Abstract

As the largest coconut producing area, coconuts in Kulonprogo Regency have not provided a good income to the farmers. Developing a coconut agroindustry at the farmer’s group level is a way to increase the farmer’s income. For that reason, it is important to determine the most economically suitable type of coconut agroindustry and its financial feasibility.

Abstract

A heat treatment study has been carried out on Al 7075 alloys. Al 7075 Alloys have strong, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and good thermal conductivity properties. To meet the requirements of the Al-7075 alloy, a T6 heating process can be used. The T6 process begins with a heated solid solution at temperatures above 570 ° C held for 1 hour, then dip it quickly in water media, as well as the artificial aging process time variations of 1, 4, and 20 hours at a temperature of 210°C. After the cooling process, the specimen is then carried out in a metallographic process. Characterization of hardness by Vickers scale obtained that Al 7075 alloy without heat treatment gave a hardness rate of 84.1 HV. Al 7075 test sample in which heat treatment gave the highest hardness value of 144.90 HV obtained at a combination of the aging temperature of 210°C aging time of 20 hours, an increase in hardness value of 42.96%. The crystal structure test using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), showed that the Al 7075 test sample without heat treatment showed the dominant Al matrix, whereas in the Al 7075 test sample after going through the T6 process, the CuA12, AlCuMg, MgZn2 phases were used to harden the alloy. Crystal size, dislocation density, and crystal lattice strain with X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), indicate an increase in crystal size as the heating time of artificial aging increases. While the dislocation density and lattice strain increase during the artificial aging period of 1 hour and 4 hours, then at 20 hours experience a decrease in dislocation density and lattice strain. Abstrak Telah dilakukan studi perlakuan panas terhadap paduan Al 7075. Paduan Al 7075 mempunyai sifat kuat, ringan, tahan korosi, dan konduktifitas termal yang baik. Untuk memenuhi syarat paduan Al-7075 dapat dipakai dilakukan proses pemanasan T6. Proses T6 dimulai dengan dipanaskan solid solution pada suhu diatas 570°C ditahan selama 1 jam, kemudian celup cepat di media air, serta proses penuaan buatan (artificial aging) variasi waktu 1, 4, dan 20 jam pada suhu 210°C. Setelah proses pendinginan, spesimen ini kemudian dilakukan proses metalografi. Karakterisasi kekerasan dengan skala Vickers, diperoleh bahwa paduan Al 7075 tanpa perlakuan panas memberikan angka kekerasan sebesar 84,10 HV. Sampel uji Al 7075 yang mengalami perlakuan panas memberikan nilai kekerasan tertinggi sebesar 144,90 HV diperoleh pada kombinasi temperatur aging 210°C waktu aging 20 jam, terjadi kenaikan nilai kekerasan sebesar 41,96%. Pengujian struktur kristal dengan Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), menunjukkan bahwa pada sampel uji Al 7075 tanpa perlakuan panas terlihat matriks Al yang dominan, sedangkan pada sampel uji Al 7075 setelah melalui proses T6 memunculkan fasa CuA12, AlCuMg, MgZn2 yang berfungsi mengeraskan paduan. Ukuran kristal, kerapatan dislokasi, dan regangan kisi kristal dengan X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), menunjukkan bertambahnya ukuran kristal seiring dengan lamanya waktu pemanasan penuaan buatan. Sedangkan densitas dislokasi dan regangan kisi meningkat selama periode waktu pemanasan 1 jam dan 4 jam, lalu pada waktu 20 jam mengalami penurunan densitas dislokasi serta regangan kisi. movel. Dalam kegiatan penambangannya, PT. Sims Jaya Kaltim menerapkan sistem tambang terbuka dengan metode open pit mining. Dalam kegiatan pembongkaran overburden di PT. sims Jaya Kaltim dibedakan menjadi duajenis material seperti free digging dan hasil blasting yang berlokasi Di SM-B1 dan SM-B2 dengan pengoperasian alat gali muat backhoe komatsu PC 2000 unit 277 dan unit 278. Dimanah diketahui produktivity unit pada materialmasih relatif sama, Hal ini yang menjadi latar belakang penulis melakukan penelitian yang mengkaji mengenai analisa perbandingan produktivity pada material free digging dan hasil blasting. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di PT.Sims Jaya Kaltim, waktu edar rata-rata pada material free digging dengan unit 277 adalah 31.89 detik dengan waktu kerja produktif aktual 67.43 % maka diketahui produktivity unit sebesar 694,28 Bcm/jam untuk waktu edar rata-ratapada material hasil blasting dengan unit 278 adalah 34.76 detik dengan waktu kerja produktif aktual 51.75 % maka diketahui produktivity unit sebesar 480,52 Bcm/jam sehingga diketahui produktivity unit 277 lebih besar dari unit 278 dengan selisih 213.7646 Bcm/jam atau 1710.08 Bcm/Shift

Abstract

Limbah pengolahan emas perlu diolah sebelum dibuang ke badan air atau lingkungan. Pada area penambangan emas rakyat di Desa Atoga, Sulawesi Utara terdapat beberapa kolam penampungan limbah pengolahan emas rakyat. Pengolahan emas dilakukan dengan proses amalgamasi. Limbah-limbah ini dibiarkan begitu saja tanpa dilakukan pengolahan oleh pelaku yang membuang limbah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sebaran pencemaran merkuri pada area di sekitar kolam penampungan limbah. Lima sampel tanah diambil dari tanah di sekitar kolam penampungan limbah. Kandungan merkuri pada sampel tanah dianalisa menggunakan metode AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer). Peta spasial sebaran merkuri pada area tersebut dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Inverse Distance Weight dan software ArcGIS. Hasil Analisa AAS menunjukkan bahwa 5 sampel tanah mengandung merkuri cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 172,9 – 360,17 ppm. Nilai ini jauh di atas baku mutu pedoman kualitas sedimen untuk melindungi kehidupan makhluk hidup di sekitarnya. Hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan masukan bagi pemerintah daerah setempat untuk pemulihan lingkungan di area penambangan emas. Hasil penelitian ini juga perlu dikembangkan untuk menemukan metode terbaik dalam memulihkan lingkungan tercemar merkuri dengan kadar yang cukup tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to analyze customer satisfaction based on suitability between performance and importance of the product at Klinik Kopi and (2) to analyze the influence of quality product, efficiency, and emotional factor on customer satisfaction at Klinik Kopi. The research method of this research uses a descriptive method. The method of conducting research uses a case study method. The method for acquiring the respondent in this research is accidental sampling method with the amount of the respondents is 40. For data collection this research uses interviews, questionnaires and observations. The result of the research showed that (1) customers are satisfied based on suitability between performance and importance of the product at Klinik Kopi (2) quality product, efficiency, and emotional factor has an influence on customer satisfaction at Klinik Kopi. Keywords: Quality product, efficiency, emotional factor, customer satisfaction, Klinik Kopi.

Abstract

This research is intended to (1) analyze the influences of culutural factors, socialclasses, reference groups, families, life style, perception as well as the consumers decision in buying organic vegetables and (2) identify the consumers knowledge about the organic vegetables in the framework of food safety in Supermarkets. The research applied here was a survey method. The survey location waspurposively decided in four supermarkets assumed to sell organic vegetablesunder the trade-mark of TOM (Tani Organik Merapi) Gemilang which has already been certified by SNI 6729-2010 No. : 014/LSPO-007-IDN/0712/2013. The research was conducted in four supermarkets located in Depok Sub-District, Sleman Regency, Mirota Babarsari, Lion Superindo Jalan Kaliurang, Lion Superindo Seturan and Giant Expres Depok. The respondents were taken throught Quota Sampling. The respondents in this research were consumers both buying and not-buying the organic vegetables in Mirota Babarsari, Lion Superindo Jalan Kaliurang, Lion Superindo Seturan, and Giant Expers Depok. There were 120 respondents from the four supermarkets meaning that there wrere 30 respondents from each supermarket. The data were collected through observation, interview an notes taking. The analysis models used in this research were Logistic Regression Analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this research showed that (1) culture, social classes, families, and attitude significantly influenced the consumers decision to buy organic vegetables mean while the reference groups, perception, and life style did not significantly influence the consumers decision to buy organic vegetables ; (2) however, theconsumers knowledge, concerningthe food safety, of eithet buying or not-buying organic vegetables is quite high. Keyword: Decision Making Factor, organic Vegetable, Culture, Consumers knowledge, Food Safety

Abstract

In connection with the easing of the Covid 19 virus in Indonesia, the Indonesian Christian University (UKI) Engineering PKM TEAM conducted welding training offline for children with special needs. The purpose of the Service for children at the Panti Karya is to be able to provide training in welding and making trash cans easily and effectively as life skills for the children of the HEPHATA HKBP Panti Karya Foundation in North Sumatra Participants, to be able to implement cleanliness around the Hephata HKBP Panti Karya Foundation in North Sumatra as well as children who already have the skills to make trash cans from welding training can generate incoming funds for the HKBP Hephata Panti Foundation in North Sumatra. With this dedication, we can equip the children of the Karya Orphanage with life skills in making trash cans and welding to increase their competence.

Abstract

Abstract This study was motivated by social support for the loneliness of the elderly in nursing homes, this study aims to find out what factors make the elderly feel lonely and how social support is felt by the elderly. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was conducted by unstructured interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the social support felt by the elderly in the Cinta Lestari Prima Foundation nursing home, namely the elderly in the Cinta Lestari Prima Foundation nursing home, was given support to always worship such as compulsory prayers as well as sunnah prayers, prayers and dhikr. Then the neighbors around the orphanage also often visit or just tell stories so that they feel the affection of the people around them. Keywords :Social Support, Loneliness, Elderly Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari dukungan sosial terhadap kesepian lansia di panti jompo, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang membuat lansia merasa kesepian dan Bagaimana dukungan sosial yang dirasakan lansia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara tidak terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial yang dirasakan lansia di panti jompo Yayasan Cinta Lestari Prima yaitu lansia di panti jompo Yayasan Cinta Lestari Prima diberikan dukungan untuk selalu beribadah seperti sholat wajib maupun sholat sunnah, sholawat dan dzikir. Kemudian para tetangga di sekitar panti asuhan juga sering berkunjung atau sekedar bercerita agar mereka merasakan kasih sayang dari orang-orang di sekitar mereka. Abstract

This research to know the stimulation of reproduction point with a semiconductor laserpuncture to estrous synchronization of Bali Cattle was conducted in Loka Penelitian Sapi Potong Grati-Pasuruan, East Java. Estrous synchronization is a technique to get the sign of estrous and ovulation (estrous outside of estrous cycle) to be easier to detect estrous, synchronization of breeding, and shorter of calving interval. Laserpuncture was applied on 8 head bali cattles at 14 reproduction acupuncture points, 10 second for each point, 3 times frequency with interval 1 day (20-24 times). The variabel of this assessment were respons and signs of estrous, synchronized of estrous with Chi square test and T-test method. Result showed that there was significant correlation between semiconductor laserpuncture with estrous synchronization (p < 0,05). The result of assessment 8 (100%) head bali cattle was estrous. The respons of estrous appeared 1 head (12,5%) on 5th day (4th day post laserpuncture), 4 head (50%) on 6th day (5th day post laserpuncture) 1 head (12,5) on 8th day (7th day post laserpuncture), and 2 head (25%) on 10th day (9th day post laserpuncture). This result showed that semi conductor laserpuncture technology was effective to stimulate estrous synchronization and resulting ovulation, with the evidence that conception was occurred.

Abstract

The problem on food health is the high amount of bacterial contamination of food served by food industries. The quality of beef can be affected by the level of bacterial contamination in meat. Coliform is a group of bacteria used as a sanitary hygiene indicator. The purpose of this study is to measure the value of MPN Coliform in beef at Krian's abattoir of district Sidoarjo. Thirty samples were taken from the abattoir of Krian, Sidoarjo. Most Probable Number was used to determine the level of Coliform's contaminate beef. The results showed that all beef samples at abattoir were contaminated with Coliform. The average contaminant levels was 706,76 MPN/g. Twenty six samples exceed the maximum limit of Coliform bacteria contamination in accordance with Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The highest Coliform MPN value is ≥ 1600 MPN / g, whereas the lowest MPN Coliform value is 8 MPN/g.
