Abstract

The Effectiveness of KUR (People’s business credit) and Influence Distribution on Micro Business Turnover in Gianyar District (Case Study on Customers of PT. Bank BPD Bali Branch Gianyar). UMKM are one of the important aspects in the economy, especially to move the wheels of the economy of the small and medium community. Various efforts have been made to promote UMKM, one of which is the provision of business capital in the form of People's Business Credit (KUR) by the banking sector. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of KUR distribution on micro business turnover. This research was conducted in Gianyar District with the research subjects of Bank BPD Bali customers, Gianyar Branch in 2016-2020. The population in this study were customers of KUR Bank BPD Bali Gianyar Branch in 2016-2020, totaling 105 customers, with sample total of 51 KUR customers. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS analysis and effectiveness test with descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the accuracy of the procedure has a positive effect on the turnover of micro businesses in Gianyar District. The accuracy of the use of funds has a positive effect on the turnover of micro businesses in Gianyar District. The accuracy of the amount of credit has a positive effect on the turnover of micro enterprises in Gianyar District. The accuracy of the credit load does not have a positive effect on the turnover of micro-enterprises in Gianyar District. The effectiveness of KUR distribution at PT. Bank BPD Bali Gianyar Branch for micro business owners in Gianyar District has been running effectively. Suggestions for further researchers is that it can be taken into consideration for further research by adding variables that are thought to increase the effectiveness of KUR distribution.

Abstract

Visitors’ Satisfaction of Mekarsari Fruit – Botanical Garden Bogor during COVID-19 Pandemic based on Sustainablilty-Continuous Tourism Indicator Biodiversity conservation center of tropical fruits, from all regions in Indonesia and other world commonly known as Mekarsari. Mekarsari also a place of cultivation research, breeding and propagation of superior seeds. It is one of the most visited tourist spot in Bogor city. This pandemic make the tourism industry out due to the declining number of visitors. Many tourist places closed because they were unable to survive the difficult time of the covid-19 pandemic. Mekarsari has also been heavily hit a decline in visitors over the last few years. One of the factors that led was the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) during this pandemic. It is therefore to be feared that the tourism Mekarsari Fruit Garden will not be able to offer any satisfaction to visitors. The objective of this study is for researchers to evaluate visitor satisfaction according to sustainable tourism criteria including tourism management, economic (tourism costs), socio-cultural and environmental aspects. So that based on the results of the level of satisfaction, it can be seen that the priority factors are the satisfaction of visitors to Mekarsari Fruit Garden. The research method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method, using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis methods. The sample collected from this study was 100 field respondents. The results of this study, namely the satisfaction of agro-tourism visitors at Mekarsari Fruit Garden as a whole, is in the "Satisfied" category with a total score of 69.90. Factors that are the main priority for improvement are tourist attraction facilities and play areas, parking lots, access for individuals with disabilities, entry prices, body temperature checks, beauty and scenery of tourist objects, tidiness and cleanliness in the tourist environment.

Abstract

Implementation of the Harvest Premium System and its Impact on the Performance and Job Satisfaction of Harvest Employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Buatan Pekanbaru Harvest premium is the income earned by harvest employees if the harvested production has reached the wholesale basis set by the company. The harvest premium system at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Buatan uses a weight system. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of harvest premiums on the performance and job satisfaction of harvest employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Buatan Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was determined based on non-probability using the saturated sampling method (census), where all members of the population were sampled in this study as many as 68 samples. This research was conducted by means of interviews and documentation as well as questionnaires where the variables were measured using a Likert scale instrument. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the harvest premium had an effect on the performance and job satisfaction of harvest employees. Suggestions from the results of this study to employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Buatan Pekanbaru is to optimize the sources of labor in the family and carry out harvesting orderly in order to improve harvest performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur status keberlanjutan dari kegiatan pengelolaan agrowisata berbasis masyarakat di desa Waturaka, Kecamatan Kelimutu, Kabupaten Ende. Adapun dimensi-dimensi keberlanjutan yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah dimensi ekologi, dimensi ekonomi, dimensi sosial budaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, dan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 orang petani yang mewakili populasi keseluruhan sebanyak 126 orang anggota kelompok tani yang berperan langsung dalam kegiatan usaha tani di sekitar kawasan agrowisata Waturaka. Ukuran sampel tersebut ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik Slovin. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) atau analisis skala multi dimensi dengan bantuan program RAPPFISH. Hasil analisis MDS menunjukan status kegiatan pengelolaan agrowisata berbasis masyarakat di desa Waturaka adalah sangat berkelanjutan dari dimensi ekologi dan sosial budaya. Sementara dimensi ekonomi memperoleh status cukup berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Potensi hasil perkebunan kopi yang cukup memadai perlu pengembangan dan pemanfaatan hasil produksi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi desa menjadi dasar dalam pembentukan BUMDes Eka Giri Karya Utama. Pengembangan unit usaha ini ditujukan untuk mendukung terjadinya industri pengolahan kopi terintegrasi dan mampu berproduksi secara lebih efisien serta mampu menghasilkan produk sesuai tuntutan pasar yang dinamis. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mendeskripsikan tata kelola, menganalisis kelayakan finansial dan menganalisis tingkat kepekaan (sensitivitas) unit pengolahan kopi di BUMDes Eka Giri Karya Utama. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan analisis deskriftif dan analisis kelayakan usaha dengan kriteria insvestari yang digunakan adalah NPV (Net Present Value (NPV), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Payback Period, serta analisis sensitivitas. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara mendalam (in-depth interwiew), observasi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Adapun variabel dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu variabel manfaat dan biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Badan Usaha Milik Desa di dalam pendiriannya dikelola dengan semangat ingin meningkatkan perekonomian desa, membuat desa menjadi desa yang mandiri dengan segala potensi yang ada di desa. Pengelolaan BUMDes ini dilakukan secara profesional, transparan, partisipatif dan berkelanjutan. sumber dana bagi unit usaha ini bersumber dari Kementrian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi serta pemerintah desa setempat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis finansial didapatkan Nilai NPV sebesar Rp 679.311.964,21, IRR sebesar 31,60%, Net B/C yaitu 2,85 dan PP adalah 4 tahun 7 bulan 2 hari. Selanjutnya hasil analisis sensitivitas dengan biaya operasional naik 25,18% didapatkan NPV Rp 434.079.320,45, IRR 23,17%, net B/C 2,12. Kemudian untuk asumsi penerimaan turun 14,28% didapatkan NPV Rp 388.934.679,50, IRR 22,02% dan Net B/C 2,02. Unit usaha pengolahan kopi ini layak dilaksanakan karena dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi pengelola karena memenuhi kriteria investasi. Berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas asumsi penurunan penerimaan lebih sensitif daripada pengingkatan biaya operasional. Kedepannya untuk pengembangan usaha pengelola perlu melakukan inovasi sehingga produk menjadi lebih menarik dan mempunyai daya saing serta melakukan investasi dibidang sumberdaya manusia dan pemasaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pendapatan aktual, optimasi pendapatan dan menganalisis keberlanjutan usahatani terintegrasi antara kopi robusta dan ternak kambing di Kecamatan Pupuan, Kabupaten Tabanan. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive dengan beberapa pertimbangan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang petani ditambah tujuh orang pakar. Pengambilan data dengan metode wawancara mendalam, survei dengan koesioner, browsing melalui internet, studi literatur, catatan-catatan petani dan laporan-laporan dari dinas terkait. Analisis data dengan analisis Gross Margin, Linier Programming dengan bantuan Software BLPX88, Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) dengan pendekatan RAP-Farm, dan analisis Prospektif Partisipatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui rata-rata pendapatan aktual petani dari usahatani terintegrasi antara kopi robusta dan ternak kambing sebesar Rp 19.179.508,00 per tahun atau Rp 1.598.292,00 per bulan. Optimasi pendapatan dari seluruh petani dengan luas lahan garapan 23,01 ha, dinyatakan usahatani terselenggara dengan optimal dengan pendapatan maksimum sebesar Rp 492.081.500,00 per tahun. Meningkat sebesar Rp 29.033.405,00 atau 6,27% per tahun dari nilai Gross Margin sebesar Rp 463.048.095,00 per tahun. Status keberlanjutan semua dimensi dinyatakan cukup berlanjut dengan nilai indeks sebesar 64,73. Berdasarkan analisis Prosfektif Partisipatif diketahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan yaitu, ketinggian tempat, tingkat pendidikan petani, kondisi iklim, kebijakan pemerintah, ketersediaan penyalur sarana produksi, frekuensi penyuluhan dan pelatihan petani, pengetahuan petani, koordinasi dengan lembaga/instansi, ketersediaan sarana produksi, ketersediaan modal petani. Dapat disarankan agar pendapatan petani perlu ditingkatkan lagi dengan penggunaan teknologi usahatani yang tepat. Untuk memaksimumkan pendapatan usahatani, petani sebaiknya menggunakan tenaga kerja dalam keluarga yang masih tersisa banyak. Perlu dilakukan peningkatan nilai indeks dan status keberlanjutan pada semua dimensi melalui intervensi terhadap faktor-faktor kunci yang paling berpengaruh.

Abstract

This study analyzes the legal liability of team doctors in cases of Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries in Indonesian League 1 players, reviewed from Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health. The background of this study is based on the high risk of ACL injury in professional football athletes and the complexity of applying medical care standards in the context of sports. The method used is normative legal research with statute, conceptual, and case approaches, utilizing primary materials (Law 17/2023, Criminal Code, PSSI/LIB regulations), secondary (health law journals, sports medicine books), and tertiary (legal dictionaries). The results of the study show that the responsibility of team doctors includes civil, criminal, ethical, and administrative dimensions; Law 17/2023 strengthens the accountability framework through Article 440 concerning criminal sanctions for medical negligence, as well as the rights and obligations of patients-athletes. However, it is evident that there is a gap in the qualification standards of Liga 1 team doctors and the absence of specific protocols for handling ACL injuries, which makes it difficult to prove negligence. The main recommendations include improving medical qualifications, drafting detailed protocols, and socializing obligations based on Law 17/2023 to clarify treatment standards and strengthen athletes' legal protection.

Abstract

Agriculture and subak in Bali are interrelated, indicated by subak’s characteristics, i.e. socio-agriculture, religious, economic, dynamic, and autonomous.  But, any global issues and internal problems can become challenges for subak existence and sustainability of agriculture in Bali. Based on the subak characteristics as well as the Instruction of The President of The Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 1999 concerning The Policy of Irrigation Management Transfer that in the Law of The Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2004 called as Participatory Irrigation Management, the subak is very potential to play the double roles, i.e. to manage an irrigation system and to manage a legal business units in the farm level. To have the roles, the restructuring subak is needed for revitalize legal agribusiness in the subak structure. Capacity buildings at management level through some extensions and trainings are useful for agribusiness development in subak. The successful of the double roles of subak are useful to support the sustainability of agriculture in Bali.
