Abstract

Analysis of Transformational Leadership Style and Communication on Employee Performance through Employee Motivation (Study at the Office of the Regional Bureau of Logistics of the Regional Logistics Agency of South Sulawesi).(Supervised by Nurdin B Dan Syobarsyah). This study aims to analyze the influence of: 1) Transformational leadership style on employee motivation, 2) Communication on employee motivation, 3) Transformational leadership style on employee performance, 4) Communication on employee performance, 5) Employee motivation on employee performance. This research uses the method path analysis, using exogenous and endogenous variables. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Transformational leadership style has a direct, positive and significant effect on employee motivation, 2) Communication has a direct, positive and significant effect on employee motivation, 3)Transformational leadership style influences [(directly and indirectly (through employee motivation)], positively and significantly to employee performance,4)Communication has an indirect effect on employee performance and is not significant, 5)Employee motivation has a direct, positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Bulukumba Regency Regional Secretariat Office is an organizational body or agency that provides administrative office services. This institution has a vision, primarily for the people of Bulukumba, who are historical and foremost via optimizing the potential of the region by boosting the people's economy based on democratic and religious government. The goal of this study was to evaluate and assess the effect of Openness to Experience on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) using Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This form of research employs quantitative methods. The Regional Secretariat Office provided a sample of 153 respondents for this study. In this study, the measurement scale is a Likert scale. The traditional assumption test, simple regression analysis, and path analysis were employed in this study with the help of IBM SPSS 21 Statistics. The study's findings indicate that openness to experience has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; openness to experience has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction as an intervening variable is significant to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the management and development strategy of educational institutions at the center of the specialist medical education program at Hasanuddin University's medical faculty. The analytical tool used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results of the research state that strategic planning in improving the quality of education is a design of activities to follow up on previous programs after program evaluation. programs to improve the quality of education reflect the vision, mission and objectives of PPDS FK Unhas. The guideline for creating a program to improve the quality of education, in this case PPDS FK Unhas, is to provide facilities to lecturers and human resources at PPDS FK Unhas, one example is by facilitating lecturers in conducting research. In carrying out activities to improve the quality of education at PPDS FK Unhas, there are several obstacles faced, one of which is the lack of specialist staff in areas of need.
