Abstract

In the industrial era 4.0, technological knowledge, especially information technology is very important. UMKM are micro-enterprises that should have used the information access for the economic welfare of a region, but vice versa. Current problems with UMKM include lack of capital and knowledge of information technology. Winduaji village is one of the villages with UMKM actors with minimal information technology knowledge. The method of implementation is the method of discussion with the format of Training regarding identifying problems to the use of technology media. This training activity was attended by 56 participants consisting of village officials, UMKM actors, and tourism conscious reservoirs. As a result, all participants showed great interest in using social media marketing continuously.

Abstract

This study aims to build a knowledge-based psychology system for the diagnosis of gross motor development disorders in early childhood so that it can help educators in this case, PAUD teachers and parents/guardians in knowing information about gross motor development disorders in children. This study uses the development method of the UCD (User-Centered Design) system. The inference engine used is forward chaining that performs the search for progress in extracting information in this case, the symptoms that arise in children who are unusual with other children. The final results obtained from this study are an expert system for the diagnosis of gross motor development disorders in early childhood where the user chooses symptom data contained in the choice. Users will get the results of consultations in the form of conclusions about the diagnosis of the disorder and the implementation of the therapy.

Abstract

Email menjadi salah satu media untuk berkomunikasi dan bisa menyimpan bukti kejahatan, saat ini telah banyak kejahatan yang terjadi melalui media ini. Digital forensics merupakan salah satu ilmu untuk menemukan barang bukti termasuk email sebagai bukti digital.  Analisis digital forensik terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu tradisional / dead dan live forensics. Analisis forensics tekni digital tradisional menyangkut data yang disimpan secara permanen di perangkat, sedangkan analisis live forensics yaitu analisis menyangkut data sementara yang disimpan dalam peralatan atau transit di jaringan. jurnal ini mengusulkan analisis forensics live di sistem operasi terbaru yaitu Windows 10. Studi kasus berfokus pada kemanan beberapa email seperti Gmail, Yahoo dan Outlook dan beberapa browser secara umum seperti Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, dan Microsoft Edge. Hasil Eksperimen penelitian ini yaitu masing-masing penyedia email menambahkan fitur tersendiri demi keamanan user.

Abstract

Investigasi digital forensik telah mengalami perubahan luar biasa dalam dekade akhir ini. Dari komputer awal hingga perangkat seluler saat ini dan perangkat penyimpanan. Digital forensik sangat penting untuk proses penuntutan terhadap penjahat digital yang melibatkan perangkat digital. Proses dalam menganalisis investigasi digital forensik membutuhkan suatu model ataupun framework agar proses investigasi tersebut dapat berjalan dengan lebih detail dan terstruktur. Seperti pada penelitian yang sebelumnya, tidak ada satu pun standar yang membahas semua proses investigasi forensik digital. Proliferasi kejahatan digital di dunia yang banyak dan beragam mengakibatkan model investigasi juga berkembang untuk dapat menemukan bukti digital. Pada beberapa penelitian sebelumnya telah banyak membahas mengenai model ataupun framework dalam menginvestigasi suatu kasus digital forensik, dan model-model tersebut dapat digunakan secara luas. Beberapa model membahas sebuah proses yang mendetail dan ada yang membahas sebuah proses secara umum, hal ini dapat menyebabkan investigator digital forensik kesulitan dalam memilih model yang tepat dalam menginvestigasi suatu kasus. Investigasi digital forensik harus dilaksanakan dengan efektif, efisien dan terstruktur, dengan sejumlah langkah signifikan yang harus dipertimbangkan. Setiap langkah dan fase haruslah menghasilkan dokumentasi yang penting dalam memahami bagaimana proses penyelidikan dibangun. Abstract

Digital Forensics, a term that is increasingly popular with internet needs and increasing cybercrime activity. Cybercrime is a criminal activity with digital media as a tool for committing crimes. The process for uncovering cybercrime is called digital forensics. The initial stage in digital forensics is an acquisition. The acquisition phase is very important because it will affect the level of difficulty and ease in investigating cybercrime. Software acquisition will affect the abandoned artefacts and even overwrite important evidence by the software, therefore investigators must use the best software for the acquisition stage. This study shows the difference in software for the acquisition of the best Random Access Memory (RAM) such as processing time, memory usage, registry key, DLL. This research presents five acquisition software such as FTK Imager, Belkasoft RAM Capturer, Memoryze, DumpIt, Magnet RAM Capturer. Results of this study showed that FTK Imager left about 10 times more artefacts than DumpIt and Memoryze. Magnet RAM Capture the most artefacts, 4 times more than Belkasot RAM Capturer. Software acquisition with many artefacts, namely Capture RAM Magnet and FTK Imager, while for the fastest time is DumpIt and Capture RAM Magnet for software that takes a long time.

Abstract

The Department of Student Association (HMJ) is a student organization at the department level in a university which is an extracurricular activity. HMTI or Informatics Engineering Student Association is one of the HMJ at the Politeknik Negeri Cilacap (PNC). HMTI certainly has a vision and mission, therefore, in order to realize the vision and mission, candidates for management are needed according to the expected criteria. The criteria for determining the decision making of HMTI management include organizational experience, psychology, public speaking, self-confidence, having a warning letter (SP) and IPK. This problem was overcome by making a Decision Support System for the recruitment of HMTI management using the weighted product method. This system makes it easy for HMTI coaches and administrators to determine the candidate for the board. Decision Support System (DSS) is an application of information systems aimed at assisting leaders in the decision-making process. This study resulted in recommendations for prospective HMTI PNC administrators who through optimization of the weighted product method with various criteria used had the highest value, so that they became a reference for HMTI supervisors and administrators to choose candidates for the following year.

Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Cilacap as an educational institution under The Ministry of Education of The Republic of Indonesia has adopted the Work From Home (WFH) policy to suppress the spread of COVID-19. In the implementation of WFH, lecturers and employees are required to make reports. The mechanism of this report has problems, including a lack of standardized report forms, obstructed work report (logbook) approval processes by the unit’s leader, and reports that are still in Microsoft Excel files, making it difficult for the staffing department to map and calculate the employee's attendance. The purpose of this research is to design and build a logbook information system for Politeknik Negeri Cilacap that is used for online employee attendance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses the Waterfall method as a system development method, with Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design model. The result of this research is a logbook information system that was built as a tool for lecturers and employees to report their activities, and for staffing department to monitor and appraise employee performance. Based on the usability test result, this system has a 78.61% value and a “Good” predicate.

Abstract

Limitations in knowledge in managing an online scientific journal following the standards and skill level possessed by journal managers, mainly operating the Open Journal System (OJS) application, are obstacles faced by several universities in the Cilacap Regency area. The solution proposed in this article is a training activity in the form of a workshop held for managers of higher education journals in the Cilacap area to increase knowledge and skills in managing journals using OJS. The stages of the activity are carried out through several stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the activity evaluation, and last stage is the mentoring stage. The results of the training provided a fairly good impact and affected the level of knowledge of the participants in managing OJS-based journals. The results of the assistance from the activities show an increase in interest for universities that do not yet have journals to want to make them, in addition to a rise in the status of journals that have been published to become accredited journals.

Abstract

One of the factors that can support the realization of economic independence in Islamic boarding schools is the Santripreneur program. Al Islahuddiny Islamic Boarding School is one of the boarding schools that facilitates the development of santripreneur as a driver of economic activity in the Islamic boarding school environment. As a form of facilitation for the focus of developing the santripreneur, this community service activity was carried out. The method used in this community service activity is starting with the implementation of a focus group discussion (FGD) in order to formulate the root of the problem and needs and followed by entrepreneurship training by utilizing used goods as items of sale value. The economic empowerment activities of Islamic boarding schools carried out at the Al Islahuddiny Islamic Boarding School have been able to foster the spirit of innovation and creativity of students, while the student involved in this training came from 5 different units, ranging from Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), Madrasah Aliyah (MA) to High Schools. Da’wah Science (STID). Student entrepreneurship training has encouraged the growth of the creation of handmade products that are processed in such a way from the results of recycling plastic waste.

Abstract

System security issues are a vital factor that needs to be considered in the operation of systems and networks, which will later be used for disaster mitigation and preventing attacks on the network. Distributed Denial of Services (DDoS) is a form of attack carried out by individuals or groups to damage data through servers or malware in the form of flooding packets, therefore it can paralyze the network system used. Network security is a factor that must be maintained and considered in an information system. DDoS can take the form of Ping of Death, flood, Remote control attack, User Data Protocol (UDP) flood, and Smurf Attack. This study aims to develop software to detect DDoS attacks based on network traffic logs. The software has been tested and run according to the neural network algorithm. This software was developed with an interface that makes it easier for users to detect the source IP whether the IP is carrying out a DDoS attack or normal.
