Abstract

Every human being must have and need a supreme leader (top leadership) or the highest manager who must carry out leadership or management activities for the whole and unity. In reality, many people are not enough to be controlled by a leader, that's why the terms leader and leader are used. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal's leadership in improving the discipline of teacher performance at MAS Nur Ibrahimy Rantauprapat. This type of research used is descriptive qualitative, the source of the data is obtained from the principal of MAS Nur Ibrahimy and teachers, as well as other documents. This data collection was carried out using the interview method, and documents, so that the instruments were researchers, interview sheets, and documentation.Have a supervisory system that must be implemented in schools to improve teacher performance discipline, Implement discipline enforcement for teachers, Provide an example of principal leadership by being disciplined.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of character education as the basis for the National Insight of PPKN students at Labuhanbatu University and to find out the strengthening of character education as the basis for national insight for PPKN students at Labuhanbatu University. The focus of research is more directed at character education as the foundation of national insight. Research Using Qualitative Descriptive Approach. The key informants for this research are respondents as a sample of 74 students. This Research Has Been Implemented At Labuhanbatu University. The instrument in this study was to collect data using observation and questionnaire methods. Research uses techniques to analyze data, namely data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Results of Research on Implementation of Character Education Implementation as the Foundation for National Insights for Ppkn Students at Labuhanbatu University There are still characters that can strengthen the formation of good national insights. However, there are some students who don't care about these characters. Such as, lack of knowledge about the history of the Indonesian struggle, such as the names of heroes who have fallen to fight for Indonesian independence, and other heroes' days. So where lies the sense of national spirit, and love for the homeland, towards the student himself. How National Insight Can Be Perfectly Achieved If The Character / Attitude That Is In The Students Still Can't Develop / Implemented Well. Therefore, it is necessary to apply character education as the basis for the best national insight.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of academic regulations for FKIP students at Labuhanbatu University. The type of research used is a qualitative method, which is a form of research that aims to provide an overview in the form of data collected from the field objectively with the type of descriptive research. The data collection technique used is from the results of observations and questionnaires/questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, the effectiveness of the implementation of academic regulations for FKIP students at Labuhanbatu University has been partially achieved, but there are several things that must be considered because they have not been optimally handled. This can be seen from several indicators of program effectiveness which include: (1) The accuracy of the program targets which are aimed at students have been right on target (2) Program socialization to students, and the public regarding educational programs that have been running quite effectively (3) Achievement of goals the program has not been achieved as it should be because there are still several reports of violations received by the campus (4) Monitoring of the program in which there are several things that must be addressed because it has not been effective enough in monitoring it while the program is running.
