Abstract

Leadership has a very important meaning for the smooth running of a company or organization, because with a leadership style that is carried out in a company that is able to bring the company to get predetermined goals. Likewise, the employee's work motivation has a very important meaning for the survival of the company, with high work motivation, it will cause a high sense of concern for the achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence leadership has on employee work motivation at Joglo Bar & Restaurant. The data collection method used, namely through observation, interviews, recording documents, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis, determination analysis, and product moment correlation coefficient t-test. Based on the results of the study, the results obtained there was a positive influence between increasing leadership on the work motivation of employees at Joglo Bar & Restaurant. Determination analysis showed that the influence of leadership by 65.6% on the work motivation of employees, while the remaining 34.4% was influenced by other factors that were not described in this study. Thus, it can be suggested to the company, especially the management and leadership of Joglo Bar & Restaurant to continue to develop their role as a leader in order to achieve the company's goals.

Abstract

The Effect of Land Size and Ownership on Profitability and Income in Subak Padanggalak, Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar City Subak Padanggalak is located in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar City and consists of 170 active farmers. These farmers can be categorized into low-income farmers. Such a condition is caused by among other factors, the accelerating rice land conversion. The narrower the land managed by farmers, the less harvest produced by farmer household. One of the ways to add additional land to farm is through tenancy. This study aims to understand the effect of land size and ownership on profitability and income. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews with farmers. The data obtained were processed using multiple liniear regession analysis techniques. The results show that there are independent variables that have a positive and significant effect between land size and ownership on profitability and income.

Abstract

The Product Marketing Strategy for Laying Chicken Livestock in Senganan Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency The laying chicken breeders in Senganan Village face problems that are still not resolved, including marketing has not met the desired target, farmers have not maximized existing technology, and business capital is still limited, and lack of manpower. The purpose of this research was to determine the internal and external factors faced by laying hens in marketing their products and to formulate strategies to promote their production. The data collection technique used in this research is the survey method with the method of determining the sample with saturated sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis method and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis method. The results showed that (1) Internal factors were divided into two, namely strength factors, namely egg quality and customer relations, while the main weakness was that marketing had not met the target. External factors are divided into two, namely the opportunity factor which describes that the demand for eggs is very high but all of it can’t be fulfilled, while the main threat is price fluctuations, especially the price of feed and vaccine. (2) The marketing strategy for laying hens for a small scale is to good plan marketing and build good relationships with buyers. For medium scale by planning the chicken coop layout in accordance with regulations but still optimizing maintenance of the cage to get good eggs quality and determine sales strategy. For large scale, by offering an attractive work and salary system for prospective workers, including the provision of performance bonuses when using workers.

Abstract

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Growth Rate of the Agricultural Sector in the GRDP of Klungkung Regency The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the growth rate of the agricultural sector in the GRDP of Klungkung Regency. The variables used in this study were dry milled unhulled rice production, rice field area, and labor. The research data used is data contained in related agencies from 2011-2019 for 9 years and is taken from agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency, the Klungkung Regency Agriculture Service, and others. This research was conducted by means of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the growth rate of the agricultural sector in the GDRP of Klungkung Regency was influenced by various factors consisting of the production of milled dry unhulled rice, rice field area, and agricultural labor. The results of this study mean that the more production of milled dry unhulled rice, the more paddy fields owned by the farmers and the more agricultural labor, the higher the growth rate of the agricultural sector in the GDRP of Klungkung Regency. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended for local governments to increase agricultural sector revenues starting with protecting and increasing the area of ??rice fields, developing labor productivity to increase dry milled grain production so that the GRDP growth rate of the agricultural sector in Klungkung Regency can increase.

Abstract

Lake Buyan in Buleleng, Bali, has various purposes, such as supplying water for crop and livestock farming and the domestic sector. Wastes generated by human activities in its immediate surroundings are increasing population pressures on the lake’s environment. According to Gubernatorial Regulation Number 16 of 2016, the lake’s water quality is in a poor state and is categorized as ‘polluted’. One of the ways proposed in this research to reduce the pollution level was to build a constructed wetland, which is a waste treatment system combining aquatic plants, soil or other growing media, and microbial assemblages. Results showed that 50 sets of vertical flow constructed wetlands with a single capacity of 40 m3 are needed around Lake Buyan. Abstract

Sektor pertanian perlu perhatian serius dari pemerintah lewat program dan kebijakan pembangunan pertanian yang mampu mendongkrak dan berkontribusi nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional serta menjamin ketahanan pangan nasional agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi rumatanggah. Sala satunya adalah asuransi pertanian dengan melibatkan ptani sebagai mitra dan penerima manfaat dari program tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap program AUTP di Kabupaten Tabanan, menganalisis perbandingan dana klaim dengan biaya produksi di Kabupaten Tabanan dan menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan Program AUTP di Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan interval kelas untuk tujuan satu dan tiga sedangkan analisis biaya untuk tujuan dua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Kabupaten Tabanan sebagai koresponden dengan melihat Persepsi atau sikap yang merupakan wujud tanggapan petani terhadap pelaksanaan program secara umum berada pada kategori efektif dengan rata-rata pencapaian skor secara keseluruhan 82%. petani memberikan persepsi yang baik terhadap program dengan enam indikator yaitu kepuasan petani terhadap AUTP, komitmen petani terhadap AUTP, pembayaran premi yang sesuai dengan manfaat AUTP, pelayanan petugas teknis AUTP, kesadaran petani akan pentingnya AUTP dan komitmen petani membayar premi. (2) Biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan petani satu musim tanam untuk luas lahan garapan 1 (satu) ha adalah Rp 2.458.150. Jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata dana klaim AUTP yang diterima petani sebesar Rp 2.580.000 maka persentase manfaat AUTP adalah sebesar 105,0%. Hasil dari perbandingan biaya produksi dan klaim AUTP terdapat kelebihan dana sebesar Rp 121.850 (105,0% dari klaim yang diperoleh). (3) Efektivitas pelaksanaan program AUTP pada Kabupaten Tabanan dalam pelaksanaan program asuransi usahatani padi sudah mencapai tujuannya yaitu untuk melindungi petani dari adanya risiko gagal panen yang diakibatkan oleh bencana alam, cuaca eksrim dan organisme pengganggu tanaman.

Abstract

Development of Agrowisata in Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village, Manggis District, Karangasem District Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village is one of the villages located close to popular tourist sites in Karangasem Regency. Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village is considered to have the potential to develop agro-tourism. A study study that discusses these potentials and strategies is needed so that this research is carried out. This research aims to see the potential in Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency and to develop agro-tourism development strategies in Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency The data methods are observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study. The research data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that the village of Tenganan Dauh Tukad has a potential attraction that can be developed as agro-tourism. The development strategy that can be carried out in Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village is a Stability Strategy that is implemented without changing the direction of the strategy that has been set.

Abstract

Contribution of Corn Farming Income to Farm Income in Aek Ulok Village, Habinsaran District, Toba Regency. Corn is one of the agricultural commodities that is commonly found in Aek Ulok Village, Habinsaran District, Toba Regency. This study aims to determinate the farmers income from corn farming and analyze the contribution of farmers income from corn farming to farm income in Aek Ulok Village. The sampling technique used was method ramdom sampling and the samples taken randomly with 30 corn farmers. The data collection was conducted from early February to the end of February 2022. The results showed that the income of farmers from corn farming with an average planting area of ??0.85 ha was Rp 32.056.500.00/year/respondent and contributed 61.57% of the total farm income, which shows that maize farming in Aek Ulok Village provides a large contribution to farmers' income. Corn farmers in Aek Ulok Village need to maximize the use of labor in the family considering that labor costs are the highest costs incurred by farmers in corn farming.
