Abstract

Empowerment of women-owned MSMEs in rural areas plays a vital role in supporting family and village economies. This community service activity aims to improve Human Resource (HR) capacity and economic independence of women MSME actors in Cikupa Village, Darma District, Kuningan Regency. The partners faced main obstacles such as low business management literacy, lack of business legality (NIB), and minimal use of digital technology for marketing. The implementation methods included socialization, business management training using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), assistance with business legality (OSS-RBA), and digital marketing training (social media and e-commerce). The results showed an increase in partners' understanding of good business governance. Additionally, participants were successfully assisted in issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and started utilizing WhatsApp Business and social media to promote local potential products. The synergy between HR capacity strengthening and digital technology adoption has proven capable of encouraging women MSME actors in Cikupa Village to be more adaptive and competitive.

Abstract

This community service program was implemented to enhance the ability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Dadiharja Village, Rajagaluh District, Ciamis Regency to apply digital marketing strategies suited to the demands of the modern economic era. The program used training sessions, hands-on practice, and mentoring, focusing on social media utilization, promotional content creation, marketplace introduction, and brand identity development. Participants included village government officials and local residents, with approximately 30 individuals taking part in the program, The results show a notable improvement in participants’ digital understanding and skills. MSMEs began managing business accounts, creating promotional content independently, and applying marketing strategies relevant to market needs. This program produced positive impacts, including increased digital literacy, wider product market reach, and stronger local business competitiveness. The activity is highly relevant to the issues faced by the community, particularly low digital literacy and limited access to modern marketing channels. This program provides practical implications in the form of enhanced capacity of rural MSME actors in utilizing digital media for product marketing, strengthened technology-based business management skills, and the establishment of a mentoring model that can be replicated in other villages with similar characteristics to promote local economic sustainability.

Abstract

Objek Wisata Tenjo Laut di Kabupaten Kuningan memiliki potensi alam yang besar namun mengalami kendala stagnasi dan fluktuasi kunjungan wisatawan akibat minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi pemasaran serta sistem pengelolaan yang masih konvensional. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) melalui transformasi digital dan penguatan tata kelola destinasi sebanyak 15 orang. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning yang meliputi pemetaan masalah, pelatihan manajemen media sosial dan konten visual, serta pendampingan implementasi teknologi. Solusi utama yang diterapkan adalah pengembangan Digital Customer Engagement Platform (DCEP) berupa katalog digital dan integrasi promosi daring, serta perbaikan sistem pendataan pengunjung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kapasitas mitra dalam strategi digital marketing dan manajemen data. Luaran program meliputi ketersediaan katalog wisata digital yang aksesibel, peningkatan interaksi media sosial, serta peralihan sistem pencatatan pengunjung dari manual ke basis data terstruktur. Intervensi ini berhasil mendorong modernisasi tata kelola destinasi yang mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) poin 8, 9, dan 11, serta meningkatkan daya saing Tenjo Laut secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi strategi kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik sekaligus memperkuat daya saing ekonomi masyarakat desa. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan melalui Go Digital menuju Smart Village di Desa Kedung Gede bertujuan untuk memperluas literasi digital warga serta mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan data desa dan promosi potensi ekonomi lokal. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, di mana masyarakat terlibat aktif sejak tahap identifikasi masalah, penyuluhan, pelatihan pemanfaatan media digital, hingga praktik langsung penggunaan teknologi untuk promosi desaAnalisis kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Program ini diikuti oleh 35 orang yang terdiri atas perangkat desa, kalangan pemuda, serta pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Hasil evaluasi memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan, baik dalam aspek literasi digital, kemampuan memanfaatkan media digital, maupun keterampilan mempromosikan potensi desa melalui platform daring.Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan informasi desa berbasis digital serta pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi usaha lokal. Dengan demikian, program ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung implementasi konsep Smart Village melalui penguatan literasi digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai motor penggerak pembangunan ekonomi desa yang berkelanjutan.
