Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan dimensi reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Maraja Tour Plan di Makassar, baik pengaruh secara parsial maupun pengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama).Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar tepatnya pada Maraja Tour Plan dengan waktu penelitian berlangsung selama 3 (tiga) bulan, mulai bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2017. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pelanggan Maraja Tour Plan di Makassar yang berjumlah 612 orang per Desember 2016. Penarikan sampel untuk dijadikan responden penelitian menggunakan teknik Sampling Purposive dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 orang.  Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda yang sebelumnya telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas.Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: jika dimensi (reliability, ,responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles) dipersepsikan baik oleh responden, maka kepuasan pelanggan semakin meningkat, demikian pula sebaliknya jika faktor (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles) dipersepsikan buruk oleh responden, maka kepuasan pelanggan semakin menurun dan tidak memuaskan. Sehingga kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles dipersepsikan baik oleh responden, maka kepuasan pelanggan semakin meningkat, dan sebaliknya jika kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles dipersepsikan buruk oleh responden, maka kepuasan pelanggan semakin menurun.   ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of service based on the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles influence on customer satisfaction Maraja Tour Plan in Makassar, either partially influence or simultaneously influence (together).This research was conducted in Makassar City precisely at Maraja Tour Plan with research time lasted for 3 (three) months, starting from April until June 2017. In this research which become population is all customer Maraja Tour Plan in Makassar amounting 612 people per December 2016. Sampling to be used as research respondents using Sampling Purposive technique with the number of samples of 86 people. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which has been through the validity and reliability test.The results of this study can be summarized as follows: if the dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles) are perceived both by the respondents, the customer satisfaction increases, and vice versa if the factors (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles) perceived poorly by the respondents, the customer satisfaction is decreasing and unsatisfactory. So the quality of service consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles perceived both by the respondents, the customer satisfaction is increasing, and vice versa if the quality of service consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles perceived poorly by respondents, then customer satisfaction decreases.Keywords : Service Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy,                           Tangibles, and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims: 1) To analyze the effect of discipline on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 2) To analyze the impact of school leadership on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 3) To analyze the influence of the school environment on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 4) To analyze the effect of teaching methods on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 5) To analyze the influence of discipline, school leadership, environment and learning methods simultaneously on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminas. The research location is at State Senior High School (SMA) 1 Sungguminasa. The population in this study is the overall teacher status of Civil Servants SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa total of 37 people. Sampling by using census population taken as a whole.For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Discipline teacher positive and significant impact on student achievement SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa Makassar. 2) Leadership principals positive and significant impact on student achievement SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa Makassar. 3) The school environment is positive and significant impact on student achievement SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa Makassar. 4) Method of learning positive and significant impact on student achievement SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa Makassar. 5) Discipline, Leadership Principal, Environmental, and learning methods simultaneously positive and significant impact on student achievement in high school (SMA) Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa.Keywords: Discipline, Leadership Principal, Environmental, and methods oflearning, Student Achievement

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Academic Supervision Of the School Superintedent, Head master Leadership and Working Environment on the Performance of Vocational School (SMK) teachers at Tamalate, Makassar. This study aims to (1) determine the influence of the academic supervision of school supervisors on the performance of teachers at SMK Tamalate, Makassar (2) determine the effect of school leadership on the performance of teachers at SMK Tamalate District of Makassar city (3) determine the influence of work environment on the performance of teachers at SMK Tamalate, Makassar; and (4) determine the influence of the academic supervision of school supervisors, school leadership and working environment together on the performance of teachers at SMK Tamalate, Makassar. Data collection method used is survey type expost facto by distributing a questionnaire (questionnaire) to teachers who have proven reliability and validity according to the research conducted. Analysis of the data used by using descriptive analysis, Linearity Test, Test Multicolinearity Test, T-Test, and Test F-Test. Research results show that (1) Supervision of Academic Supervisors has positive and significant effect partially on Teacher Performance; (2) Leadership Headmaster has positive and significant effect partially on Teacher Performance; (3) Working Environment has positive and significant effect partially on Teacher performance; and (4) Supervision of Academic Supervisors, Leadership Principals and Working Environment has positive and significant impact in simultaneous to the Teacher performance. Keywords: Supervision, Leadership, Environment, Teacher Performance ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar; (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar; (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar; dan (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Guru SMK Negeri se-Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey Jenis expost facto dengan membagikan kuesioner (angket) kepada guru yang telah teruji validitas reliabilitasnya dan sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Uji Linearitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji T-Test, dan Uji F-Test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Supervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Guru; (2) Kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Guru; (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Guru; dan (4) Supervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara Simultan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK se Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengamati seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan, manajemen waktu dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Haji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah populasi 40, dan penarikan sampel juga berjumlah 40 responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (2) ada pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (3) ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (4) ada sekitar 90,6 % pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. (5) Variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, kompensasi, motivasi kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and observe how much influence the leadership style of the head of the room, time management and compensation to nurse work motivation. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, this research was conducted in the general hospital of haji area of south sulawesi province with a population of 40, and the sampling also amounted to 40 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct observation. The research was carried out for 2 months. The results showed that: (1) There is effect of leadership style of head of room to nurse work motivation. (2) There is effect of time managemnt on nurse work motivation. (3) There is a compensatory effect on nurse work motivation. (4) There are around 90,6% of the influence of the head of room leadership style, time management and compensation for work motivaton of nurses. (5) the variable the leadership style of the head of the room is the most dominant variable affecting the work motivation of the nurse. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh: 1) Dana alokasi umum terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat; 2) Dana alokasi khusus terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat; 3) Pendapatan asli daerah terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat; 4) Dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, dan pendapatan asli daerah secara simultan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.Lokasi penelitian adalah pada kantor Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Adapun waktu penelitian akan dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan yaitu bulan November 2017 sampai Desember 2017. Data penelitian ini adalah data runtut waktu (time series). Data time series yang digunakan yaitu data time series tahunan dari tahun 2015-2017. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Dana Alokasi Umum tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini dikarenakan nilai thitung (-0,118) < ttabel (2,306) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05; 2) Dana Alokasi Khusus memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini dikarenakan nilai thitung (2,441) > ttabel (2,306) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05; 3) Pendapatan Asli Daerah tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini dikarenakan Maka nilai thitung (-1,037) < ttabel (2,306) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05; 4) Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini dikarenakan nilai Fhitung (3,463) < Ftabel (4,07) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05Kata Kunci : Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Pendapatan Asli                          Daerah, Belanja Langsung ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of: 1) General allocation funds to direct government spending in West Sulawesi Province; 2) Special allocation funds for direct government spending in West Sulawesi Province; 3) Local revenue on direct government spending in West Sulawesi Province; 4) General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Local Own Revenue simultaneously to direct government spending in West Sulawesi Province.The location of research is at the office of Regional Finance Management Board of West Sulawesi Province. The time of the research will be held for 2 months ie November 2017 to December 2017. This research data is time series data (time series). Time series data used is annual time series data from 2015-2017. Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the performance of personnel resources in the Hall of Goods Quality Supervision and Control of the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi province. (2) To analyze the factors that support the performance of personnel resources Center for Quality Supervision and Control of Goods Department of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi province. The research was conducted on Calibration Laboratory, Laboratory Testing and Product Certification in Hall Goods Quality Supervision and Control of the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi province from November to December of 2014. This type of research is carried out by using the census questionnaire as a data collection tool. The author uses the basic qualitative analysis examines the participants in this case all employees (analysts and functional) in the scope of UPTD Hall Goods Quality Supervision and Control of the strategies that are interactive and flexible. This study aimed to understand social phenomena from the perspective of the participants, this study used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is one of the key instruments of the 32 participants who gave sight. Quantitative analysis is a systematic scientific research on the parts and phenomena and relationships. Quantitative research is to develop and use mathematical models related to phenomena in UPTD Hall Goods Quality Supervision and Control of the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi province. The central part of the measurement process in this study provides a fundamental relationship between empirical observation and mathematical expression of quantitative relationships. Level of performance of the apparatus UPTD BPPMB Department of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi province showed relatively Good. Abstract

 Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1). untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi tutor program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar,2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap disiplin tutor pada program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja tutor pada program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar, 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja tutor pada program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar, 5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja tutor pada program pendidikan luar sekolah di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara serempak maupun secara parsial variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tutor PKBM Kota Makassar, karena F*hitung keseluruhan variabel lebih besar dari F*tabel  dan nilai F*hitung setiap variabel lebih besar dari F*tabel atau probabilitas (sig) setiap variabel lebih kecil 0,05 dari ketiga variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tutor PKBM Kota Makassar. Karena mempunyai angka beta atau standardizet coefficient tertinggi yaitu 0,560 atau 56 persen dibandingkan variabel lain yang diteliti.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Kinerja, Motivasi, Disiplin.

Abstract

This research was doing at STI E Lamappapoleonro Soppeng. Analysis data was using descriptive method and quantitative method. Namely by analyzed of linear regression to measure influence of academic service quality consist of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty toward the satisfaction of students. Reseach result shown that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty each other have positive influence, toward dependence variable (students satisfaction). By hypotesa analyze namely syncronisation analyze show that reliability and assurance are dominan factor which influence the satisfaction of students at STIE Lamappapoleonro Soppeng. Abstract

ABSTRAK Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan probability sampling, dengan metode total sampling, sebanyak 124 sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan tehnik slovin. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1)  Kompensasi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi guru   pada MTsN Di Kota Makassar. (2) Pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi guru pada MTsN Di Kota Makassar. (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap prestasi kerja guru   pada MTsN Di Kota Makassar.(4) pengembangan karier  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja  guru   pada MTsN Di Kota Makassar. (5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja   guru   pada MTsN Di Kota Makassar. (6) Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja melalui motivasi guru  Pada  MTsN Di Kota Makassar. (7) Pengembangan karier Berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja melalui motivasi  guru  Pada  MTsN Di Kota Makassar.  Kata Kunci  : Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karier, Prestasi Kerja, Motivasi     ABSTRACTThe sample was chosen by using probability sampling, with a total sampling method, 124 samples were obtained using the slovin technique. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen dan integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kota Manado dengan kompetensi pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pegawai di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kota Manado dengan jumlah pegawai yang diteliti sebanyak 100. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data diuji tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas. Kemudian, analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kompetensi pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kota Manado. (2) Integritas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kompetensi pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kota Manado.   (3) Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kota Manado. (4) Integritas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kota Manado. (5) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kota Manado. (6) Komitmen tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kota Manado. (7) Integritas tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kota Manado.Kata Kunci : Komitmen, Integritas, Kompetensi, Kinerja Pegawai. ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the t influence of commitment and integrity to employee performance at the Maritime and Port Authority of Manado City with employee competencies as an intervening variable. (5) Competence has a positive and significant effect directly on the performance of employees at the Maritime and Port Authority of Manado City. (6) Commitment does not have a positive and indirect significant effect on performance through employee competence at the Maritime and Port Authority of Manado City.
