Abstract

Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia No. 12 of 2012 that part of the national education system has a strategic role in educating the life of the nation. Students are people who are trying to develop themselves through the process of education on the path, level and type of education. The Weighted Product method is chosen because the method is solved by using multiplication to connect the value of the attribute, where the value must be raised with the attribute weight value in question. Criteria that have been determined include: average value, discipline, attendance, extracurricular, and Non-Academic. The results of this study there are 6 alternatives, obtained the value of Agus = 0.1618 as the student with the lowest value and the value of Intan = 0.1748 as the best student

Abstract

The village has an important role in improving the national economy. A developed village will have a good impact on people's lives, both from the economy and the welfare of the community. The village head has an important role in running the government in rural areas. One of the indicators for evaluating the success rate of development and prosperity of an area is the success of a village itself so that the village or village has an important role in the process of improving development. With special autonomy regarding village development, the role of the village head becomes central and becomes the driving force for village development. To find out how well the village head is performing, it is necessary to have a breakthrough in measuring the village head's performance index in Pringsewu Regency. In measuring the performance of the Village Head, the criteria and weighting of the Simple Additive Weighting and TOPSIS methods are used. The sample was tested using eighteen villages spread across nine sub regency in the Pringsewu Regency. The application of two methods of decision support systems using Simple Additive Weighting and TOPSIS in measuring the index of Village Heads in Pringsewu Regency can trigger an increase in the performance of village heads to build the villages based on predetermined criteria. Of the eighteen alternatives tested, the highest value was A16 with a value of 0.8901508.

Abstract

Quality Vocational High Schools are viewed from the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure that help develop students' skills in the learning process so that they can meet the standards of Vocational Competency Test. The purpose of this study is to find out the quality of the Computer Network Engineering laboratory facilities owned in Pringsewu Regency. In this study five alternatives were used as samples to be tested for the feasibility of the Network Computer Engineering laboratory to determine the quality of the laboratory owned by the Vocational High School related to using the calculation process manually and the process of calculating using the system. The due diligence process uses the system faster with accurate results compared to the manual calculation process which takes a long time. Based on the comparison of the due diligence process, it can be said that the due diligence process uses a faster, more precise and easier system.

Abstract

Effective and accurate employee performance assessment is an important aspect in human resource management in companies, including at PT BPRS Tanggamus. However, the manual assessment system used so far is considered inefficient, time-consuming, and often less objective, causing problems in determining employee performance fairly and transparently. This study aims to develop a mobile-based Employee Performance Assessment System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and VIĊĦekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) methods. The SAW method is used to calculate performance rankings based on several assessment criteria, while VIKOR helps in handling conflicts between criteria and producing optimal compromise solutions. This study uses a mobile system development approach integrated with a multi-criteria method, which was tested at PT BPRS Tanggamus. The results of the study show that the SAW and VIKOR-based system is able to improve accuracy, objectivity, and speed in performance assessment compared to the manual method. The mobile system also provides flexibility to management and employees in accessing assessment results anytime and anywhere, as well as increasing the transparency of the assessment process. This study recommends further development to add more complex performance analytics features, as well as improving the user interface to make the system easier to use in the future.
