Abstract

The composite material of the fiber optic cable tube (G.652D-Stel-K-036-2012) or Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT)-Master Batch MB) has been tested for tensile strength, elongation, and functional groups for fiber optic tube cladding materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of heating temperatures of 2500C, 2550C, and 2600C on tensile strength, elongation, and functional groups in PBT-MB composite tube for fiber optic tube cladding material. The PBT-MB composite material was made by mixing PBT (80% by weight) with MB (20% by weight) in a ball mill. Then put together and processed into a tube on the extruder. Tensile and elongation strength was tested bytensile test, functional group test with FTIR, and humidity test. The results of the tensile test and elongation test increased with increasing heating temperature and still met the specified standard. The results of the functional group test showed that there was a CH bond from the PBT Tube at the highest wave peak, namely 2923.54 cm-11,725.10 cm-1,there was also a CH Aldehydes bond at a wavelength of 2852.19 cm-1,935.30 cm-1,916.02cm-1,873.59 cm -1,811.88 cm-1, the carbonyl bond C=C at a wavelength of 1708.61 cm-1,and the last is an Aromatic bond at a wavelength of 1504.20 cm-1. The chemical bonds in the test compounds were PBT-MB tube composites. From all the tests carried out, it was concluded that the variation of temperature on the manufacture of PBT-MB tube composites was very influential on the quality and still met the established standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kategori nilai dari variabel bauran pemasaran, kepuasan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan.  Metode pengambilan responden dengan pendekatan teknik sampling incidental dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 responden. Kriteria responden yang digunakan yaitu 1) Sudah pernah melakukan pembelian teh buah di Wedrink Sagan Yogyakarta minimal dua kali. 2) Berumur diatas 17 tahun. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk sebesar 79.24%, harga sebesar 74.93%, tempat sebesar 82.92%, promosi sebesar 65.76%, orang sebesar 78.96%, bukti fisik sebesar 72.57%, proses sebesar 81.94% dan loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 82.85% termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 85.35% masuk kedalam kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Chili auction market in Yogyakarta was established with the farmer’s cooperative to strengthen the bargaining position of Sleman’s farmers in receiving fair price for chili. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of chili auction market and the problems affecting its implementation. A quantitative approach was used and the location was determined using the purposive method. The sample population comprised chili farmers, who were selected as participants using the accidental sampling method. This study used both primary and secondary data, which were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Subsequently, analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and a fishbone diagram. The results showed that the effectiveness rate of auction market based on three approaches (external, internal, and technical) reached 70,03%. In addition, the problems affecting its implementation included the low availability of chili due to climate change, pest and disease attacks, the absence of machines or supporting facilities, price information that was not transparent, and the limited capability of auction market administrators. Requirements for traders also needed to be updated regarding regional boundaries to open opportunities for traders outside DIY and Central Java.

Abstract

The writer focuses on the personality development that often focuses on how an individual adapts or changes their actions and behavior based on various factors as human. The development is often represented through literature, which reflects real life conditions. This study aims to investigate the personality development and its relation to moral values represented by the main character in The Devil Wears Prada (2006). The writer uses content analysis method with qualitative approach to further analyze and interpret the data that are in the form of film scenes and dialogues. Moreover, the theory of personality development by Elizabeth Hurlock is used to guide the analysis in this research. The findings show that Andrea Sachs’ personality development is influenced by the working environment. The internal factors of Andrea’s personality are temperament, emotion, and self. Meanwhile, the external factors are physical, social, and aspiration determinants. The role of moral values in Andrea’s personality development is also discovered as the essential aspect that influences Andrea’s initial personality of being resistance to fashion, skeptical towards the work ethic in fashion industry, and indifferent to fashion industry. The external factors are the most important in the development that finally she is becoming aware of fashion sense. She values fashion positively, and works hard in Runway due to the external factors. The implication of research is to expand knowledge about transformation from Estella into Cruella based on the changes of appearance, character and the effects of the transformation due to the external factors.

Abstract

The Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) outbreak that began in 2022 caused significant losses for dairy farmers in Medowo Village, Kandangan District, Kediri Regency—impacting both livestock health and farmers' economic stability. To address these impacts, a community service program was carried out to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in dairy cattle housing management and biosecurity implementation. The program included training sessions, educational outreach, and technical assistance for 31 farmers from KUD Kertajaya. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test instruments to measure the effectiveness of the intervention. Pre-test results showed that only 6.5% of participants were in the "good–very good" category in terms of understanding FMD and livestock management. After the intervention, post-test results showed a significant increase, with 87% of participants reaching the "good–very good" level. Additionally, in terms of practical application of cattle management practices, 100% of participants demonstrated excellent understanding after the program. This intervention proved that an educational approach combining outreach and hands-on practice can significantly enhance farmers' awareness and skills. The improvement is expected to contribute to better livestock productivity and more effective disease control. The activity also involved undergraduate students as part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, fostering collaboration between academia and the farming community to strengthen local capacity.

Abstract

Produk SingkongKu yang ada pada Pusat Invoasi Agroteknologi UGM mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan produk-produk lainnya. Namun, seiring dengan sistem penjualan ayng berdasarkan dari mitra penjualan produk SingkongKu mengalami fluktuasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis trend volume penjualan produk SingkongKu di Pusat Inovasi Agroteknologi UGM pada kurun waktu Juli 2021 sampai Juni 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian kuantitaif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan Trend Linier, Trend Quadratic, dan Trend Exponential Growth dengan tujuan untuk mencari metode yang tepat untuk memprediksi penjualan dengan melihat nilai kesalahan peramalan terkecil. Parameter nilai kesalahan yang dipakai yaitu Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trend data volume penjualan produk SingkongKu berdasarkan data aktual dan metode yang terpilih selama 24 bulan yaitu Juli 2021 hingga Juni 2023 mempunyai trend negatif atau mengalami penurunan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the dimensions and types of chili farmers' participation in marketing function activities at the Pakem Gathering Point, Sleman Regency, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. The selection of informants in this study was carried out purposively and snowball. The informants in this study were the Head of the Sleman Regency Chili Auction Market, Chili Farmers at the Pakem Gathering Point, the Management of the PPHPM Cooperative, Sleman Regency, and the Supervisor of the Sleman Regency Chili Auction Market. The data sources used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation with data validity testing using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques included collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study showed the participation of chili farmers in implementing marketing functions at the Pakem Gathering Point. Marketing functions consist of exchange functions, physical functions, and facilities provision functions. In this study, chili farmers at the Pakem Gathering Point were involved in every dimension of participation starting from the planning, implementation, utilization of results, and monitoring and evaluation dimensions. Chili farmers are also involved in passive/manipulative participation types, to provide information, consultation, for material incentives, interactive, and self-mobilization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh Kopi Luwak Mataram di masa pandemi Covid-19. (2) Menganalisis strategi terbaik dalam memasarkan produk di Kopi Luwak Mataram agar mampu menaikkan penjualan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Metode penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan  adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Matrik Internal-Eksternal, SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kopi Luwak Mataram memiliki kekuatan utama produk yang berkualitas, kelemahan utama belum adanya rekanan tetap untuk bekerja sama melakukan penjualan ke konsumen mancanegara, dengan peluang utama masyarakat lebih memilih kafe dengan area outdoor, dan ancaman utama yaitu turunnya daya beli masyarakat. 2) Strategi pemasaran terbaik yang dapat diterapkan yaitu penetrasi pasar dengan memberikan promo harga bundling menu makanan dan minuman untuk dine-in dan meningkatkan kegiatan promosi di sosial media melalui kerja sama dengan influencer lokal bidang kuliner di Yogyakarta.Kata kunci: analisis SWOT, kopi luwak, pandemi covid-19, strategi pemasaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, emosional, dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen The Kitchen of Raminten, (2) menganalisis indikator dari variabel yang menjadi     prioritas perbaikan untuk menentukan strategi meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen The Kitchen of Raminten berdasarkan diagram IPA. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan dengan metode penelitian studi kasus.     Pengambilan responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Macam data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan (2) Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, emosional, dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen The Kitchen of Raminten, (2) Indikator-indikator dari variabel yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan untuk menentukan strategi meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen The Kitchen of Raminten berdasarkan diagram IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) yaitu indikator porsi produk, ketepatan karyawan menyajikan pesanan, kecepatan karyawan menyajikan pesanan, keterjangkauan harga, kesesuaian harga dengan cita rasa, dan kesesuaian harga dengan porsi.Kata kunci: emosional, harga, kepuasan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan, dan kualitas produk

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Divisi Bogasari Flour Mills. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis indeks produktivitas pada bagian produksi tepung terigu PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Divisi     Bogasari Flour Mills, Jakarta Utara. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan metode pelaksanaan menggunakan studi kasus. Penentuan responden menggunakan purposive sampling, terdapat 4 responden diantaranya Manager Mill III, Deputy Head Miller III, Miller Mill G dan Foreman Mill G. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, data sekunder dan metode pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Objective Matrix (OMAX) dengan menggunakan metode pendukung yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk analisis produktivitas. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 5 kriteria yang diukur untuk menganalisis produktivitas, diantaranya Kriteria 1 (Produktivitas Jam Kerja), Kriteria 2 (Produktivitas Pemakaian Energi), Kriteria 3 (Produktivitas Mesin), Kriteria 4 (Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja) dan Kriteria 5 (Produktiviats Jam Kerja Lembur). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah indeks produktivitas terendah adalah bulan Agustus yaitu -79,48%, sedangkan indeks produktivitas tertinggi adalah bulan September yaitu sebesar 817,39%.
