Abstract

Retail sector in Indonesia is currently suffering a decrease like the lowering of revenue and the closing of their outlets. This research aims to determine the effect of Human Capital Efficiency, Structural Capital Efficiency and Capital Employed Efficiency on Financial Distress. The population in this study are the companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange the retail trade at 2020. The sample in this study are 23 companies which is the result of purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) Human Capital Efficiency has a negative and significant effect on Financial Distress (2) Structural Capital Efficiency has a negative and significant effect on Financial Distress (3) Capital Employed Efficiency has a positive and significant effect on Financial Distress and (4) Human Capital Efficiency, Structural Capital Efficiency and Capital Employed Efficiency simultaneously has a significant effect on Financial Distress. Abstract

PT Pratama Abadi Industri is a company that absorbs enough manpower, this company considers the placement of employees to be an important issue to pay attention to, among others, in the context of optimizing existing human capabilities in order to produce employees who excel according to the abilities and knowledge needed. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of job placement and development on employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling using simple random sampling, which involved 100 employees at PT Pratama Abadi Industri. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (T test). The results of the study, using the F test the probability value of sig. 0.00 < 0.05 which means that joint work placement (X1) and career development (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). While the t test shows that work placement (X1) hasn’t a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and career development (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and gender on the quality of work of employees. This research uses descriptive method and associative method with quantitative approach. The population in this study are employees of the production division of PT. Star Comgistic Indonesia and the sample used were 280 respondets. The data analysys technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sample technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The result of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially the work experience and gender variables have a positive and significant effect on the quality of work of employees. The result of the f test are known from the fcount 168,672 > 3,028, indicating that the fcount value is greater than ftable and from the correlation result in this study, it has a strong and high value of 0,549. Meanwhile, from the results of the t test values, namely tcount 6,847 > 1,968, it shows than ttable so it can be concluded that work experience and gender have an influence on work quality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of innovation and collaboration as well as competitive advantage in the Food Industry UMKM in Sukabumi City. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effect of innovation and collaboration on competitive advantage in the Food Industry UMKM in Sukabumi City. Researchers used descriptive and casual associative research methods with a quantitative approach because they distributed questionnaires to 41 MSMEs in the Food Industry in Sukbumi City. The data analysis technique that the researcher uses in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing T test and F test. The results show that innovation and collaboration variables have a strong relationship. a strong variable with competitive advantage with a value of 0.755. The results of hypothesis testing show that the innovation and collaboration variables have a positive and significant influence on the competitive advantage variable in the Food Industry UMKM in Sukabumi City. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of human resource development and job placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT Marga Maju Mapan Bekasi Project Division Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, the samples taken in this study were 38 employees. The data analysis technique used validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression including correlation coefficients, determination, research model testing and research hypothesis testing. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination (R2) showed that the development of human resources and work placement on employee job satisfaction was 67.4% while the remaining 32.6% was influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.674 which means that there is a very strong relationship between human resource development and job placement on employee job satisfaction. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 14,584>3,26 indicates that Fcount is greater than Ftable. The variables of human resource development and work placement have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, describe, and measure the difference in the value of the company before and after the rights issue. The object of this research is the value of the company which is proxied by EPS, PER, PBV, and the Tobin's Q ratio before and after conducting a rights issue on companies listed on the BEI. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive comparative approach, which is a method that looks at the general description of the calculation results of the variables and the differences between the variables before and after the rights issue. Data analysis techniques start from data compilation, data tabulation to testing. The test uses the data normality test, and the different test uses SPSS with the data requirements. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the calculation results increased and decreased each period, the EPS ratio showed no significant difference between the companies before and after the rights issue, in contrast to the PER, PBV, and Tobin's Q ratios which showed differences in the companies before and after do a rights issue. Abstract

MSME blacksmith is an iron carpentry business, where MSMEs are engaged in making traditional weapons, slaughter knives, kitchen knives, tajak, katana, swords and so on. This research was conducted on blacksmith SMEs in Sukabumi Regency, because there are still problems that have been found so far, namely blacksmiths processed by large companies, one of which China is able to provide cheaper prices with traditional workshops including blacksmith workshops in Sukabumi Regency. This is because China has always emphasized that cost and time are the main things in the production process. MSME blacksmiths in Sukabumi Regency generally carry out operational activities only if there is an order, which is not adjusted to the target cost, time, and quality. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and learning orientation on the performance of SMEs. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used by the researcher is the saturated technique, which is a number of 38 blacksmith SMEs in Sukabumi Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient and partial test (t test). The results of the study using the t test showed that intellectual capital (X1) had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) and learning orientation (X2) had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y). The contribution of the influence of intellectual capital and learning orientation variables to the performance of SMEs is 91.9%. While the remaining 9.1% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that are not examined

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh mediasi kepercayaan merek terhadap hubungan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty pada pengguna produk skincare Garnier di Kota Sukabumi. Desain Penelitian, Data, dan Metodologi: Survey dilakukan pada 399 responden penduduk kota Sukabumi sebagai konsumen pengguna skincare Garnier. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan model structural equation modelling pengelohan data dilakukan menggunakan software AMOS24. Adapun konstruksi pada penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan brand experience sebagai variabel independent, kepercayaan merek diposisikan sebagai variabel intervening untuk menguji efek pada brand loyalty sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil: Penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa adanya pengaruh brand experience terhadap brand loyalty melalui kepercayaan merek secara signifikan. Kesimpulan: Brand experience memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Demikian pula kepercayaan merek memiliki pengaruh signifikansi pada brand loyalty. Implikasi temuan menekankan pentingnya kepercayaan merek sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Return on Investment, Net Profit Margin, dan Debt to Equity Ratio mempengaruhi harga saham pada subsektor hotel, restoran, dan turis di Indonesia dari tahun 2018 hingga 2020. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif dilakukan. diadakan. Metode pengumpulan data mengandalkan data sekunder, dokumentasi, dan kajian literatur yang relevan. Pendekatan sampel termasuk pengambilan sampel yang bertujuan, menghasilkan 10 perusahaan yang memenuhi persyaratan. Pendekatan analitik menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji-t), dan uji simultan (uji-f). Return On Investment berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 6254.697 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,018 > 0,05. Net Profit Margin berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -902,504 dan nilai signifikansi (0,043 > 0,05). Dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -107,537 dan tingkat signifikansi (0,579 > 0,05) maka Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Inkuiri ini menghasilkan nilai sebesar 4,804 untuk uji parsial (uji-t). Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa harga saham dipengaruhi oleh Return On Investment, Net Profit Margin, dan Debt To Equity Ratio, selain variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Return On Investment, Net Profit Margin, Debt To Equity Ratio dan Harga Saham.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah menyebar ke seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Di masa pandemi seluruh aktivitas wajib menerapkan protokol kesehatan untuk penanggulangan COVID-19. Demi mengatasi masalah tersebut, beberapa perusahaan restoran cepat saji melakukan inovasi dengan menerapkan layanan drive thru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari inovasi layanan drive thru dan perceived value terhadap kepuasan konsumen makanan cepat saji dimasa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan inovasi layanan, perceived value sebagai variabel bebas dan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden Kota Sukabumi yang menjadi konsumen McDonald’s indah plaza yang diambil dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi pengolah data SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara inovasi layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perceived value terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mcdonald’s indah plaza kota sukabumi.
