Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi pegawai. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh diklat terhadap motivasi pegawai. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh diklat terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. (6) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi pegawai. (7) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh diklat terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi pegawaiPendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Prosedur penentuan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian (sampel jenuh), sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dapat ditentukan sebanyak 62 orang Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kehutanan Kabupaten Bulukumba. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis jalur dan uji sobel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi pegawai. (2) Diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi pegawai. (3) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (6) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi pegawai. (7) Diklat berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi pegawai.Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Diklat, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai     ABSTRACTThe objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of leadership style on employee motivation. (2) To determine the effect of training on employee motivation. (3) To determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance. (6) To determine the effect of leadership style on performance through employee motivation. (7) To determine the effect of training on performance through employee motivationThe approach of this research is descriptive and verification. The procedure for determining samples using total sampling is that all populations are used as research samples (saturated samples), so that the samples used in this study can be determined as many as 62 employees of the Department of Environment and Forestry of Bulukumba Regency. Hypothesis testing is done by path analysis technique and sobel test.The results of the study show that: (1) The leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. (2) Diklat has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. (3) The leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Diklat has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) Leadership style has a positive and not significant effect on performance through employee motivation.
