At present, the Mts Islamiyah Sukoharjo School is delivering information to the general public which is still relatively simple, namely through the distribution of brochures and the installation of banners in various places. The purpose of this study is to design a mobile web-based academic information system at Sukoharjo Mts Islamiyah school using a Content Management System. In this study, it shows that the use of a website-based information system can be a publication revolution in opening up a wider range of school information to convey various types of information about the Sukoharjo Mts Islamiyah school.

Abstract

Efficient and accurate teacher attendance management is a crucial aspect of educational administration. Therefore, a system capable of recording attendance quickly and minimizing data errors is essential. This study aims to develop a QR Code-based teacher attendance information system using the Waterfall method and PHP programming language. The Waterfall method was chosen due to its systematic, sequential approach in software development, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection methods used in this research include observation, interviews, and literature review. The system utilizes QR Code technology for attendance processes, where each teacher has a unique code scanned upon arrival. The results show that the system improves the efficiency and accuracy of attendance recording compared to conventional methods. Additionally, it simplifies attendance data management and provides real-time access to reports for relevant stakeholders

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu fasilitas penting dalam dunia pendidikan yang berfungsi sebagai pusat informasi dan sumber belajar bagi siswa dan guru. Namun, di SMAN 1 Pringsewu, sistem manajemen perpustakaan yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering kali menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti kesulitan dalam pencatatan buku, keterlambatan pengembalian, serta kurangnya efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data perpustakaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi manajemen perpustakaan berbasis website yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencarian buku, pencatatan peminjaman dan pengembalian, serta pengelolaan data anggota perpustakaan. Meskipun demikian, beberapa tantangan yang masih perlu diperbaiki adalah optimasi kecepatan akses database serta peningkatan tampilan antarmuka agar lebih user-friendly. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan agar sistem dikembangkan dengan fitur tambahan, seperti reservasi buku secara online, integrasi dengan sistem akademik sekolah, serta penggunaan teknologi berbasis mobile agar lebih fleksibel. Dengan pengembangan lebih lanjut, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan di sekolah.

Abstract

This research was conducted to design a marketing information system for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). because MSMEs in Payung Batu Village face various problems in developing their business, especially in terms of product marketing. This is due to the lack of effective use of marketing information systems by MSMEs in the village. Therefore, research is needed to examine the use of marketing information systems by MSMEs in Payung Batu Village. In research this system uses a qualitative analysis method that can be used to produce a more comprehensive study of a phenomenon. Data collection in this research system method uses the waterfall method system development method. Because by using this method MSMEs data can have a series of clear and structured system workflows. The results of this study are the application of a web-based system to the MSMEs product marketing information system in Payung Batu Village to increase marketing and sales reach. This research shows that the use of marketing information systems can help improve MSMEs performance and innovation, as well as influence buyer behavior and brand loyalty.

Abstract

Effective and accurate employee performance assessment is an important aspect in human resource management in companies, including at PT BPRS Tanggamus. However, the manual assessment system used so far is considered inefficient, time-consuming, and often less objective, causing problems in determining employee performance fairly and transparently. This study aims to develop a mobile-based Employee Performance Assessment System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) methods. The SAW method is used to calculate performance rankings based on several assessment criteria, while VIKOR helps in handling conflicts between criteria and producing optimal compromise solutions. This study uses a mobile system development approach integrated with a multi-criteria method, which was tested at PT BPRS Tanggamus. The results of the study show that the SAW and VIKOR-based system is able to improve accuracy, objectivity, and speed in performance assessment compared to the manual method. The mobile system also provides flexibility to management and employees in accessing assessment results anytime and anywhere, as well as increasing the transparency of the assessment process. This study recommends further development to add more complex performance analytics features, as well as improving the user interface to make the system easier to use in the future.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika semakin penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan pemahaman siswa. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang sangat bermanfaat adalah software GeoGebra, yang dapat membantu visualisasi konsep-konsep matematika dengan lebih interaktif dan dinamis. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melatih siswa SMP Islam Al-Mungalim dalam memanfaatkan GeoGebra materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai penggunaan fitur-fitur yang ada pada software GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran. Metode pelatihan meliputi pemaparan materi, demonstrasi, serta praktik langsung dalam membuat dan memodifikasi visualisasi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel menggunakan software GeoGebra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dalam menggunakan software GeoGebra, serta adanya potensi peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi ini.

Abstract

Scientific article writing training is one way to enhance educators' ability to conduct research and publish scientific works. This program was held at SMKS Nurul Huda Pringsewu with the primary goal of improving educators' skills in writing scientific articles in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The training includes several stages, such as material presentation, writing workshops, and individual guidance. The results of the training show a significant improvement in understanding and skills in writing scientific articles among the participants. Additionally, the educators who participated in this training became more motivated to conduct research and publish their findings. Therefore, this training is expected to have a positive impact on the development of educators' professionalism and the improvement of education quality at SMKS Nurul Huda Pringsewu

Abstract

This study aims to develop a mobile web–based information system to support service management at Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah, located in Kalisari, Kalirejo, Central Lampung. The system is designed to improve efficiency, accessibility, and service quality for students (santri), administrators, and other stakeholders. The development process follows several stages, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. By adopting mobile web technology, the system enables users to access information and utilize various services anytime and anywhere through their mobile devices. The proposed system integrates key features such as institutional profile information, activity schedules, announcements, financial information, and new student registration. In addition, communication features are provided to facilitate interaction between students, pesantren administrators, and parents or guardians through instant messaging or notification services. These features aim to reduce manual administrative processes, minimize information delays, and enhance transparency in service delivery. The results of this study indicate that the developed system has the potential to significantly improve operational efficiency and user experience in pesantren services. Furthermore, this system can serve as a foundational platform for future development, particularly in expanding the integration of information technology to support daily operational and managerial activities within Islamic boarding schools

Abstract

Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Cakrawala masih mengandalkan metode manual dalam proses promosi dan penerimaan siswa baru menggunakan media cetak dan formulir fisik, yang menyebabkan keterbatasan jangkauan informasi, ketidakefisienan waktu, dan potensi kesalahan administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis website untuk meningkatkan efektivitas promosi dan efisiensi pengelolaan data pendaftar di PKBM Cakrawala. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, meliputi tahap analisis sistem, perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD, ERD, dan Flowchart, implementasi dengan PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil dikembangkan dengan dua fungsi utama: (1) media promosi digital dengan tampilan responsif dan mobile-first design, dan (2) platform penerimaan siswa online yang memungkinkan pendaftaran, unggah dokumen, dan pemantauan status secara real-time. Pengujian terhadap 15 fitur utama sistem menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan valid sesuai spesifikasi. Sistem ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, memperluas jangkauan promosi, mempermudah akses informasi bagi masyarakat, serta mendukung transparansi dan profesionalitas layanan pendidikan non-formal di era digital
