Abstract

The development of information technology is indispensable to help in the sharing of areas of life, one of which is in the field of agriculture. The use of information technology in agriculture can help a wide range of issues, especially the need to get information quickly. The farm is currently the largest community in Indonesia is rice that became staples in the country. Local rice production should be maximized by optimizing the farm itself, but problems in the cultivation of rice, one of the largest pest attacking the rice. Pest identification and handling shall be dealt with as quickly as possible in order not to experience a failed harvest.On this research designed an expert system for rice pest identification with method of bayes theorem and forward chaining to handle. The system is built to provide information on the pests of rice and penangananya on the basis of the symptoms that arise. The success of this research is 85%.

Abstract

AbstractThe selection of elderly visa-kitas receiver to asses the cantidate who qualify at PT Mulia Prima Permai Jakarta is not an easy process. The difficulty of the procedure require in Embassy makes PT Mulia Prima Permai needs to choose the most effective way to do the selection of elderly visa applicants before sending it to the Embassy. One of the options is by using the decision making of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dictition Making (MADM) method. The Fuzzy Multi Attribute Diction Making Method is expected can help to solve the problem of elderly visa acceptance selection effectively. In this research, it is necessary to compile some criteria and alternatives. To support the selection process of acceptance for the elderly visa kitas a Decision Support System of selection was created by using Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM) method. The Decision Support System is useful to process the required data (input) of elderly visa kitas application and outcome the request status output in the form that 100% match the results of the calculation with PT. Banyaknya prosedur seleksi pada tingkat Dirjen Imigrasi, membuat PT.Mulia Prima Permai harus mengambil keputusan yang tepat untuk menyeleksi persyartan pemohon visa sebelum dikirim ke Dirjen Imigrasi, ini menjamin permohonan visa-kitas dapat dipertangung-jawabkan dan disetujui. Salah satu solusi dalam memecahkan masalah seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut adalah dengan pengambilan keputusan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan efektif. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk mendapatkan solusi pengambilan keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, perlu disusun beberapa kriteria dan alternatif. Untuk membantu proses seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, maka dibuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berguna untuk mengolah data-data syarat (input) permohonan visa kitas lansia dan mengahsilkan output status permohonan berupa kesamaan hasil 98% cocok terhadap hasil perhitungan PT. Abstract

Social CRM is designed to engage the customer in a collaborative conversation in order toprovide mutually beneficial value. BPD DIY main branch office located in the middle of the cityhas a growing number of borrowers from 2013 until 2014 a number of 4.3% and there is areduction in the number of accounts under 1%. Therefore the Bank BPD DIY are required togive priority to the quality of service on the client. Inthis study, SCRM application made for theusers, in this case to improve relationships and quality of service on customer serviceone customer complaints against Banks in a timely, accurate and effective. The method used isthe method of software development methodologies thatmany developed waterfall. Thisresearch resulted in SCRM system to establish relationship with customer throughpemanfaatan web 2.0 technologies and introduces different approaches in establishingrelationships with customer relations especially in regarding the complaint of the customerthrough the social web in order to improve the quality of service to customers andretain existing clients as well as making one of the SCRM applications to support the businessstrategy of the company. Abstract

AbstractSkin is one of the most important organs in humans, because through the skin we can feel the feel and the surface of an object. If the skin is attacked, the disease may cause many consequences, such as from mild itching or to severe, the skin can not feel anything. Based on existing problems in the community created an application that can help people to recognize skin diseases suffered, so the level of awareness will keep the cleanliness higher, namely the application of expert system of viral skin disease using bayes theorem. In this research will be designed a system using method bayes theorem this expert system will be able to produce a diagnosis of skin diseases and treatment that needs to be done. With this application of course can help people to recognize the illnesses that have been allegedly allegedly to refer to injured. Based on 20 data that have been tested against experts and systems, for patients affected by viral skin diseases were 17 patients and those not infected were 3 patients. As for the suitability of testing between the validation results of experts (doctors) and the system, obtained percentage of 85%.Keywords: Skin diseases, Expert system, Teorema Bayes.AbstrakKulit adalah salah satu organ terpenting pada manusia, karena melalui kulit kita dapat merasakan rasa dan permukaan sebuah benda. Apabila kulit terserang penyakit maka akan banyak akibat yang akan ditimbulkannya, mulai dari yang ringan yaitu terasa gatal atau sampai yang berat yakni kulit tidak dapat merasakan apapun. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada di dalam lingkungan masyarakat diciptakan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu masyarakat untuk dapat mengenali penyakit kulit yang diderita, sehingga tingkat kesadaran akan menjaga kebersihan makin tinggi, yakni aplikasi sistem pakar penyakit kulit akibat virus. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem menggunakan metode Teorema Bayes. Sistem pakar ini nantinya dapat menghasilkan diagnosa penyakit kulit serta pengobatan yang perlu dilakukan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini tentunya bisa membantu masyarakat mengenali penyakit yang dideritanya sehingga tersadar untuk merujuknya ke dokter ahli. Berdasarkan 20 data yang telah diujikan terhadap pakar dan sistem, untuk pasien yang terkena penyakit kulit akibat virus adalah 17 pasien dan yang tidak terkena infeksi adalah 3 pasien. Sedangkan untuk kesesuaian pengujian antara hasil validasi pakar (dokter) dan sistem, diperoleh tingkat persentase keberhasilan sebesar 85%.Kata Kunci : Penyakit kulit, Sistem Pakar, Teorema Bayes.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi turut serta merubah paradigma bisnis, product oriented menjadi costumer oriented. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) merupakan strategi bisnis yang mengintegrasikan proses bisnis dengan konsumen, proses bisnis dan teknologi pendukung untuk memperoleh customer retention, selanjutnya berkembangan menjadi Social CRM. Pemerintah sumatera utara dalam hal ini dinas pariwisata, memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memperkenalkan  daerah wisata yang terdapat dalam wilayah sumatera utara. Wisatawan mancanegara (wisman) yang berkunjung di Sumatera Utara  mengalami penurunan sebesar 39,11 persen dibanding yang datang pada bulan Desember 2014 yang mencapai 33.017 orang. Penelitian ini akan fokus pada pemodelan social CRM sehingga terciptanya loyalitas dari wisatawan yang berdampak pada peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan, data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Sumatera Utara. Model Social CRM yang diusulkan mengolah informasi dari wisatawan dan mengemasnya menjadi pengetahuan. Pengetahuan yang didapat dari social media para wisatawan akan membantu pembuat kebijakan ketika merencanakan program kerja pariwisata sumatera utara.

Abstract

Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta merupakan provinsi ke dua di Indonesia yang memiliki banyak tempat wisata selain Bali. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta pada setiap bulan desember terdapat hampir 99.776 wisatawan asing yang datang ke Kota Yogyakarta. Tak jarang mereka meminta bantuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan mendatangi instansi keperintahan seperti Tourism Information Center (TIC) yang berada di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Namun pihak TIC hanya membantu memberikan informasi dengan menggunakan perantara brosur tempat wisata yang sudah disediakan, sehingga hasil rekomendasi tempat wisata tidak akurat dan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan oleh wisatawan mancanegara non Asia. Dengan majunya era teknologi saat ini, diperlukan sebuah perantara seperti sistem atau aplikasi yang dapat membantu pihak TIC untuk mempermudah memberikan rekomendasi tempat wisata pada para wisatawan mancanegara non Asia khususnya untuk menentukan tempat wisata yang mereka inginkan sesuai dengan kriteria yang ada. Sistem pendukung keputusan menentukan pemilihan destinasi tempat wisata Yogyakarta untuk wisatawan mancanegara non Asia menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam proses perhitungannya. Berdasarkan Hasil dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan terhadap 5 sampel data tempat wisata, dapat disimpulkan dengan metode AHP dapat digunakan untuk proses pemilihan tempat wisata kota Yogyakarta dengan tingkat akurasi 60%.

Abstract

The snack is traditional food made from tapioca flour with fried onions savory seasoning. The round shape is colored white and processed with the way fried. These foods are popular as snacks typical of the area of Kulon progo Regency. Image is the image on a two-dimensional field. In mathematical reviews. The image is a continuous function of light intensity in two dimensions. In computers, a digital image is saved as a file with a specific format. The image shows how to format a digital image is stored, for example, whether with a compression or not. Examples of digital image formats are .bmp, .jpg, .PNG, .tif, and so on. Digital image size expressed in pixels (picture elements). This description describes the merging of two different images into an image in the form of new patterns. This process of merging using matlab with images blending, then from the results of the merge image searchable form of the pattern using the Canny operator. The size of the original image i.e. image of flowers and circles must be the same image that is 400 x 300 pixels in jpg format. The results obtained in the form of a composite image of two images in the shape of a new image of the pattern that is the pattern image to resemble floral patterns.digital imagery

Abstract

Nyong Group is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) located in Sleman, Yogyakarta. Nyong group has several business units, namely nyong shoes and care Yogya, shoes and care Cilacap, nyong donuts, and nyong stalls (food, snacks and chili sauce). The problems by IbM partners include; First, (1) There is no Point of Sales application that uses inventory to meet the needs of the production process or is sold again, (2) Not yet has this Inventory covering raw materials, in-process goods, and goods so (finished goods). The output targets in this program are (1) the application of point of sales applications for recording sales transactions, (2) Adding an inventory application to the created point of sales applications. The service program is carried out in 2 (two) forms; First, (1) design of a point of sales application for Nyong Group's sales transactions. Second, making an inventory application to be able to determine whether to record goods based on arrival time or the amount of stock you can determine to record goods based on arrival time or stock amount. The implementation of this program is designed in four stages of activity, namely: (1) Coordination and preparation stage (2) Design stage (3) Science and technology implementation stage (4) Evaluation and refinement stage.

Abstract

Wisata Desa Wisata Bukit Mojo, Gumelem, Mangunan Yogyakarta Melalui Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Berbasis Teknologi Media Online Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Potensi Wisata. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra diantaranya yaitu; Pertama minimnya kader masyarakat yang sadar akan potensi wisata setempat dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai Integrated Marketing Communication atau komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dalam meningkatkan daya saing pemasaran wisata maupun produk kerajinan wilayah setempat, Kedua Kesenjangan teknologi informasi dalam pemasaran potensi wisata dan produk dengan jaringan pelaku industri maupun konsumen, Ketiga Kurangnya pengelolaan potensi desa wisata baik dari segi promosi maupun pemberdayaan masyarakat. Solusi dari permasalahan diatas adalah (1) Pengembangan strategi pemasaran terpadu, promosi dan marketing produk wisata di pasar domestik maupun mancanegara. (2) Terwujudnya manajemen pemasaran melalui strategi pemasaran yang tepat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berbasis multimedia (3) Pengembangan dan pengelolaan potensi desa wisata serta pembentukan kader pengembang desa wisata. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) bentuk; pertama, transfer ilmu pengetahuan khususnya mengenai integrated marketing communication (IMC) serta komunikasi pemasaran berbasis media online. Kedua, transfer teknologi khususnya teknologi multimedia yang dapat mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan pemasaran berbasis multimedia seperti website. Pelaksanaan program ini dirancang dalam empat tahap kegiatan yaitu; (1) Tahap koordinasi dan persiapan (2) Tahap pelatihan (3) Tahap Penerapan Ipteks (4) Tahap Evaluasi & Pendampingan.

Abstract

The development of Taekwondo in Indonesia fairly rapidly, it is seen from the large number of community who follow martial arts Taekwondo. JTC is the abbreviation of Jitae Taekwondo Club Progo. Progo JTC has activities or routine that became the agenda, including one time in three months organizing exams increase the belt is centralized in the dojang (College) is designated as a place of exams in the area of Kulon Progo. Assessment process the exam rate hikes taekwondo is still done manually so that take a long time and the calculation of its value is also less accurate. Therefore, this research will be developed in the design of mobile-based application by using one of the methods that is Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decission Making (MADM) there are five criteria that must be met by the standard include: physical condition, basic movements, poomsae taegeuk, kyoruki, hosinsul kyukpa, and discipline. Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decission Making (MADM) was able to select the best alternative from a number of existing alternative. One of the concepts of Fuzzy MADM problem resolution methods i.e. Weighted Product Methods (WP) so that it can facilitate Coaches in making a decision to hike rates in Taekwondo with a success rate of 98%.
