. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur dengan informan kepala sekolah dan guru Pendidikan Agama islam. Proses analisis data melibatkan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa Tingkat literasi Al-Qur’an siswa masih menghadapi tantangan besar, seperti rendahnya kemampuan membaca sesuai kaidah tajwid, kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga, keterbatasan pengetahuan orang tua, minimnya waktu belajar, metode pengajaran yang kurang inovatif, serta keterbatasan sumber daya pengajar. Solusi yang diidentifikasi meliputi penerapan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi seperti metode Iqro’, peningkatan intensitas pembelajaran, pendekatan langsung, dan pembentukan kelompok belajar berdasarkan kemampuan siswa. Peran guru sebagai motivator, konselor, dan fasilitator sangat penting dalam membangun minat dan motivasi siswa. Program khusus seperti bimbingan membaca Al-Qur’an dan pembiasaan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa.

Abstract

In more recent years, religious literacy among students is assumed to be low. There is also limited amount of research has been conducted on this area. This study aims to find out the practice of religious literacy movements among students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study belongs to qualitative research and uses case study as its research design. The data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The result shows that the optimization of religious literacy movement among students can be built through clear programs and regulations, adequate facilities, and measurable learning. The construction of Albert Bandura's social learning model also applied in the religious literacy movement among students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. It includes modeling, stimulating, learning from reality or experience, as well as being dialogical and not patronizing. The religious literacy movement of students can be categorized into optimal when the students have the character of "RAPI", which consists of Ramah (friendly), Aman (safe), Prestasi (achievement), Islami (Islamic). This study contributes to describe the importance of prioritizing religious literacy movement because it can build intelligent students and quality generations

Abstract

This study aims to develop an instrument for measuring teacher happiness and student mental health in the digital era. A descriptive quantitative method with Rasch model analysis was employed, involving 411 teachers, 1,102 State Senior High School students, and State Madrasah Aliyah students in Mataram City, who completed questionnaires distributed through Google Forms. The results indicate that out of 22 teacher happiness items, 16 were found to be fit, with a person reliability value of 0.46, a separation of 0.92, an item reliability of 0.99, a separation of 10.18, and a construct validity of 56%. For student mental health, 25 out of 28 items were fit, with a person reliability value of 0.79, a separation of 1.94, an item reliability of 1.00, a separation of 19.58, and a construct validity of 34%. These findings suggest that the instruments are valid for measuring teacher happiness and student mental health in the digital era. The study implies the need for educational policies supporting teachers' and students' psychological well-being, such as integrating teacher happiness training programs and implementing data-driven digital monitoring of student mental health. Such policies are essential for fostering a healthy and adaptive learning environment in the digital transformation era.

Abstract

The study underscores the criticial role of religious moderation in preventing intolerance and radicalism among university students, particularly in Mataram city. The integration of religious moderation in the learning process has not been has been lacking, despite their crucial position in developing high-quality, balanced educational materials. This qualitative research investigates the teaching practices of religious moderation among Islamic education lecturers, employing in-depth interviews with lecturers from three Islamic universities in Mataram City. The findings reveal that religious moderation is taught using a moderate narrative approach that is integrated with other subjects. This is supported by various activity programs centered on moderation. Teaching occurs within a transformative-moderative model that aligns with academic objectives and is disseminated through social media platforms. This research highlights a significant gap in the teaching of religious moderation, both formally and informally, and emphasizes the importance of nurturing this core Islamic principle through social and religious engagement. The study recommends widespread communication of religious moderation goals through inclusive, web-based platforms to promote moderate, just, and tolerant narratives. Additionally, it calls for Islamic education lecturers to carefully design lesson plans and restructure the learning process around religious moderation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, keterlibatan, dan implementasi ajaran agama Islam di lingkungan STAI Muhammadiyah Probolinggo. Penelitian ini fokus pada upaya penguatan kembali nilai-nilai keagamaan bagi mahasiswa dan mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat revitalisasi nilai religiusitas. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk memahami secara mendalam konteks, tantangan, dan strategi yang digunakan dalam revitalisasi nilai religiusitas mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian mencerminkan adanya tiga dimensi religiusitas, yaitu Aqidah, Ibadah, dan Muamalah, dengan strategi penerapan Uswah Hasanah dan Pembinaan Karakter Islami yang berkelanjutan. Dalam proses pembelajaran al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan, dibangun sikap inklusif (Wasathiyah), toleran, dan progresif, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan dimensi spiritual mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang urgensi integritas agama dalam pembentukan karakter Islami mahasiswa dalam membangun masyarakat yang berkeadaban. Selain itu, implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi lembaga pendidikan, terutama perguruan tinggi keagamaan Islam dalam merancang program-program yang mendukung proses revitalisasi nilai religiusitas mahasiswa secara efektif. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah: 1) Kurikulum berkembang dengan baik, 2) Melakukan pelatihan para dosen, 3) Pengembangan program kegiatan mahasiswa, 4) Pelatihan lanjutan tentang dampak religious, 5) Jalinan kolaborasi dengan lembaga kemuhammadiyahan, 6) Pengembangan materi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum at SDN 3 Jedang using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The evaluation was conducted to determine the extent to which the PAI curriculum was able to achieve the goal of developing students' religious, moral, and social character in accordance with the direction of the Merdeka Curriculum policy. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of PAI teachers, the principal, and fifth-grade students. The results showed that from a contextual aspect, a religious community environment, support from school policies, and parental involvement were the main supporting factors, although limited infrastructure and student learning motivation remained obstacles. From an input aspect, PAI teacher competence, principal support, and student involvement in religious activities strengthened the curriculum implementation, but limitations in technology-based learning media were still felt. From a process aspect, teachers used a variety of methods such as lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and worship practices oriented towards character building, although limited time and diverse student motivations were challenges. From the product aspect, the implementation of the PAI curriculum has a positive impact on the spiritual development and character of students, marked by increased discipline, politeness, solidarity, and active involvement in religious activities. Therefore, this study confirms that the implementation of the PAI curriculum at SDN 3 Bahaya has been quite effective, but still requires optimization of infrastructure facilities, differentiation strategies, and the use of creative media so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) values within the Merdeka Curriculum through a literature-based approach. The research employs a qualitative method using library research combined with conceptual analysis of relevant scholarly sources. The data were collected from accredited journal articles, academic books, and policy documents published between 2020 and 2025, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that the integration of PAI values in the Merdeka Curriculum represents a transformation toward value-centered education, in which values are not merely taught but holistically internalized through meaningful learning experiences. Value integration occurs across various aspects of learning, including through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), and is supported by the strategic role of teachers as agents of value transformation. Furthermore, the integration also includes the reinforcement of religious moderation, emphasizing tolerance and inclusivity. However, the implementation still faces several challenges, including limited teacher pedagogical competence, the absence of systematic integration models, and the gap between curriculum design and classroom practice. Therefore, it is necessary to develop more applicable value-based learning models and enhance teachers’ competencies to effectively implement value integration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), with a focus on the challenges and opportunities that emerge in educational practice. The phenomenon under investigation relates to the gap between the conceptual framework of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes student-centered learning, and the reality of PAI instruction, which still tends to be normative and traditional. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research design. Data were collected through documentation techniques by examining various scholarly sources, including indexed journal articles, academic books, and relevant official documents, particularly those published within the last 5–10 years. The data sources were selected based on their credibility and relevance to the research topic. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques, involving stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in PAI has shifted toward the use of project-based learning, student-centered learning, and the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile. However, several major challenges remain, including teachers’ limited understanding of the curriculum, the persistence of traditional teaching methods, and inadequate educational facilities and infrastructure. On the other hand, the identified opportunities include increased student learning independence, more contextualized learning, innovation in teaching methods, and the strengthening of religious character. These findings contribute to enriching the theoretical discourse on the integration of the Merdeka Curriculum in PAI and provide practical implications for improving teacher competence and educational policy. Future research is recommended to conduct empirical studies across various educational contexts to validate further and expand these findings.
